The Bailey’s is a classic hotel, very nice vibe around the area, loved my stay here, clean and private. Opposite the station, very good for commute and great location

The service here was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff, who can be a bit cheeky but all in good fun

Excellent place to stay when Vista to London, definately worth recommending ad the location is good for all areas of visit.

I had waited for a couple of hours but then decided to book an overnight room at Hampton Waterloo. Best decision I made that day. Great price, great staff and the room was very well appointed

Breakfast was very good with plenty of staff and lots of choice. I will definitely use this hotel again should I get stuck at London Waterloo station

Booked a Premium Room but was checked into a Standard Room before being rectified from the second night which hindered the hotel experience. Hotel breakfast was good and fitness room was okay

The hotel is only a five-minute walk from Waterloo Tube Station and a 15-minute walk from the London Eye. The breakfast area gets extremely crowded; if you go too late, you'll have to wait for a table.

I was stuck at London Waterloo on 03 October after a major incident renders the station utterly useless and very few trains leaving the station

The bathroom was also modern and spotless, with a spacious shower and good-quality amenities. The staff were friendly and professional, meeting the expected Hyatt service standards

The room itself was excellent—clean, modern, and spacious, which worked very well for me and my son

During my stay, there was some nearby construction, and a few roads were temporarily closed. While this didn’t affect the comfort inside the hotel, it’s something to be aware of when planning routes or arrivals

The bus station is roughly a 15-minute walk, which is manageable, especially if you enjoy a bit of walking. One highlight of the location is the pleasant river view, which adds a nice touch to the overall stay

In terms of accessibility, the hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the underground station, which makes getting around London very convenient

The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space, a comfortable seating area, and a well-organized minibar and wardrobe

As well as the great location, it's actually located in the best spot of London, close to the museums, subway, and train stations. Will definitely recommend people to stay here, and I'll also surely come back again

My special requests when booking were also taken into consideration. My family all agreed it deserved a five-star rating. We'll definitely book here again if we need to. The hotel's location is excellent

Lovely hotel! Terrific location! Few minutes walk to Covent garden, near to Chinatown and walkable distance to Buckingham Palace. Frequent bus service runs right infront of the hotel and tube is just underneath the hotel

Good: - Free mini bar - Very nice staff at the reception To be improved: - Old mattress - Broken sink - Small shower and the water temperature is VERY unstable

Unable to give full marks as we didn't use the amenities or service, but there certainly wasn't any complaint from us. The staff were nice, the room was fabulous, the shower was great, great size bed and bathroom

The location was central to most places and with the underground right next door, you could anywhere. 2 things that could have been better - 1 of the 2 lifts wasn't working, and we weren't willing to pay £25

Close to Wembley Park Station,east to traveler wheeling your bag .very convenient close to everything you need ,shops ,supermarkets

Very close to OvO Area in Wembley which was great. We had more time to walk around, shop and rest close to train station. For two nights was ok, bedding was nice with no issues

You couldn’t hear much which I say private of rooms noise low. Check in and check out was quick

While my previous experiences with Hilton have generally been good, I must say the service here was excellent

Minibar: Restocked regularly with a good variety of complimentary drinks. Breakfast: Offered Chinese options like congee and oatmeal, as well as a traditional English breakfast

A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away

I stayed for four nights during Christmas season. The breakfast buffet is good with options of hot food and salad. There is a gym and poor that I didn’t try but I always see other guest swimming

We were on our honeymoon, and we sent word ahead of us that this was a special trip and the Waldorf really delivered a spectacular stay with perfect location, which included walking distance to the theatre in the evening

Great location and lovely rooms, awkward having steps in the bathroom and too much additional furniture in the rooms making moving around what should be a spacious room more difficult! Lovely to get welcome drink too!

The welcoming from the Doug on arrival is always like your family. Checking in fast and quick with prosecco. We asked for a city view room which was dealt with our second night and the views are great

We also received a free breakfast upgrade for our hotel stay, which was another bonus to our stay. The staff were amazing as usual and the last time we stayed was 5 years ago and they remembered us

One of the times they didn’t even leave any fresh towels. They took the old ones but didn’t even leave any fresh ones and it took them two hours to get them to me.  We did have a really great view though

The other thing I was not a big fan of is that even though my do not disturb sign is up housekeeping would still knock on the door and literally still walking into the door

I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember

We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great

The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles

This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated. The room was amazing as was the pool area

The Shard has unbelievable views. Mesmerising. The size of the suit was satisfactory, spacious. Bathroom is very well appointed.

The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were good, bright, and new. However, the location is a bit out of the way, not ideal for those planning to visit museums

After one night, I did not feel well and experienced itchiness on my body, which made me uncomfortable. and the location is good (close to the Stratford international station)

For 2500 a night, the location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit dated, similar to a Hanting Hotel in China.

The location is excellent, very close to Euston Station, and King's Cross is just over a ten-minute walk away. My favorite aspect was the powerful air conditioning in the room, which was a huge relief after a hot walk

Great location, easy to get around.

There were good free amenities for Hilton Honorary Silver members including free newspapers and free beer at the bar. There were loads of things provided in the room such as shaving kits, creams and lotions

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The facilities were excellent, and the bath amenities were especially impressive. Breakfast was abundant and elegantly presented with a sophisticated touch

One thing is the bed is too soft not in a good way (either old or not sure if intentional) that it makes your back ache, so not ideal for older people with back pains

How incredible of the Marriot can be. We were super tired after the long-haul flight, by the time we arrived hotel was around 8am. The reception assisted us and told that the room was ready and well-prepared

Overall, I was able to enjoy the location with the shopping centre a few stops away and also work in peace. These small upgrades really just made my day better and helped me plan my days

You can go downstairs at any time for shopping, which is comparable to Wangfujing Street. My friend said that the city center is quite chaotic. We were lucky not to encounter theft and robbery during our half-month stay

We arrived at 11:00 pm that day, and they upgraded our room. Like other high-end hotels, you need to order breakfast one by one. If you have reservations for museums and attractions, try to get up early

The waiter was very friendly and gentlemanly. He helped with the luggage when we entered the room, asked us when we left, helped us load the luggage, and called a taxi

The location is very convenient. Picadilly Circus subway station is downstairs. It is very convenient to take buses, subways and taxis

Loved the check-in experience, the location and whilst the room wasn't super lux, it kind of felt it with the adjustable mood lighting, infinity bed and overall allocation of space

When you arrive on this plaza, no indication where is the Hotel Entrance, which is a sliding door as if you enter offices or an appartment building

The Hotel reception area is very nice, same as MOXY style(Marriott) but not like a MOXY Hotel!!! the Hotel does not want one to know it is a Hotel

Basically at the entrance they advertise for their bar and on a verey small placard it seems this is their main interest

Many paintings on the building walls but no mention of the Hotel which was a problem as the people coming for meetings said it took them a while to find the place so did I when I arrived at night

I just wish the bed was a bit bigger; the room was almost double the size of other hotels, but the bed wasn't much different. The Caucasian staff were all very enthusiastic, while the Indian staff were less so

The family room was quite spacious and nice for our trip. I just wish I hadn't left my brand new curling iron there! Also, we booked for three people, but the front desk said the Trip
