The moment you step in, you feel like family, excellent service throughout, from the afternoon to, to the Caxton grill for dinner or drinks, and of course being welcomed by the reception and staff at the doors

We had a great meal at the pub too and service was excellent. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Interesting historical points in lobby from WW2. Lovely unique entrance for a city hotel!

We had a really great 3 night stay at St Ermin’s. Beautiful historic place in a great part of town. 5 minutes to parks, close to palace and even closer to Big Bend and river

It is centrally located and about an easy 10 minute walk from the must see locations of central London including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace

The pictures speak for itself how beautiful the hotel is and I always love taking photos there. Really is a hidden gem in London

I always love visiting st Ermins and even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth a visit for a drink or afternoon tea

We have been very glad about our stay at the hotel. Cleaning which is important for me was good. Also, we could reach everywhere we planned to see very easily. Checi in & out was very quickly handled

Hospitability of staff was also perfect. Esp Mr Luis, thank you :) Only view of the room was not good but it was our chance I guess. Would like to stay at my next visit too

The hotel staff were very patient in communicating with us despite our English communication difficulties, and the security guards were also very professional. A very good, long-established hotel.

I would like to point out that there were always plenty of seats in the executive lounge. In the evening, the food was slightly disappointing. The hotel was recently renovated and the common areas look very good

  The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London

They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!  The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too

As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I felt extremely comfortable here. I slept so well throughout my stay—the bed and pillows were simply perfect, giving me the best quality rest each night

Smoking and non smoking rooms available. A little disappointed with how small our room is but furniture is good quality, clean and well presented

Room is very spacious which is rare in london. Bed were very comfortable. Subway entrance just next to it. Overall it was a good stay.

- In the second room, water suddenly dripped through the ceiling (in the bathroom) during the night, so there was a change of rooms. It would have been nice (not mandatory, but nice) to offer guests breakfast in return

The service was very good. The front desk helped with a lot of luggage. The location and transportation were very convenient.

There are stations, several supermarkets and chain cafes nearby. Although it's not in the city center, it's not far from anywhere. You can reach many famous attractions in ten minutes. Overall, I will stay here again

It's a great hotel in London. The room is small but the location is great. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. The room cleaning service is also very user-friendly and I will choose it again next time.

The room is upgraded for free, but there are additional service charges. It is best to inform the guest in advance. Of course, you can check out after communication

The hotel has a special car to pick you up (there is no charge for the car, but you should tip the driver who is very good). Stayed for five consecutive nights

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Aldgate in London — 5 stars without a doubt. It’s excellent value for money, the location is amazing, and the décor is modern and really nice

Typical standard premier inn. Great beds hadgood night sleep. Next door is bar and block where you can get a meal and breakfast us served. Not too far from tube station

There was no phone in the room, so I have no idea about the service, but the front desk staff were quite good, and the Wi-Fi was decent. It's not completely unlivable, but it was a bit off-putting

I had requested a quiet room and although the hotel was fully booked, the staff did everything they could and placed me in a room overlooking the courtyard

The room was surprisingly spacious for London, with a big, very comfortable bed

Later in the week we hosted a workshop in one of the smaller meeting rooms and the service was good, all facilities had been recently refurbished and they enjoyed the buffet style lunch made available in the common area between meeting rooms

Good location, very near Russell Square Station. Thanks for arranging the only connecting for us. This two rooms are newly renovated, clean and comfortable.

Right next to the British Museum, this is a great hotel. Check-in at the front desk was seamless, and despite our room facing the street on the first floor, it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was excellent and varied

I noticed a significant price increase since my last visit, and I'm not sure why. The location is excellent – a subway station is right outside the door, offering direct access to Heathrow Airport

Rooms are quite dated, bit they're also pretty large for central London. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly. Wasn't overly noisy, so got a good night's sleep.

With minimal noise and with great black out curtains, I was able to get really good sleep while still enjoying a great location. One minor complaint: I needed to leave to catch early morning flight

Loved my stay at the Pullman St Pancras! The location is unbeatable—right next to the train stations and Tube, making it super easy to get anywhere. The room was really stylish, quiet, and had a super comfy bed

Absolutely loved it and was thoroughly satisfied! The location is superb, being extremely close to King's Cross and St Pancras stations, which makes it incredibly convenient for both train and Tube travel

Everyone at The Dilly was super helpful and friendly, we visited for my birthday. The room was lovely - reception and concierge staff were excellent.

On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds

If you need to be in West London with access to transport, this is a really good location; it's also easy to get to Heathrow early in the morning as we had to. We found the staff helpful, well-trained, and competent

The location is perfect if you have rented a car for further trip to outside london as there is a big shopping mall - Westfield nearby which provides thousands of car parking space with reasonable rate

Bathroom basin and soap dispenser faulty. Radiator in bathroom helped to dry laundry. Rooms aircon max at 28C but felt really chilly, nowhere near 28C. Litz Cafe within 2 mins walk from hotel

Maybe the hotel hardware is a bit worn out, but it seems like they are overhauling things - the shower was new. For exploring West London or getting to Heathrow, we'd return without doubt

The stay at the hotel was good. It was clean and well maintained. However the pillows and the mattress were not very comfortable to sleep on and the buffet breakfast menu was repetitive everyday

It would have been good if there was more variety for vegetarians. On a weekday during our stay there was very loud music from late evening till after midnight from an event at the hotel premises

I stayed here for 5 nights early last month. First of all, the location is really good

It's a twenty-minute walk from must-see attractions like the British Museum, and a thirty-minute walk to Euston train station (I consider anything under a half-hour walk 'walking distance')

They were cleanest right after being cleaned in the afternoon and dirtiest before check-out in the morning. There's a decent-sized pantry downstairs, and I saw quite a few people cooking

It's also close to Great Portland St and Regents Park tube stations. I was in an 8-bed female dorm. The restrooms are outside the room

I also used it twice to boil water for instant noodles. Free luggage storage after check-out was a great bonus

The location is perfect. I love walking around in the city and feel safe even at night. The experience of staying depends on your roommates and your adaptability. Overall it’s pretty good.

Convenient location in Victoria. Close to coach and underground. Close to shops and places to eat. You had to use your key card to get further than the reception area which is good

This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English

Why give it half a star for service! It's simply outrageous! A waiter suddenly broke into the room at around 9pm local time? We two girls were lying on the bed, browsing our phones and getting ready to go to sleep, both wearing only tops

When I said we would clean, did he only bring a pen and a piece of paper? And he suddenly opened the door and came in? Which hotel cleans at night, and what he called VIPs can do it just by asking? I didn't experience any other services
