This is a great business hotel. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are excellent. It's very close to the subway station, and getting a taxi is super convenient. The dinner buffet was also quite good.

This hotel is only one train stop away from Dubai mall, walkable to train station, very convenience to move around, as a Holiday inn, it maintained good standard in every aspect, a nice place to stay.

Just a short walk from Business Bay Metro Station, a convenient and affordable way to get around Dubai. For breakfast, the hotel offer a mix of hot, cold, savory and sweet items. Healthy options are also available such as yogurt, cereals and fresh fruits. Overall 4/5 rating.

The room wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure. We had a nice view of the Twin Towers from our room, which was a plus. The room itself was clean. The front desk gave us a twin room, which we were very happy with, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Dubai is a great place to visit!

Late check-out until 3 PM (subject to availability): The room was great, I got a free upgrade, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also very generous. My only minor complaint is that there's no free shuttle to the airport, otherwise everything was perfect.

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The view from the suite was incredible !! overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The room was clean and well organized. The service was amazing. Was the best hotel experience i ever had! The hotel service is excellent, and they offer free valet parking. The location is great too; you can take a boat from downstairs to Al Seef for just 2 dirhams per person. It's also not far from the Gold Souk. During the day, taxi drivers are often reluctant to go there, but in the evening, after sunset, you can enjoy a pleasant walk there.

Good choices of food. We came a bit late but they allowed us to take enough before closing, thank you to Lily she is excellent. Kitchen just needs to double check the dishes as there are still some coffee stains in the cups, probably because these are washed thru dishwasher.

I recently stayed at Novotel and had a really comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The rooftop pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa area, and breakfast is just okay. The room was clean and tidy. You need to request toiletries and disposable slippers from the hotel. Valet parking is available. For the price in Dubai, it's pretty good value for money!

We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our room. Family room with private pool was our “home” for a week. Everything was so clean! Stayed here over Christmas, and for a hotel of its kind, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, with lovely views of Dubai Creek.
