We also didn't hear much noise from the other rooms, so we always had a good night of sleep

We booked this hotel after searching for an ideal one for a very, very long time, and I am so glad we found it! Although the room was small and didn't have windows (both things were not a problem for us), it was very tidy and clean, and also had all of the amenities you could ask for (hairdryer, UK and EU plug, a USB entry, TV, a table and two chairs, three mirrors)! The bed was soft and confortable...

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice, easy, clean and overall a good experience. Has a sliding door with a gap and without a lock, so don't expect the full privacy feeling

Nice budget hotel next to Aldgate East tube station, practical to move around the city. Rooms are cosy with all basic amenities required for your stay

Very good for a short stay! We stayed two nights, and it is clean and cosy. Decorations and interior are fun, breakfast was good with a European variety to choose from

Well located - near the train station, good restaurants and pubs. In the hotel restaurant, excellent Breakfast. The staff are great -polite, helpful. Daily maid service.

The only downside I have is that the twin room beds were connected. If I wanted the twin beds to be connected I would have booked a double bed room. Other than that, everything else was good

The location of the hotel is excellent! Perhaps it might be a good idea of the hotel to replace the carpet as it looks quite worn. Apart from that, it was strange that the toilet is separated from the shower room

Nice hotel ideally situated bang next to Greenwich Railway/DLR. Rooms are of a good standard, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful

The room is spacious. The restaurant offers a good breakfast and dinner. I booked on half board, so I received a £30 voucher for a starter and main.

Great location for the Shard/ Sky garden and a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Tower of London. Great service and a bit of luxury. Rooms were very clean , inviting and beds were super comfy

Excellent location, close to Oxford Circus and Regents Street. Though the hotel was a bit old with some wear and tears, it was clean and tidy.

The Hotel location is great, right in the middle of center, the tube station is very close. There are a lot of shopping malls on that street. The room was not so big, but was clean and comfortable

We stayed in the beautiful corner water view room, which is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The food is good and the location is a welcome breath of fresh air away from the madness of central London

There is plenty of storage space, it is easy to clean and prepare for the return home. The lounge is very nice, bright and clean. I ordered room service, the quality surprised me, and I liked the steak

The staff is what makes this hotel very special as they are truly a highly dedicated team all over their property. The location is perfect as it is near Tower Bridge and 1 minute from the tube station

Afroditi at the spa made sure to go above and beyond. Her service was absolutely phenomenal and she was the sweetest. I gladly appreciated everything she did for me while I was there

Finally, the hotel staff gave me a very good deal on a taxi to the airport. I was very lucky that the taxi driver gave me a discount on the trip to the airport. I can again offer my wife more time for shopping

The location ( near the British Museum ) is excellent and feels like a neighborhood with great restaurants and many cuisines. Planning on staying here again in just a few weeks

Clean room, excellent bathroom in my room that was upgraded. Smaller rooms had less space in the bathroom but ok for brief stays.

This is a solid 4-star hotel, and if it were positioned as such, the experience would be perfectly justified. However, it is definitely not a luxury 5-star boutique hotel

It was my family trip to London city. First day the trainee at the reception is not so well to assist us on check in. She arrange 3 rooms with 3 different floor. And that is very limit parking with 35gdp per night

The hotel provided toothbrushes, but the hairdryer was quite old, and it took a long time to dry my long hair. Cleanliness: Honestly, the bedding was in a rather awkward condition

There is a lot of foot traffic outside but it was quiet at a reasonable hour but if you’re early to bed or sensitive to outside noise, maybe request a higher floor. Would definitely stay here again

The room is small, but that's understandable since it's an old London house. It has a retro style and is fully equipped with everything. The smart toilet is also very convenient. It was very comfortable to sleep in

It was not the usual Hyatt Regency with limited facilities. The room I requested with a view of the Big Ben was amazing. However, it had a relatively small bed. The shower facilities were good and modern
