The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. You could hear the train, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb sleep. Getting to the hotel from Paddington Station involves walking up a slope and crossing a road

Quite a few little outlets and eateries within walking distance. Would be more than happy to stay there again, and would definitely recommend. Also had a lovely swimming pool, sauna and gym as a bonus

It's a 10-minute walk to Paddington Station, where you can catch the Elizabeth Line (outside the station), the Circle Line (inside the station), and other tube lines, as well as trains

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with even the bed's firmness being just right. Breakfast was a rich and varied spread, a true culinary delight

The hotel was a good boutique style hotel. Rooms were a decent size and had all the main amenities needed.

Some rooms could use some more lighting, especially on the lower floors, but the rooms are modern and chic. But the best part of the experience has been the staff. First, Errol, the concierge, has been lovely

Hotel bar and restaurant are adequate but frankly you are better to go out. Rooms are good, clean and beds are comfy. It is worth the money to upgrade to a better room. Still excellent value for money

Also the Dining Room Manager who after one sitting remembered us and where we’d sat for breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. For London prices we thought we got good value for money

Our room was spotless, and the location in South Kensington was very convenient … shops and restaurants all around, wonderful museum right across the street, an easy walk to South Kensington station

Great location near to South Kensington tube station which was on the circle line making it direct to St Pancras & Kings Cross. Opposite V&A museum, 5 mins walk to National History Museum

We de idea not to pay £24 per person to have breakfast here and instead had a 5 mins walk to Russell Square Gardens and ate at Cafe Tropea which was lovely food, great location and good value

The beds were comfortable and a good size too. The shower grouting was pretty dirty but otherwise I had no complaints in the room. There is a musty smell near the lifts on the ground floor

However, this time I was given a room for guests with disabilities, which was a bit inconvenient for someone without a disability. The sink was very low, and the soundproofing wasn't as good as the previous room

The room was nice, a good size, and had everything you'd expect. The carpet was also relatively clean. The location is great, right next to LCY and close to Greenwich. However, the room decor was a bit plain.

A quiet, comfortable, and very clean hotel with excellent service, a great location, and a very delicious restaurant, especially the employee Vivian.

However, the Tube was on strike while we were there - so we did a bit more walking that planned - but that is not the fault of the hotel! The Not So Good: We had submitted our upgrade certificates and are Platinum and still could not get an upgrade

Very near to the London Excel exhibition hall. I can imagine this hotel gets very busy when there are exhibitions on. When we were there there weren’t any exhibitions on, so all very pleasant

Hotel lifts were out of order constantly, paid for two singles got a double bed, went down to the front desk they said they would send house keeping up, waited an hour went down again to complain they moved us up from the 6th to the 7th floor same issues again house keeping came eventually after half hour to sort the beds out, rooms were small the bathroom was claustrophobic, the shower was full of...

There's a slight issue with Ctrip's search function. We wanted to book a hotel near Victoria Station, but this one is located near Royal Victoria Station, which requires two subway changes to get to

Compare to Novotel breakfast was not interesting to me, room are small specially toilets too small Staff was very friendly and helpful

It's a bit far from the subway. It's conveniently located right in front of a bus stop, but if you primarily use the subway, it might be a bit inconvenient

The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes

This room is the best Harry Potter-themed room I've ever seen. The interior decoration is very thoughtful and the children love it. The hotel front desk also gave us some beautiful magic drinks, which tasted good
