I booked for double room and stayed for more than 1 night. I would suggest, Its better to spend little more and look for alternative.
I really question the authenticity of peple who gave 5 start reviews.
The bathroom was so dirty and even the water does not drain out of the sink properly. I did not complain about anything because its was just to much to complain. I regret staying there just for location.
The TV turns on but does not have any channel. The AC turns on but dont do anything. The light does not turn off properly . The condition of everything is like its about to break.
The room was so tiny and dirty, I booked for double bed room and even the wifi stopped working on my last night. I dont give negative feedback but GOD this hotel earned it. My advice to hotel owner is to improve the hygiene and basic necessities. One last thing I was expecting a coffee and tea maker in my room but the entire hotel has just 1 coffee and Tea maker which is on the reception.

If you want a good location for not so much money and you just need the most necessary, this is a great hotel. The rooms are small and simple, the bathrooms are tiny, the cleaning is not great. But the staff were nice. We had some complaints on our room, but could change room without problem and we were much more satisfied with that room.

Excellent location right next to Earl's Court and very friendly staff. However, our room was not very clean. Also I nearly broke my shin when the bathroom door caught my foot. The whole interior is very poorly planned out, you'll find plenty of tripping hazards and other occupational dangers. Poor construction of this door led to a very painful injury with swelling that ruined my next few days. Cannot recommend at all.

We paid extra for the Executive Lounge access which we had done previously with wonderful success. It was a haven for the family. But they have really minimized the experience in the last year or so. The offerings are more limited, it is no longer the same elevated experience and they NO LONGER SERVE SCONES at alleged “AFTERNOON TEA”! It was all the talk in the lounge….where are the scones? Come on Conrad, bring back the lovely Executive Lounge experience or don’t charge for it!! This hotel has gone from my absolute fave in the world to ho-hum!

Awful experience with unprofessional staff, the photos are different than the actual rooms. Noisey place and staf cook inside. This but no means a hote. They charge extra on arrival.

We've spent 3 nights in the Exhibition Court Hotel 4, stuff is very friendly and helpful also the location is very good.
The room we got was very small, but after all quite comfortable. The biggest downside of the room was the bathroom - unfortunately dirty and also we had a problem with window, which let in the cold.

Was a nice room, staff were friendly and helpful the only thing was the water had a funky smell to it everytime you use the tap

The staff is really nice and you take tea, coffee and water whenever you want for free. The room was clean and the position is very good, well-connected with metro and buses.
The really limitation are the room and the bathroom sizes, which are really small.
I was unsure to give them 3 or 4 stars, but let’s go with 4 because they are very nice.

It was a good hotel with good location, friendly nice staff that made my stay very pleasant, i really enjoyed my time there

Amazing staff and location. Room was windowless and small but lights worked fine. The tap and shower door were a bit hard to manage. And I had found a bedbug in my bed. Other than that, it's a short walk from the tube station and a good location. For single travellers I would recommend but more, it may be slightly cramped.

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.
Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. No surprises here. It's clean and serves food at a low cost. Plenty of seating upstairs.
