The front desk manager was very unfriendly and didn't accept any opinions. He just said no. I asked to solve the problem or change the room, but he said the room was full. I sat at the front desk for half an hour and people checked in one after another, but he was still checking in. I asked to check out, but he said no refund. obvious discrimination
I couldn't stand it anymore so I just packed my bags and left.
The room facilities were terrible—there were leaking water stains, broken glass, and the room was very cold. The front desk manager was extremely unfriendly and refused to accept any feedback, he only said “No” to everything. When I asked to resolve The hotel was fully booked due to the issues or change rooms. However, I sat at the front desk for half an hour and saw people continuously checking in. When I requested a refund due to poor conditions, they said no refunds were allowed. It was clear discrimination. I couldn't tolerate it anymore and eventually just grabbed my luggage and left.
