The staff is very friendly, and the location is great; we could see the Burj Khalifa from our room. However, there was a significant issue with water leakage in the bathroom, as water from the shower spilled onto the toilet and bathroom floor. You can see the tall hotel across the highway and metro from Dubai Marina. As expected from the Taj brand, the hospitality is excellent. The clientele is predominantly Indian, but it's a brand new hotel that is very clean and luxurious.

Always choose Rove Hotel when visiting Dubai for a business trip. All is perfect. They even offer me the best view for my room for free.

The room is quite spacious, clean, and looks new. However, the showerhead isn't great, and having the hairdryer in a drawer is inconvenient; it would be much better if it were mounted on the wall next to the bathroom mirror. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast spread is quite good.

The bathroom smells like sewage. The smell never goes away. The hotel staff were very kind and this is likely something out of their control but something a traveler should be aware of. We did tell them several times. Love the ambiance of the hotel and the restaurant staff are very friendly.

I had a great experience thanks to the amazing service from Praneeth and Nazeer at the front desk. They were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Even though I'm not a regular guest, they treated me with exceptional care and upgraded my stay, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference. That's really nice hotel not only for layover between flights. You get exactly what you see on the photos, maybe even better, it was really clean and quiet with helpful personell. Fast check-in and check-out, with shuttle operating from and to airport 24/7 every 30 mins.

This is my second stay here, and it was a great experience. It's clean and hygienic, and getting around is super convenient. There's a shuttle bus directly to the airport, and taxis are often waiting right outside. It's a really good value for money choice.

The hotel is pretty standard overall. The room was clean and tidy, but they didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The pool is heated and offers a view of the Burj Khalifa. There's a shuttle bus every half hour to T1 and T3 airports.

It was very strange that upon arrival, the first thing they did at reception was try to upsell us to an upgraded room for an extra charge. We arrived at 3:30 PM, check-in was from 2:00 PM, and they showed us our standard room, which apparently hadn't been cleaned yet, offering us to wait or immediately take an upgraded room for an extra fee.
