We took an early flight to drop off our child, so we checked into a hotel near Stansted Airport a day in advance. The hotel was new, had convenient dining options, and was just a few minutes' walk from the airport, making it very cost-effective.

Tidy, but some urine smell in the toilet. The double bed is made of two separate single bed mattress so there is a gap in between. Everything else is good.

It's very close to the visa application place, about a five-minute walk. There are many facilities around. There is a big sains downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, the cost performance is relatively high.

Advantages: The location of the room is not bad, just next to the commercial district, and it is convenient to travel. There are supermarkets, restaurants and general shopping nearby. The room is slightly more spacious than the holiday inn I have been staying in before, and the breakfast is similar.
Disadvantages: I looked for a long time when I checked in but couldn't find our information. I waited for a long time and communicated with Ctrip. Finally, I was given a room card. When I went in, I saw that it was a room that had not been cleaned, so I went to the front desk to change a room. I also confirmed with her that I would stay for four days. Who knew that the room card would expire the next day. I went to the front desk to communicate again. I don’t know if there is any problem with the management.
Secondly, the window of the room is dead, there is no ventilation, and the hygiene is not cleaned. Can you imagine that there is no cleaning for four consecutive days? I hung a sign every day and went to the front desk to tell them that the room needs to be cleaned. The attitude is very good and I wrote down the room number, but they just didn’t clean it. This is a bit unacceptable.

They don't know their own promotions, the staff change frequently, most of the time the machine to scan your account for add you the points doesn't work, the manager is rudez sometimes they apply some discounts but they still charge you full price.

But the coffee is good.

I don't think people realize how difficult it is to serve whilst maintaining the 5* standards in busy environment like a shopping centre is. I found the staff to be always friendly and quick.
As regular customer, it is sad to see that most of the people complaining are "busy" moms on benefits.

Costa Wandsworth. I ordered a Frostino and they made it but it's wasn't blended enough. I sent a message to the girl who did it that it's not blended enough and the blender might not be working but she came and kept on telling me if I need it stronger I should have asked coz it's only one shot of cafe. I could taste the cafe but the ice was not blended I tried to explain than her friend came in so she just ignored me.
