Lateish checkin but greeted with smiles and excellent service. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Definitely worth staying at this hotel especially if you are working or visiting this side of London
Was a perfect location, a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.
Was easy to check in and a got a good night sleep.
Booked 2 nights for my daughter and I. Requested a ground floor room because of her needs and was given an accessible room which made a huge, positive difference to our trip and being able to meet her needs whilst away
Absolutely perfect room. Perfect for solo or couple travellers. Got everything you need in a modern minimal room layout. Loved everything about my stay. Definitely recommend and will choose it again if ever needed.
Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Our room had air-conditioning which came in handy. The room was clean, but did find sporadic hairs that wasn't ours. We had a lovely stay and would use the hotel again
Nice place easy to use bus metro also room clean easy checkin
Have garden for smoke
Fantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and assisted with everything. Rooms were spotless with very good pillows and an excellent bed
We stayed for 3 days in a family room, which cost approximately 1440 RMB per night. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. The room wasn't very large, but thankfully they provided water, biscuits, and coffee
The cleanliness was about 80 out of 100, but it was very quiet. We could see the Shard's spire from the window. The location isn't ideal for tourists, but the subway is convenient
Very good location (2 min walk to Southwark Station )and room size appropriate. Unfortunately, most of the female receptionist seems like they did not like their job or was not happy when they receive queries
Hotel location extremely perfect with good proximity to attractions. Very close to the train stations which makes is great, surrounded by food restaurant with options to pick from
It's a bit of a walk (over 15 minutes) from all the attractions. The reception staff were all British and very welcoming and undiscriminate
London, Old Park Lane W1K 1LB (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
pretty good spot to be in london especially this area
londons still new to me
He is a good reflection of how a fine establishment should be run!
The rooms are a good size for London standards and I enjoyed the extra touch of wellness via the in room yoga, pilates and meditation videos with yoga mats provided
Amazing stay with great service, room was large and comfy, bathroom had heated drying rack and mirror. Free ginger and honey tea, and cookies in the lobby, would love to come back for another stay
Great location, 15 - 20 min walk to shopping areas. Close by are restaurants of which a couple are open from 6am, so helpful when one is jet lagged and want to grab a bite at the wee hours in the morning
I was very satisfied. Every staff member was very welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in a good location. I will choose this hotel again when I visit London next time.
Train station is a 20 min stroll across the park which is pleasant. Of particular mention is the service; after a tiring day it was nice to come back to bright smiles all around
I checked in at the Hampton Hotel on Friday night and had a fabulous stay. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to start the day
Breakfast is crowded as it is complimentary but good - standard English breakfast. Close to Excel - about 8 mins walking
Staff friendly near in station. Good value , breakfast good more selection. Room so clean problem the kettle not working and no free bottle of water. But service is good for the cost so cheap
We have stayed here before and enjoyed it as the hotel is closed to a metro, has parking and is clean with great reception staff. Our stay this time was also good but breakfast was a pain
Parking is £15/day specific for hotel guests. There are a couple of EV charging ports but they were always blocked by cars that weren’t EV and we were also told they don’t work
There is a meeting room on the ground floor where I spent two hours working to avoid the London traffic congestion. The front desk staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic
London, 109-113 Queens Gate (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Kensington Hotel and truly could not recommend it more. The location is fantastic, with excellent Tube access and easy walking distance to Chelsea, Notting Hill, and Hyde Park
The Kensington Hotel is a lovely place to stay. The room is on the smaller side, but it’s comfortable and well kept, and the location is excellent
The location, hotel facilities and services are all quite good.
Another big shoutout to Ali for being wonderful during both check in and check out, and for even arranging coffees and pastries for us to take on our way to an early flight home
From start to finish, the service, comfort, and location were exceptional. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Kensington Hotel to anyone visiting London
A special thank you to George, who was incredibly helpful with arranging our train tickets to Oxford and assisting us with our bags. He made everything easy and stress free
London, 284 to 302 Waterloo Road (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Lovely hotel in a good location. Part of a red letter Day, service was great and room was plush and perfect for myself and my wife
However, considering the room amenities, price, and the twin beds I needed, I felt it was acceptable. Within 1km, there are Elephant Castle station (train/underground) and Lambath station
There's a Chinese restaurant serving maocai (a type of Sichuan hot pot) within a 5-minute walk, and an Asian supermarket near Waterloo station. The room was quite new, with USB ports and a capsule coffee machine
Walking across Westminster Bridge to the London Eye and Big Ben takes 15-20 minutes, and another 15-20 minutes on foot, passing Westminster Abbey, Westminster Temple, and Buckingham Palace
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, but we told the front desk we'd be late until 12:30 PM
Clean room, friendly staff food was amazing. Beautiful city views from room window.
Her location is very good and convenient.
The services are excellent.
My stay at The Cavendish was excellent. The location, room, cleanliness, and overall service were truly outstanding. However, the lighting in the room at night was extremely poor
Went for our honeymoon night and stayed in the penthouse suite with the balcony. The bed was so great that we wanted to take it home. The bathroom was big enough to sleep a family of four in, with lovely toiletries
My line of work takes me through hotel stays but this was a stay with a difference. The decor, the reception and service was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff to make your stay as enjoyable
Great location, nice spacious rooms. It's a little pricey, but not unrealistic for this part of London. Staff were excellent across all aspects. Reception, concierge, car valet, room service
Breakfast was superb, the only thing I'd change about breakfast is the bacon. They use streaky bacon, just cooked, it's better crispy. Or better still English back bacon is a better choice
London, 1018 Dockside Road (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I'm not happy about this as I specifically requested the beds be separated on arrival
Other than that comfy bed, large room and good breakfast
Not a bad hotel cheap stay but I doubt I would stay again I did find the bed and pillows very uncomfortable , the staff were all very pleasant , the lifts very quick, breakfast was good
Located opposite the city airport in the exhibition center area, this hotel is surrounded by several others. The facilities are decent, and breakfast was satisfying. They offer a good selection of TV channels
A great mid-range hotel with an excellent metro connection to the city airport. The breakfast, typical for this hotel group, included scrambled eggs, croissants, fruit, and machine coffee.
However, there aren't many restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Getting around is easy with the DLR line, which goes directly to Tower Bridge
Lovely neat & clean hotel , great breakfast selection & easy access to DLR . We enjoyed our stay , highly recommended
London, 46 Westferry Circus, Tauer-Hamlets, E14 8RS London, Velikobritaniya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Attended for an evening work social event. Very good food and nice ballroom area. The pool looked very impressive
The room was immaculate, spacious, and offered an incredible view that truly enhanced the stay. The spa area is impressively large and located in a separate building, which adds to the sense of tranquillity
A really pleasant stay and really good service. Ighodalo on the front desk was particularly helpful and kind and made my stay.
Spa facilities were really good and food was decent.
Room was good condition, clean and spacious. All the staff were nice and helpful. Hotel however is overpriced and absolutely not worth £300 a night, minibar prices are okay for soft drinks
One thing to note is that you do need to step outside in your robe and slippers when heading to the spa from your room. The gym is fully equipped with high-quality equipment, making it perfect for a proper workout
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our visit. The only area for improvement would be the menu, which could benefit from a wider variety of options
London, 27 Devonshire Terrace (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Paddington Station. The staff were really welcoming, and while the room wasn't huge, it was quite clean. Breakfast was excellent! 👍 Great value for money.
Excellent reception team, very friendly and welcoming. Received a room upgrade upon arrival and a free bottle of Prosecco! Very comfortable bed and spacious room, with a very modern and sleek design
Great location with easily accessible shops and public transport nearby. Cleanliness was spot on, and the free provided breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Definitely will be looking to stay if ever in London again
Close to paddington station, you can easily get to the Elizabeth line and other lines you can travel in London.
The breakfast servers range of food and saves you a meal if you are in a budget travel.
Everything is okay ! Quite shock that our room has a microwave, easy for us to cook our ready to eat food ! if i go to london again, pretty sure i will book this hotel again !
The room was ok and the location is pretty close to Paddington station. There were stairs to the elevator. It was quite difficult with heavy suitcase.
London, 2 Blackfriars Road (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location was also convenient, with a pleasant surrounding neighborhood. The staff's service attitude and competence were generally very good. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant could need improvement
The room facilities were excellent, the aesthetics were great, the environment was comfortable, and the service was superb, especially the staff at the front desk
Very good, I'll stay here again next time.
Very clean, spacious and modern hotel. I had to leave hotel early like 6:30 am on one day but breakfast started at 7am and the receptionist Katarina was very kind and she helped us to prepare the breakfast before that
The service staff in other areas were all fantastic. One of the front desk staff members, an African American man, was particularly warm, friendly, and responsible
He helped my child print documents late at night, thoughtfully provided stationery, and even offered the second-floor art lounge area free of charge for guests to use for working, studying, or reading late at night
London, 8-16 Montpelier Row, Blackheath (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Staff are nice, breakfast is good and plentiful too and ye rooms are nice, comfy and clean
Nice place. Good for families.
There was an issue with our room being incorrectly allocated to start with, but the lady on reception sorted it straight away and found us 2 rooms opposite each other. Lovely rooms and very good breakfast
Service was amazing, food was amazing, location was perfect, my only issue was the window would forcefully shut itself unless wedged open with something and there was nowhere to refrigerate drinks despite the insanely hot weather at the time of my stay, however my trip was amazing and I wouldn’t change it for the world
I just live this traditional hotels, although some may say it is need to modernising, I feel its beautiful, along with the creaking floorboards.
Traditional standards throughout, with really lovely staff.
Had a lovely stay at the Clarendon. We're not particularly that keen on London but, if we do have to go, we like to visit Blackheath and the location of The Clarendon is perfect
The service was good, and its biggest advantage is its proximity to the exhibition center. However, the price is quite steep, making it poor value for money.
Staffs are very nice and helpful! It’s really a good option and not pricey in London with all the convenience it provides
Excellent location right in front of the metro! Impeccable and pleasant service! We'll definitely be back!
The location is good and just next to the underground station. Just a minute's walk to supermarket.
First time staying at the Ibis Canning Town. Really impressed with the room, cleanliness and service recieved. Room we had, had a great view from the 9th floor. Buffet breakfast was really nice, with plenty of choice
I complained to the hotel staff upon checkout and they apologised stating that it's one of their most popular rooms. We are staying at the hotel again in May and have asked not to be put in that room again
London, 626 Chiswick High Road (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Another excellent visit to this well located, great customer service orientated hotel. We only booked last minute so knew allocation of our room was limited and perhaps not the best had we booked earlier
Nevertheless it was spacious, clean, relatively quiet despite facing High Road. Parking o/night is best pre po sid at £15 as early bird
Facilities: Very good
Cleanliness: Excellent
Very nice hotel, good location, spacious room. However, no fridge or minibar in the room, and the room was very cold even when we turn off AC
Convenient access to the center of London by underground. Many restaurants around the hotel. Good for both business and pleasure.
Courtesy and responsive. Good biz hotel. Nice breakfast.
London, 150 Bayswater Road (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The best view in London! Staying right next to Hyde Park was a dream. The hotel is stylish, quiet, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Special thanks to the team for the excellent hospitality.
Nice Hotel
Good location next to the most attractions in London
Friendly Staff
the hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very helpful and polite and nice, i would recommend to stay here again, just that the room is a bit small
The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor
The buffet breakfast they offered was very good. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The queen rooms, although smaller, have been updated, clean, and very comfortable for two people
My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended.
Located in a very good location where everything is around you, a hidden park is a few steps away. Situated in a unique location between Knights Bridge and Mayfair
We had the pleasure of staying at The Berkeley Hotel, and it was truly a luxurious experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the front desk team made us feel very welcome
During my civilian service and stay there I never encountered any problems, their service is very good, the oven is always friendly and the quality of the food is amazing
A special thank you to Sofie, who was incredibly kind and professional. She upgraded our room and surprised us with lovely amenities, which we appreciated so much. Her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable
It was thoughtful, practical, and clearly done with my best interest in mind. That level of consideration is rare
They went above and beyond by suggesting a smart solution for my luggage: instead of shipping an empty suitcase back to Jordan at a cost of around £200, they kindly recommended storing it securely at the hotel until my return
London, 159 Tower Bridge Road (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
We had a great stay here , the rooms are spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money it was well cooked, presented , hot and well stocked
Maria was welcoming and helpful at breakfast and Jan was great fun in the evening in the bar and restaurant
Very cost-effective budget hotel chain
Very good location
The transportation is quite convenient
Light rail, subway, and buses are all very convenient.
Good quality rooms. Friendly staff. Good premier inn breakfast. Evening meal service was a little bit slow.
Pretty good, but no slippers or anything
The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The bus is right outside the door, and the subway and train station are very close, about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to various attractions
London, 7-12 Half Moon Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was a little small, but the breakfast was as good as the reviews said, and the service from the staff was excellent.
The hotel is very well maintained. Excellent service.
Great location, very good service, cosy rooms and very welcoming staff.
Beautiful stylish small hotel, with a cozy comfortable room. Friendly, professional front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent, again with friendly attentive staff. The associated fine dining restaurant was exceptional.
I stayed at the Flemings Hotel on a business trip and booked a tiny single room. Upon check in I was upgraded to a deluxe single room. While small for a hotel room it's the perfect size for a single person
Fantastic hotel. Great location. Nice rooms and a very comfy bed.
Only recommendation to management would be to improve the hair dryers in the room. Most top hotels have a dyson or similar nowadays.
London, 45 Curtain Road (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Except for the small size of the room, the rest of the experience was perfect.
Excellent front desk and service.
The key is that it is clean and has an excellent gym.
There are also special gifts for Christmas
From the excellent welcome from Pedro who gave a lovely warm but professional welcome talked through everything a credit to the hotel on giving such a first impression
Excellent styling, great bathroom with steam shower options. Great value for the location.
This is such a cute hotel, the room was small but well designed in layout. I chose this due to its location (near my son) and I would definitely stay next time in in town.
The room was lovely, and the steam room inside the shower an outstanding feature that should be sold more actively
The transportation is convenient, the environment is good, the breakfast is delicious, and there is a noodle shop downstairs, which is the first choice for children who are not used to Western food.
London, 33 Albemarle Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Our cocktails were excellent and I really recommend the Singapore Sling. Our dinner was truly first class along with our breakfast. All the staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was second to none
One of the most delightful and friendly hotels we have stayed in. Tastefully furnished throughout and with exceptional staff who make sure everything is in place. And in an excellent location.
Wonderful setting, excellent food and service, the live music set the tone beautifully. We were very touched that staff remembered we had had to cancel an earlier booking.
Excellent stay at this ideally located hotel staff were brilliant I could not have asked for a better experience Defo be back
On entering the hotel our suitcases were swiftly swept away and delivered to our room, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and took us up to our room and showed us our room and made sure we had everything we could possibly want
The afternoon tea at the Brown's Hotel was a truly wonderful experience. Everything was beautifully prepared, absolutely delicious, and served with great attention to detail
