The receptionist, Jacky, was nice and professional. Good location for catching a morning eurostar train. The A/C control was a bit confusing.

Perfect location, good place from Eurostar. Close to Harry Potter station if you interested. Many bus routes are stopped at king cross road or library. Whole design is great ~ feeling warm and trendy

I have been to coming to London for almost 40 years and it is the first hotel in London that I have found that; is spacious, has staff that speak understandable English, that has a good shower, has a TV that you can hook up your phone and iPad to, that is a reasonable price

The hotel interior was clean and well-maintained, making it perfect for family travelers. There were also many M&S supermarkets and cafes nearby, which was convenient for buying snacks

It was not at all difficult for our middle school-aged child to walk, and the location was perfect for stopping by to rest briefly during our trip

Fabulous location. The staff were helpful and efficient. Pervus was amazing and helped us with our luggage quickly. His timing was impeccable. The room was perfect with lots of extra amenities.

There's also a subway station a few minutes' walk away, making transportation very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the elevator is a bit small. The room size isn't small, and the service was quite good

I had booked a Deluxe Double Room, and this was our second time staying at the property. Our first stay was excellent, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing

Had a wonderful stay at Canopy. I really like how you could hang your coats and jackets on the open rack, once you entered the room. Very good selection at the breakfast buffet

The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent

The hotel is located v near to two different tube stations, Aldgate East and Whitechapel. There are a few good brunch restaurant, starbucks, and a Japanese restaurant nearby, which I enjoyed much

The front desk kindly upgraded me to a King Luxe room on the 7th floor. It was very spacious and comfortable, and the room also had a mini-fridge and a capsule coffee machine. The view from the 9th floor was also great

Everything has been thought of to ensure guest has the best experience. Well equipped, swimming pool and spa facilities are much better compared to the similar type hotels. I would definitely recommend and return back

In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.

The meals are also very good, from breakfast to dinner. As is expected, there may be one or two issues with a room, but this is usually fixed promptly if it is mentioned to reception

Lovely foyer with complimentary cold drinks and biscuits. Clean room with good quality toiletry products. The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Good selection of food at breakfast.1

The breakfast was absolutely superb best thing about it. The so-called executive lounge is not worth the salt it's upon. Highly restrictive service and offerings they need to reconsider this immediately

The rumours outdated and we bought through was full of holes. The location is excellent with the Barbican centre nearby and South London easily accessible by bus or public transport

A very clean and convenient hotel with a great location, within a 1 min walk to Southwark station, 5 mins to Southbank riverside, and 15 minute walk to borough market and London Bridge

Perfect if travelling to the 02 arena took 10-15 mins on the tube. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the standard double room is large with all the relevant amenities

The room we booked was no longer available, so the hotel changed us to two rooms, which was an upgrade. The location is excellent, go straight left and you will reach Oxford Street.

Paul's Cathedral, the location is unbeatable. Millennium Bridge is just across the street, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room itself was pretty standard

Club Quarters St Paul's was great! Location was amazing - just steps away from St Paul's Cathedral and lots of food options and a Tesco just at your doorstep

If one was inclined this would be the perfect spot for a theatre hop from the Public, Globe, and National Theatres- we saw A Christmas Carol at The Old Vic which was only about a 30 minute walk

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away

The bed was stitched with some variety of heavenly feathers and we were really impressed all the tech in the room was functioning- always a plus being able to stream iPlayer/Netflix

The room had a very comfortable and quiet two-meter-wide bed. The hotel's food was also great, and they offered dinner and drinks in the evening at a reasonable price.

I chose this hotel because I had to catch an early train from King's Cross Station. It's really close to the station. The facilities are pretty standard, and there's no fridge in the room or complimentary bottled water

It does seems like the hotel try to cut cost by making it more difficult more complicated to get your room clean. The cleaning is a worst service I have ever imagined

The reception could only do the best by replacing some items, but of course cannot have the room cleaned
