Water bottles which were refillable, and a really great location for central London!
Great location , nice room , strange lobby:)
It was an average hotel. Nothing very special. Location is good and convenient.
Excellent attentive service at reception, good clean, air conditioned room (on a very hot day!), very convenient location.
Good and pleasant place to stay in central London with reasonable price. They do have restaurant and physical activity gym. Kind receptionist and good hospitality. They do care their guest good way
The location is so good . Rooms are so clean and beautifully decorated. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive.
London, 3 Kingdom Street, Sheldon Square (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was very good and quite a varied choice. The location of the hotel was brilliant, within lovely green and quiet surroundings
The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. You could hear the train, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb sleep. Getting to the hotel from Paddington Station involves walking up a slope and crossing a road
Quite a few little outlets and eateries within walking distance. Would be more than happy to stay there again, and would definitely recommend. Also had a lovely swimming pool, sauna and gym as a bonus
It's a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station, where you can catch the Elizabeth Line (outside the station), the Circle Line (inside the station), and other tube lines, as well as trains
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with even the bed's firmness being just right. Breakfast was a rich and varied spread, a true culinary delight
Absolutely lovely hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. Great, quiet area and fabulous stay by all of us- thank you Novotel Paddington & Trip.com!
London, 10-50 Willow Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was a good boutique style hotel. Rooms were a decent size and had all the main amenities needed.
For me it was the best customer service ever. Overall it has been an amazing stay (it's a shame it was one night only) and I would reccomend it to anyone
Absolutely beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back!
Service: The service was exceptionally good.
I stay here quire regularly when I need to be in East London and I’ll always love it. Perfect location, good vibes always, super chill and helpful staff—Maria at the front desk really stood out last time I was there
Some rooms could use some more lighting, especially on the lower floors, but the rooms are modern and chic. But the best part of the experience has been the staff. First, Errol, the concierge, has been lovely
London, 11 Thurloe Place (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel bar and restaurant are adequate but frankly you are better to go out. Rooms are good, clean and beds are comfy. It is worth the money to upgrade to a better room. Still excellent value for money
Also the Dining Room Manager who after one sitting remembered us and where we’d sat for breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. For London prices we thought we got good value for money
Good location
Room is quite big and breakfast is absolutely delicious
One of our favorite hotels in London. Excellent location in knightsbridge with easy access to plenty of pubs, restaurants, shopping, 2 tube stations
Our room was spotless, and the location in South Kensington was very convenient … shops and restaurants all around, wonderful museum right across the street, an easy walk to South Kensington station
Great location near to South Kensington tube station which was on the circle line making it direct to St Pancras & Kings Cross. Opposite V&A museum, 5 mins walk to National History Museum
London, 92 Southampton Row (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We de idea not to pay £24 per person to have breakfast here and instead had a 5 mins walk to Russell Square Gardens and ate at Cafe Tropea which was lovely food, great location and good value
The beds were comfortable and a good size too. The shower grouting was pretty dirty but otherwise I had no complaints in the room. There is a musty smell near the lifts on the ground floor
The room was a nice size and in a good location, within walking distance to Covent Garden
Great location, right next to the British Museum, just a street away. You can even go without a bag! It's also convenient for visiting other popular attractions like the National Gallery
Great location and nice environment, very close to the British Museum, so you can visit it daily. The room wasn't huge, but it was decent, and the cleanliness was also acceptable.
Comfortable room and nice service. Also great location - a few minutes walk from the subway station along well-lit roads, which feels safe even at night.
London, 211 Tooley Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Comfortable bedroom with all the amenities, and the Provisions Cafe within the hotel offered a very wide breakfast selection to suit all tastes
Lovely hotel, decent location, about 0. 5 miles from London Bridge station, with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance
Room size was reasonable, lovely comfortable bed, only complaint was that it was a little difficult to regulate the heat and the room kept getting too hot. Staff were extremely helpful, I can forgive the very slow lift!!
Very welcoming, good location. A few hundred meters from London Tower Bridge
The service for late check-in is very good.
The hotel is in a good location. It is convenient to go anywhere. Good reviews
London, 94-99 High Holborn (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
One of the best accommodations we have ever been to. The location is superb, close to big supermarket, bookstore, restaurants and metro station (central and Piccadilly lines)
All good! The room, location and service! The room comes with a small kitchen but well equipped for light cooking. Hotel provides free coffee and tea near reception
However, this time I was given a room for guests with disabilities, which was a bit inconvenient for someone without a disability. The sink was very low, and the soundproofing wasn't as good as the previous room
Hotel location is good, near metro station and many supermarkets. Direct metro line to Heathrow Airport T2. Breakfast standard, not much varieties but tasty
Hotel room size ok but the layout not so good as there is emergency light at the doorway which directly shine on the bed and hard to sleep
Staff was nice but wasn’t able to provide all the help we were looking for. Please note there is no daily housekeeping … there is one round of housekeeping if you are staying more than a week
London, 100 Queens Gate (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location and cleanliness was great. The reception at the front desk checking us in was pretty rude. Also, our room had absolutely no ventilation
Rooms are cosy. Comfy bed. Location is good for the tube. Nice reception area to sit. Have stayed a few times. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
The service is excellent, and the location is very convenient.
A perfect stay, accessible location, very good check-in experience, decent breakfast, nice environment, 5-star hotel.
It’s a good hotel, personal are very friendly, professional, helpful and kind, building is well maintained with fancy historical stuff. The location is also very good
When reception asked how was the stay, I told them about the mattress and I was completely ignored, and she went on to say we need to pay for extras, which was true, we did
London, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location makes it perfect, it's nearby many attractions such as Tower of London and the London Bridge. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service
Absolutely amazing experience, this is our second time coming to this one and we love it. Right next to the station and other food places we enjoy
Very nice and good location. Definitely will book again if I come to London next time.
The place is clean, the hotel staff are lovely and the rooms were emaculate
Highly recommend Hilton London Tower Bridge! Great location, clean rooms, and friendly service.
The hotel location is very convenient being 2 mins walk to metro station and surrounded by many food options.
London, 20 Lavington Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast spread was also excellent. It's really close to the Tower of London and London Bridge, making transportation super convenient
We really enjoyed staying there. It is compact but beds long enough for comfortable sleep for my 6ft 2 partner. Good power shower and interesting light settings, very modern
I think CitizenM is one of the two or three best hotel chains in Europe
I appreciated the blackout blinds, great feature. Downstairs is a lovely reception area and nice chill out bar area. I would recommend, especially as everything within London is in walking distance!
The Location is Great, we never had to take the subway because everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the room clean (but on the smaller side)
Lovely hotel in the perfect location for the seminar I was attending nearby. Great facilities and enough choice for breakfast which I'd pre-booked.
Excellent return stay. The lovely receptionist was ever so kind and helped us with an upgrade to a harbour view room, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!
The views from the balcony over the marina were incredible. Cleanliness and service were fantastic and the whole stay was excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay again!
While it's a little bit far from the city center, this was acceptable overall since taxis are very convenient. Definitely recommended for its excellent value
The hotel offers great value for money and good service. The room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was delicious
Service was good. The hotel view is very nice and the food is also very good. Location was fantastic.
The setting is beautiful, and the location is very peaceful. The room is spacious, and it's conveniently located right where the Uber Boat drops you off. I'll definitely be back.
The room was clean and tidy, a bit small, but the location is excellent, near Victoria Station. This is my second time staying here. The price on the night I checked in was good, offering overall good value for money
This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station (train + underground). There's even a side exit from the station directly across the street from the hotel, which is super convenient
The hotel's location is excellent! We went to the White Cliffs from Victoria Station, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. The subway and train station are integrated, making transportation very convenient
The room size was decent; for London, it was actually quite spacious. The bathroom had a stand-up shower, which was great, and the overall cleanliness was good, with daily housekeeping
There are many shops and supermarkets within the station, so buying things and dining are also easy. The sound insulation of the hotel room windows is good, making it very quiet
Excellent location. Friendly staff and room is clean. Great access to Victoria Station.
London, 10 Connaught Road, Silvertown (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was nice, a good size, and had everything you'd expect. The carpet was also relatively clean. The location is great, right next to LCY and close to Greenwich. However, the room decor was a bit plain.
As for the environment, the location is a bit out of the way, but transportation is still quite convenient. The service was excellent, and the room was cleaned exceptionally well
The rooms are consistently spacious, with a large bathroom that adds to the comfort of the stay. Everything is always very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate
Breakfast is another highlight, offering good quality food and a wide variety of options to choose from, which sets you up well for the day
We’ve stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott London City Airport multiple times now, and it’s always a place we look forward to returning to
Second time staying here for a concert at the o2, love it so handy, loads of snacks for sale, clean and spacious rooms and lovely staff
The restaurant is very nice. Staff is kind and professional at the same time. Price is ok but not necessarily cheap. Overall quality is excellent.
Excellent location and the staff’s is incredibly attentive
It was brilliant experience, nearby shopping center, excellent services provided, food variety and halal food already available.
We had breakfast at the restaurant on all three days. Although the vegetarian choices were limited, food was excellent. We were served by Vivian and he was very attentive and prompt with his response to our requests
A quiet, comfortable, and very clean hotel with excellent service, a great location, and a very delicious restaurant, especially the employee Vivian.
However, the Tube was on strike while we were there - so we did a bit more walking that planned - but that is not the fault of the hotel! The Not So Good: We had submitted our upgrade certificates and are Platinum and still could not get an upgrade
London, 9 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Overall a great hotel great location great service great budget hotel, we enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable we had good sleep, breakfast was lovely too.
Very near to the London Excel exhibition hall. I can imagine this hotel gets very busy when there are exhibitions on. When we were there there weren’t any exhibitions on, so all very pleasant
Close to DLR and Elizabeth tube line stations, so simple to get to London Padington
Hotel lifts were out of order constantly, paid for two singles got a double bed, went down to the front desk they said they would send house keeping up, waited an hour went down again to complain they moved us up from the 6th to the 7th floor same issues again house keeping came eventually after half hour to sort the beds out, rooms were small the bathroom was claustrophobic, the shower was full of...
There's a slight issue with Ctrip's search function. We wanted to book a hotel near Victoria Station, but this one is located near Royal Victoria Station, which requires two subway changes to get to
Compare to Novotel breakfast was not interesting to me, room are small specially toilets too small
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Nice hotel, clean room. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was always helpful. They have a table tablet and a video console for kids and parents can relax in the bar nearby.
It's a bit far from the subway. It's conveniently located right in front of a bus stop, but if you primarily use the subway, it might be a bit inconvenient
The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes
It has a cafe/restaurant, underground car park, spacious luxury reception with friendly staff. Close to Archbishop's Park for a nice picnic on a spring/summer day
Wonderful hotel very close to the London Eye and fantastic access to public transport links to major London attractions. It looks very modern, sleek and flawless
Satisfied with the hotel as well as the entire chain of hotels. Quick check in cozy room polite staff and nice to get a drink as a regular customer.
London, 35 - 39 St George's Drive (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I was expecting my room to be quite old-fashioned, but far from it. A heads up to people who like their quiet though. The walls and floors are thin. You can literally hear a conversation from next door quite clearly
This room is the best Harry Potter-themed room I've ever seen. The interior decoration is very thoughtful and the children love it. The hotel front desk also gave us some beautiful magic drinks, which tasted good
I think it's great for Harry Potter fans. The exterior and lobby are ordinary, but the room itself has a nice atmosphere and may be good for fans of the world of Harry Potter
The room we booked had a small toilet and jacuzzi, so you should keep that in mind. Also, as the hotel description says, it can be difficult to carry food in if you're on the basement or second floor
Charming hotel with character and in a great central location. About 10 mins walk from Victoria train and coach stations. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole hotel and my room
Breakfast was a buffet style, with the option to order items from the menu. Everything was included in the breakfast rate, so even if you can't eat it on some days, it might not hurt to add it
London, 53-61 Southwark Bridge Road (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was basically just large enough to fit the two beds, with very limited space to move around. There isn’t much to see or do around the hotel on the South Bank, apart from Borough Market
Very good hotel service and room. Excellent location and quick check out box for card. Worth the money for sure. Very close to Borough Market too 😊
My room was spotless, featuring stunning views and comfortable furnishings. The complimentary breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals throughout the day
The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to local attractions. I also enjoyed the relaxing pool area, which added to the overall charm
I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze
We booked a room with two double beds and stayed for three days. However, the room felt quite small for four people (two adults and two children)
London, 16-22 Great Russell Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
but I do want to remind people who want to stay at this hotel to be careful especially at the night time and avoid the alley, best to just use the main road as the access point
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high quality
Great location, lovely bars and the jazz down stairs was an added extra. Really good cocktail
Nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Very central location inLondon, easy access to underground station and British museum. But the alley next to the hotel can be kind of sketchy during the night time
What truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff — from the reception team to the porters, and even the housekeeping staff, everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming
I also had dinner at the hotel twice during my stay, and both times the food was delicious and the service outstanding. Overall, everything was simply perfect
