Crowne Plaza London Ealing by IHG, London1 / 30
8.3
London, Western Avenue Hanger Lane (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We stayed at Crown Plaze Hotel for a night, the location is good just 2 mins walk to Tube Station Hanger Lane, Room size and ambience is good & lovely, The only thing is bed is a bit small and too soft for us, bathroom size is fine but we don't like the shower curtain, though it is clean but it does have smell on it
This hotel is incredibly old, like something out of the 1990s in terms of decor and design. The entire room smelled musty, and the smell got even stronger when I turned on the AC, so I ended up not daring to use it
The waiter in the restaurant was a very nice Hong Kong uncle. The hotel is right next to a subway station, and another one is also very close – that's the only good thing about it
The room wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem; it was actually quite decent. For European standards, it definitely exceeded expectations. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell
The stay itself was very comfortable. I wish they change the TVs to smart tvs so that one can pair with one’s hand device. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall quite a nice place for business travelers
Nice comfortable stay, however I saw there were some moths, and also the wifi was not up to the high speed that was mentioned. I would suggest the management looks at this issue.

Cheval Three Quays at the Tower, London1 / 28

London, 40 Lower Thames St, City of London (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Lovely place to stay, great location and helpful staff. 5 star rating would be 10 if I could choose it. Apartments very well presented, clean and modern.
The room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was great for buying groceries and cooking our own meals
We stayed in the room of the lowest expense and even then, that I did not even feel like i was staying in an apartment, but my own home! I could only imagine how beautiful the higher tier rooms will be
The only downside was that the hotel water was carbonated, and I got an upset stomach after drinking it on the first day. Also, the toilet didn't flush very well and got clogged easily
The living room offers great views, and the bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious enough. It's conveniently located near a subway station for easy travel, and there's a supermarket close by
The rooms are well designed and equipped with everything you need. The room service was always spot on, the cleaners do an immaculate job and are well mannered. Check in and check out was easy

We had a lovely post-Christmas stay at Blakemore Hyde Park. On arrival, the hotel was beautifully decorated on the outside with festive decorations, which set the tone for a wonderful time
My second stay here and absolutely love it. There is a close station Bayswater and Queensway
Found the staff polite but unaccomodating, hospitality wise not the best in terms of taking a little extra step but amenities wise all good & rooms are great
Marble Arch station is only 2 stations away which is perfect because I love that area 💗 It is amazing and has a bidet which is perfect for us. The staff are very friendly and welcoming
Lovely hotel. Right location. Central
We were greeted by Arun, who was friendly and welcoming and updraged us to a suite, which was fantastic! The basement suite on the lower ground floor was spacious, immaculately clean, and provided all the needed amenities for a short stay

Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us at a very important time for my family
Clean, nice interiors, great shower and a bathtub. Every staff member very courteous. Great location with walking distance to ahopping and monuments. Short distance to the tube that goes straight to Heathrow
There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree waiting for us, milk and cookies delivered for the kids, thoughtful little bags of kids toiletries, and even candles to take home—details that felt both luxurious and genuinely warm
Amazing room. Staff were excellent and attentive! Alexander was especially helpful.
Everyone was extremely welcoming. The decor, art, furnishings were an experience. Lots of dining options steps from the hotel (back restaurant door). We will definitely stay here again on our next London trip!
Breakfast was fresh and delicious

One Aldwych, London1 / 30
9.4
London, 1 Aldwych (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The cream-themed decor was adorable yet sophisticated, and the furniture was of excellent quality, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside
The bathroom details were particularly commendable: underfloor heating, double sinks, and even a small TV next to the bathtub, allowing you to watch TV while soaking – a truly immersive experience
The pool itself wasn't large, but considering the hotel's prime location, having a pool at all is a rare treat. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the slippers were thick and soft
The minibar was complimentary, including soft drinks and beer; the orange juice was especially delicious. There were also snacks like potato chips in the room – a thoughtful touch
We stayed in a room on the fifth floor, which was incredibly spacious, almost like a one-bedroom suite, much more roomy than I had anticipated
Furthermore, the room was decorated with fresh flowers arranged by a professional florist, greatly enhancing the birthday ambiance

They offered a gluten free menu which was presented beautifully. The service was spot on and the hotel is dreamy. The best time definitely recommend this place for an elegant yet relaxed tea in London
The service at The Lanesborough is absolutely exceptional. As good as I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Great location in the city, excellent service. I highly recommend it.
Visited the Lanesborough hotel for the Bridgeton afternoon tea. It was such a lovely time with delicious sandwiches, scones and sweet treats all themed. The tea was fresh, hot, sweet and spicy
In the morning we could watch the Royal Household Cavalry ride by on their way to the changing of the guard. The hotel is impeccably maintained in every aspect
One of the finest hotels in Europe. We travel quite a bit and this hotel really stands out. We have stayed here several times and it always amazes us

I assumed it would make things easier for them to not have to clean our room, but they insisted if we wanted fresh towels. Location was good and just a quick walk to the bus stop and tube station
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms! The breakfast is also superb with plenty of options for everyone, kids and adults
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just ok. The rooms (and bathrooms) are exactly the size and layout of a cruise ship room. I knew it would be tiny, but it was smaller than expected
Very impressed with this hotel. Buffet breakfast has really good bacon and sausages. Perfect right now with hot weather outside 4. Staff really good - very impressed
The room was clean and well maintained with everything in good working order. The beds were incredibly comfortable which made a big difference after a busy day
One of the highlights for me was the spacious bathroom and the shower. It felt very modern and relaxing with good water pressure and plenty of room to move around

The room is very clean with bathtub. Good that all room with bathtub. Just 3 min to tube , very convenience. A lot of convenience shop nearby. There is a Japanese’s restaurant nearby, taste was so far so good
Luckily, an employee gave up a parking space after work! In fact, not bad by and large, if it can improve the cleaning problem should be good! Other hotels will usually ask you to stick a sign at the door to choose to clean and clean, it is no choice The bottom line is not to clean 🫨🫨🫨🫨
The manager is very helpful and finally i got free parking
The rooms aren’t cleaned every day! Not clear the rubbish bins! Not change the towels! If they can change this normal practice , the staff members actively change the towels and clean the rooms every morning , their service will be perfect and impeccable
Drive for one hour! Let’s explore Benz museum!

London Wembley International Hotel, London1 / 30

London, Empire Way (13 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice and polite personnel, fairy clean, a little bit strange warnings all around the room, tough. Overall, it's a good hotel and it's worth the money you pay for it
The room was clean each day and soap was replenished each day. The room was quite quiet despite being near the road.
Very good location, close to Wembley Stadium, nice atmosphere, recommend
However, it is also located close to the main road and you can hear vehicles driving outside your window. That noise is within an acceptable range though. The real torment comes from the ventilation fan in the toilet
Can't fault wembley international when there is an England game on at wembley. Bit dated but rooms are massive and our 2pm check in was great, we got there at 1:30 and our room was ready
We didn’t book breakfast with our stay as either didn’t have the option or missed it when booking, we paid £33 for 2 continental breakfasts which were very average. Good choice of food but cooked food wasn’t the best

Holiday Inn London Camden Lock by IHG, London1 / 30

London, 30 Jamestown Road (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The renovation work didn’t disturb us at all, everything felt well organised and our stay was comfortable from start to finish. From check-in to check-out we felt genuinely welcome and well looked after
We stayed at the Holiday Inn London Camden Lock for a weekend while the hotel is undergoing renovations and transitioning into a Voco hotel, and we honestly had a wonderful experience
Such a great location. Pity the car park's a bit of a walk, but you do get to see the sights on the way. Excellent Wetherspoons next door, too
The room was very spacious and it has everything you would possibly need. It is right across Camden market which makes it easy to go and stroll around
Small gestures, but they made a big difference and created such a positive atmosphere. Truly outstanding service, many hotels could learn from this team
What really impressed us were the thoughtful personal touches, like messages on the mirror and little notes at breakfast wishing us a beautiful day

The hotel service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic and can respond to guests' various needs in a timely manner
The Hotel room was fabulous we even got a upgrade upon arrival, which we was very pleased about. The staff were so attentive and so friendly from start to finish
This is definitely a cost-effective hotel in London. The facilities are very comfortable. The decoration is relatively new and it is very convenient to the attractions. The service and breakfast are also good
The staff are amazing, very attentive without being overly, the hotel itself is warm and inviting, enough bars and restaurants which ypu wouldnt expect from the outside
The room and service were both great! It would be better if the toilet were a smaller proportion of the room.
Very unassuming but spot on for anything a traveller would need

You do have to ask the front desk for cooking oil, though. While the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, its advantage is the massive mall downstairs, which is great for browsing
Very good location, shopping and big supermarket nearby.  Breakfast is good  Will definitely stay here when back to London.
This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House and it was a fantastic experience. In the UK, where everything is so expensive, having a kitchen in the room is a huge plus
The kitchenette in this hotel room was incredibly well-equipped – cooking utensils, knives, cups, plates, everything was even more comprehensive than what I have at home, and it even had a dishwasher! There's a Marks & Spencer supermarket right in the mall downstairs, so if you don't want to eat out, buying groceries and cooking yourself is much more affordable
Staff are very polite and helpful, I had early check in. The room is nice and clean , breakfast is excellent and worth it.
Plus, getting to various attractions by underground usually doesn't require transfers, and you can often get a seat since it's an end-of-the-line station, which is another bonus

Excellent location for concert on O2 - we felt safe walking there and back. Great room. Good breakfast - they were happy to cook me vegan sausages and supply non dairy milk for my room. Would stay there again.
Excellent customer service with great professionalism. Very clean, perfect location if you are attending the O2.
We were lucky enough to get this at a price too good to miss and which included Breakfast. It is a comfortable walk to the O2 and there is plenty to do and eat nearby. The hotel was clean and the bed so comfortable
it was really good very nice loved it and it was a good stay comfy bed affords
, apart from that an all round good stay
The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the o2 Arena and underground station. Good location if visiting for a concert. Hotel located on busy road but you can’t hear it with the double glazed windows

Enjoyed the stay. The male night manager is always ever so kind and helpful. The room is always clean and quiet. Thanks.
The hygiene was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. It's also very close to the Greenwich Observatory and the Queen's House, making it convenient for getting around.
Very welcoming staff. Easy access to all trains as we travelled to london. Beautiful local amenities close to museums, lots of restaurants around, close to Greenwich dockyard. Good value for night stay.
Good hotel with central location just near metro station and supermarket are accessible just in 5 minutes We meet Mr Vijay at front desk he is very polite and professional staff he helped us to manage bookings
The mattresses were very comfy and the breakfast was okay, not very rich, but the muffins and the pain au chocolates were very good
Good hotel. The room was big and very comfortable. It was also in a good location, close to the stations.

Great place to stay for short or long time. Very comfortable bed and good size room. All good, all you need. The breakfast was really nice and lots of varieties to choose from.
We received excellent value for money booking this hotel for one night. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and accommodating
Our room 412 was very quiet as it is at the back of the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station and Westfields. The lobby is very comfortable with a nice bar and tv showing bbc news
This hotel offers great value for money — it’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Stratford Station and right next to the shopping centre
Great nights sleep. Very friendly staff. Had problems with the heating in our room it was sorted out straight away. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

Also due to travel issues and trains cancelled due to bad weather they helped book and extra night. The hotel is excellently placed to see all the theatres and China town so I would recommend staying here
The hotel was fine and in a great location. The only down side really was a lack of amenities and the shower was freezing cold this morning in room 602. Breakfast was good however and friendly staff.
Great location, was able to walk to shopping areas (20 mins) , some nice restaurants and pubs close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend The Thistle as a place to stay in London.
The reception team were amazing and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier than the normal time as there was a room available

Great long term stay or if you like being able to make your own food. Newly renovated it is a good value.
Quite a good value stay during the Christmas holiday season. The room was spacious and clean, with nothing really to complain about
However, the room lacked amenities, requiring us to request them separately from reception, which isn’t ideal for a hotel in this price range
Overall, it's a good choice for both convenience and a comfortable stay
Good service and close to the train station

This hotel was very nice! It was well located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an underground station is also a 10 minute walk away
The room was very spacious and clean! I highly recommend staying there!
Seating around the pool was very limited and awkwardly placed so you had to move your feet to let people walk by, the loungers (if any available) showed signs of mould, and the steam room smelt musty which was very off putting
The shower shelf was broken so toiletries slid off when wet, the towel rail thermostat constantly clicked, and the makeup mirror was impractically low so you’d need a chair to actually use it
Flickering bedroom lights and limited working TV channels were also frustrating. For the price, the lack of a coffee machine (only basic Nescafé sachets) felt poor value
Unfortunately there was a lot of room for improvement, which was disappointing as we’d booked four nights to celebrate two special birthdays just before Christmas

We organised a ladies‑only event at the Springfield room yesterday. During the booking process we were looked after in every possible way, with excellent support from the booking team
My wife and I just spent 12 days (11 nights) at this location. We have vacationed in London every year since 2023. We want to share our gratitude to the entire staff. First of all, Kwai has become a true friend
Other notable staff are Hawa, Lucia, Isaac, Mahesh, Sergio and Matyas. Thanks to everyone for all you do. I need to add your desk clerk Gifty to my review. She told me she is fairly new
Always professional and very knowledgeable. We can't say enough about him. Also Nora and Syuzanna in the breakfast area. They are always very welcoming and kind
In particular, Silvia, she had organised every detail meticulously and followed up proactively, delivering an exceptional experience
