The moment you step in, you feel like family, excellent service throughout, from the afternoon to, to the Caxton grill for dinner or drinks, and of course being welcomed by the reception and staff at the doors
We had a great meal at the pub too and service was excellent. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Interesting historical points in lobby from WW2. Lovely unique entrance for a city hotel!
We had a really great 3 night stay at St Ermin’s. Beautiful historic place in a great part of town. 5 minutes to parks, close to palace and even closer to Big Bend and river
It is centrally located and about an easy 10 minute walk from the must see locations of central London including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace
The pictures speak for itself how beautiful the hotel is and I always love taking photos there. Really is a hidden gem in London
I always love visiting st Ermins and even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth a visit for a drink or afternoon tea
We have been very glad about our stay at the hotel. Cleaning which is important for me was good. Also, we could reach everywhere we planned to see very easily. Checi in & out was very quickly handled
Hospitability of staff was also perfect. Esp Mr Luis, thank you :) Only view of the room was not good but it was our chance I guess. Would like to stay at my next visit too
The hotel staff were very patient in communicating with us despite our English communication difficulties, and the security guards were also very professional. A very good, long-established hotel.
Excellent. Beautiful place. Well maintained. Staff friendly & attentive. Afternoon tea was out of this world in both taste & presentation. Harpist played beautifully whilst we dined. 5* experience.
Centrally location, good service
Valuable price
I would like to point out that there were always plenty of seats in the executive lounge. In the evening, the food was slightly disappointing. The hotel was recently renovated and the common areas look very good
London, 222 Marylebone Road (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London
They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!
The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too
As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I felt extremely comfortable here. I slept so well throughout my stay—the bed and pillows were simply perfect, giving me the best quality rest each night
Nice iconic hotel, location not that ideal to the city center. Higiene good. service not good, not helpfull, not much facilities
I had an absolutely delightful 12-day stay at The Landmark and I want to sincerely thank every member of the team. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I felt genuinely welcomed—almost like coming home
We had the most amazing stay at The Landmark London celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all of our expectations
Smoking and non smoking rooms available. A little disappointed with how small our room is but furniture is good quality, clean and well presented
Love everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrive we feel at home. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Restaurant for breakfast is very busy
There’s a good selection of hot and cold and again the staff are always ensuring you have everything you need
The room was spotless with excellent amenities. We used the spa which was very nice with a great atmosphere. We can't thank the hotel staff enough for making our stay special
My only disappointment was that the lobby bar area was closed due to renovations, so it restricted areas to relax around the hotel, but very much looking forward to seeing the upgrades
We were very happy with the service , we would truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, I had heard lot about the breakfast there and was expecting a very big spread. otherwise it was a very good experience
London, 130 Tottenham Court Road (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is considered our second home, everytime coming to London,we stay here cause best location, best service from hotel staffs, they all recognized our presence all times, they all made us feel welcomed, relaxed, valued
We especially like to praise our appreciation to front desk staffs named Joseph and Anandhu who are really helpful, friendly and gave excellent sevice throughout our stay
Nice room facilities, excellent position of hotel
Room is quiet as we choose room far away from lift
Clean and front desk was very welcoming and friendly! Offered us complimentary breakfast for 2 when they heard we are on our honeymoon 💜 room is facing the city and the road below can be quite noisy with the sirens and traffic
Lovely hotel, the staff were friendly.
Steak and lobster in hotel which was a bonus.
Room was adequate, tv not working correctly and heating controls were playing up.
But nothing to annoy staff with
Good hotel next to metro station. It used to be an old building for something.
London, 8-14 Cooper's Row (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I have stayed here for a relaxed day. booked one of he cheapest rooms and had a great experience. The location is absolutely amazing. The room size was nice and everything was in good condition
Thank you!
- The hotel's location is very good, it is a 2-minute walk from Tower Hill Station (Circle/District line) and a 5-minute walk from Tower Gate DLR station
Buffet breakfast is acceptable. Room service is good. Many thanks for delivering the food and drinks. She is good and appreciated her service.
The hotel is fabulous, the view is amazing, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic.
Room is very spacious which is rare in london. Bed were very comfortable. Subway entrance just next to it. Overall it was a good stay.
- In the second room, water suddenly dripped through the ceiling (in the bathroom) during the night, so there was a change of rooms. It would have been nice (not mandatory, but nice) to offer guests breakfast in return
London, 151-157 City Road (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The service was very good. The front desk helped with a lot of luggage. The location and transportation were very convenient.
This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service from the staff was incredible, so thoughtful and kind. The room wasn’t ready for check in time unfortunately. The hotel is beautifully designed
There are stations, several supermarkets and chain cafes nearby. Although it's not in the city center, it's not far from anywhere. You can reach many famous attractions in ten minutes. Overall, I will stay here again
Great location with various eateries and groceries nearby. Close to train station and buses. Staff were pleasant and helpful
Carpet was a little sticky in room when we arrived but it got better after housekeeping came twice
10/10 experience absolutely loved this hotel and location
Fantastic hotel - superior room was spacious and clean. Spa is the best in London and can’t wait to come back
One thing to mention is that you get charged 5% discretionary room charge without much explanation on checkout - surprised given how expensive the hotel is
It's a great hotel in London. The room is small but the location is great. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. The room cleaning service is also very user-friendly and I will choose it again next time.
The room is upgraded for free, but there are additional service charges. It is best to inform the guest in advance. Of course, you can check out after communication
The hotel has a special car to pick you up (there is no charge for the car, but you should tip the driver who is very good). Stayed for five consecutive nights
Probably the best afternoon tea we've ever had. Delicious finger sandwiches made with different types of bread, exquisite patisserie and wonderful service
London, 5 Commercial Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Aldgate in London — 5 stars without a doubt. It’s excellent value for money, the location is amazing, and the décor is modern and really nice
Typical standard premier inn. Great beds hadgood night sleep. Next door is bar and block where you can get a meal and breakfast us served.
Not too far from tube station
There was no phone in the room, so I have no idea about the service, but the front desk staff were quite good, and the Wi-Fi was decent. It's not completely unlivable, but it was a bit off-putting
I honestly couldn’t have been happier — it was absolutely silent, right in the middle of central London. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!
I had requested a quiet room and although the hotel was fully booked, the staff did everything they could and placed me in a room overlooking the courtyard
The room was surprisingly spacious for London, with a big, very comfortable bed
Later in the week we hosted a workshop in one of the smaller meeting rooms and the service was good, all facilities had been recently refurbished and they enjoyed the buffet style lunch made available in the common area between meeting rooms
Good location, very near Russell Square Station. Thanks for arranging the only connecting for us. This two rooms are newly renovated, clean and comfortable.
Right next to the British Museum, this is a great hotel. Check-in at the front desk was seamless, and despite our room facing the street on the first floor, it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was excellent and varied
The front desk can help with luggage storage, and the service attitude is excellent
I noticed a significant price increase since my last visit, and I'm not sure why. The location is excellent – a subway station is right outside the door, offering direct access to Heathrow Airport
Rooms are quite dated, bit they're also pretty large for central London. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly. Wasn't overly noisy, so got a good night's sleep.
London, 100-110 Euston Road (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Great stay. Very close to train station so good for us. Great service from staff and amazing breakfast. Very comfortable bed, great shower and lovely touch celebrating a birthday
With minimal noise and with great black out curtains, I was able to get really good sleep while still enjoying a great location. One minor complaint: I needed to leave to catch early morning flight
Loved my stay at the Pullman St Pancras! The location is unbeatable—right next to the train stations and Tube, making it super easy to get anywhere. The room was really stylish, quiet, and had a super comfy bed
It was definitely one of my top picks from this trip. Plenty of dining options and supermarkets are easily accessible nearby. The breakfast area was lovely, and the breakfast itself was excellent
The cocktail bar downstairs is a great spot, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It's the perfect mix of modern, convenient, and comfortable. Perfect whether you're here for business or fun
Absolutely loved it and was thoroughly satisfied! The location is superb, being extremely close to King's Cross and St Pancras stations, which makes it incredibly convenient for both train and Tube travel
Everyone at The Dilly was super helpful and friendly, we visited for my birthday. The room was lovely - reception and concierge staff were excellent.
On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds
Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more
The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it
The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep
Great location, great service. Worth the price, breakfast was delicious.
London, 58 Shepherds Bush Green (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Had a great time in sheperd dorsett as it is very near to the westfield shoping center and easy to find good food nearby
If you need to be in West London with access to transport, this is a really good location; it's also easy to get to Heathrow early in the morning as we had to. We found the staff helpful, well-trained, and competent
Very good location and nice hotel..been staying at dorsett sherpheds bush
hotel 4 times or almost every year when ever we traveled to london.
The location is perfect if you have rented a car for further trip to outside london as there is a big shopping mall - Westfield nearby which provides thousands of car parking space with reasonable rate
Bathroom basin and soap dispenser faulty. Radiator in bathroom helped to dry laundry. Rooms aircon max at 28C but felt really chilly, nowhere near 28C. Litz Cafe within 2 mins walk from hotel
Maybe the hotel hardware is a bit worn out, but it seems like they are overhauling things - the shower was new. For exploring West London or getting to Heathrow, we'd return without doubt
London, Lakeside Way, Wembley (13 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The stay at the hotel was good. It was clean and well maintained. However the pillows and the mattress were not very comfortable to sleep on and the buffet breakfast menu was repetitive everyday
It would have been good if there was more variety for vegetarians. On a weekday during our stay there was very loud music from late evening till after midnight from an event at the hotel premises
In this kind of hotel have to
be someone to help you with ur luggage as it is very long walk to the most of the Rooms
The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks
The front desk was helpful. They confirm the booking in a few minutes.
The hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming
London, 40 Liverpool Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Amazing hotel, I will be stopping at this hotel again. Rooms are nice and very spacious. Offering free drinks on arrival. We stopped there Saturday to Sunday one night
Check out was 12, I have no fault with this hotel and I will be staying at this hotel more often when I come down to London
Fantastic service from start to finish.
Cannot fault a thing
The room I had looked inside the courtyard and was dark. And the shower floor was very slippery so had to be careful. With the price don’t think i will stay here again
The location is great as it is right on Liverpool street tube and rail station. Room design is trying to be chic modern but the fixtures are starting to look worn out
There are other options also close to Liverpool street
Truly Excellent – Best Place for Special Events
The Savoy is really and truly excellent—one of the best places for hosting or attending special events
One of the best hotel stays I’ve had anywhere in the world. The service is exceptional, warm, natural and consistently at the highest level
From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, organised, and perfectly managed. The atmosphere is elegant, the décor is stunning, and every detail reflects class and professionalism
The location is unbeatable and the river views from the suite are something special. Housekeeping was immaculate and every interaction with the team felt effortless and genuinely welcoming
A beautiful mix of heritage, atmosphere and world class hospitality
I had a wonderful experience, especially with the events team. The events manager was very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout
London, 104 Bolsover Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed here for 5 nights early last month. First of all, the location is really good
It's a twenty-minute walk from must-see attractions like the British Museum, and a thirty-minute walk to Euston train station (I consider anything under a half-hour walk 'walking distance')
They were cleanest right after being cleaned in the afternoon and dirtiest before check-out in the morning. There's a decent-sized pantry downstairs, and I saw quite a few people cooking
It's also close to Great Portland St and Regents Park tube stations. I was in an 8-bed female dorm. The restrooms are outside the room
I also used it twice to boil water for instant noodles. Free luggage storage after check-out was a great bonus
The location is perfect. I love walking around in the city and feel safe even at night. The experience of staying depends on your roommates and your adaptability. Overall it’s pretty good.
London, 239 Vauxhall Bridge Road (in the centre) 🧭 Map
For this price, finding a hotel with such a great location in London is excellent value for money. Plus, the room size is decent, quite large for London standards, and the restaurant and lobby are well-appointed
Convenient location in Victoria. Close to coach and underground. Close to shops and places to eat. You had to use your key card to get further than the reception area which is good
The shower was hot and had great pressure. The bathroom extraction was also good. Soap, lotion, hair shampoo and conditioner provided - note strong fragrance
Bottles of still water were in the room in standard in addition to the usual tea/coffee options. Kettle, iron, ironing board and hair dryer also provided. We had a positive experience and would stay here again
Spare keys offered if travelling if your party is greater than 1 person. Modern convenience with power pads for lighting and heating/air-con on both sides of the bed and wall-mounted inside the door
This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English
London, 8 Northumberland Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The building is old, so the room size is average not very big but that’s understandable. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was smooth, and we deposited a £200 security deposit
Staff made all the difference! Nalin, who was at the front desk when I checked in made it feel like I was visiting a relative than just staying a night in one of the busiest cities in the world
But what keeps me coming back is the staff - they are all best-in-class. Amazingly accommodating, always attentive, friendly, patient and willing to go out of their way to make your stay pleasant
Amazing location and beautiful lobby. Friendly staff and was generally very happy with our stay. They have a lounge and free tea and coffee and it was warm and comfortable. The bed was great and I want to buy the pillows
Everything is nearby, and I genuinely believe it’s one of the best places to stay in London. The hotel looks very classy, with beautiful architecture. It’s neat, clean, and well maintained
Great, good ambiance, a lot of delicious food, and a good location.
London, 101 Knightsbridge (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The prices are a little high. The room phone was broken.
The scenery is also very good. Very good and very satisfied. 👍
Very good hotel I will come again
The room is old, the surrounding environment is good
Why give it half a star for service! It's simply outrageous! A waiter suddenly broke into the room at around 9pm local time? We two girls were lying on the bed, browsing our phones and getting ready to go to sleep, both wearing only tops
When I said we would clean, did he only bring a pen and a piece of paper? And he suddenly opened the door and came in? Which hotel cleans at night, and what he called VIPs can do it just by asking? I didn't experience any other services
