I Love Mama Shelter, as it is just up the road from my son. The decor is cool, bed linen and bed comfortable, with a topper (requested)
Loved the vibe of the hotel, rooms were clean and cozy, bathroom felt quite small but overall a comfortable stay. Tube station is quite a walk away but there is a bus station right opposite the hotel that can take you to central london easily. Shoreditch is quite vibey and up and coming!
Nice hotel, vibrant neighborhood atmosphere and excellent connections by public transport to the London city hotspots
Verry good. I choose this hotel every time I come to London
Great location in east london - super close to Broadway market and Columbia road. The fantastic and friendly staff deserve a big shout out. Fab stay.
Asked for pillows before checking in, and 4 times in two days. Never came. Breakfast was lame.

The room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was great for buying groceries and cooking our own meals. The only downside was that the hotel water was carbonated, and I got an upset stomach after drinking it on the first day. Also, the toilet didn't flush very well and got clogged easily.
This is my go-to hotel every time I visit.
My stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed in the room of the lowest expense and even then, that I did not even feel like i was staying in an apartment, but my own home! I could only imagine how beautiful the higher tier rooms will be. The rooms are well designed and equipped with everything you need. The room service was always spot on, the cleaners do an immaculate job and are well...
The living room offers great views, and the bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious enough. It's conveniently located near a subway station for easy travel, and there's a supermarket close by. It's perfectly suited for two families traveling together with kids.
2nd time staying here in early Jan 26, previous stay was in 2023. Clean, quiet, spacious, and overall a great stay with sweeping views of the Thames and Tower Bridge. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially Dale, who assisted in finding misplaced toy after checkout and arranging it to be mailed back to me in a timely and prompt manner. 👍🏼
Had a great stay at this apartment. Bustling spot in day, quiet at night. Great location close to pier and tube stations. Special thanks to helpful and professional staff, especially Lorraine, Kestas, Adriana, Dominico, and Diogo.

Beautiful hotel Very staff Reg nice x x lovely Thank you all X X X X X
The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was professional. The only concern was the location, which was a bit far from central London but the underground station was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
This hotel is incredibly old, like something out of the 1990s in terms of decor and design. The entire room smelled musty, and the smell got even stronger when I turned on the AC, so I ended up not daring to use it. The bedding wasn't clean either; I broke out in rashes all over my body. Also, Trip.com showed parking as £14, but when I arrived, they charged £18 or £20, I can't quite remember. The front...
The stay itself was very comfortable. The Internet was quite good. I wish they change the TVs to smart tvs so that one can pair with one’s hand device. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall quite a nice place for business travelers.
We stayed at Crown Plaze Hotel for a night, the location is good just 2 mins walk to Tube Station Hanger Lane, Room size and ambience is good & lovely, The only thing is bed is a bit small and too soft for us, bathroom size is fine but we don't like the shower curtain, though it is clean but it does have smell on it. I think the hotel is a bit outdated but oveall it is not too bad in this price in...
Decent Hotel, Great Location, but Noisy and Not Spotless Conveniently located near the metro, this hotel is perfect for city exploration. Though not new, it’s fairly well-kept, but cleanliness could improve, with some dusty areas. Noise from nearby streets can disturb sleep. The staff, however, is outstanding—friendly and responsive. A solid choice for location-focused travelers, but bring earplugs...

My second stay here and absolutely love it. There is a close station Bayswater and Queensway. Marble Arch station is only 2 stations away which is perfect because I love that area 💗 It is amazing and has a bidet which is perfect for us. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Honestly, the room was spacious, and a great bonus was having a bidet in the bathroom. However, make sure to confirm when booking and upon arrival that your room includes one, as not all rooms do. They didn't provide any water in our room, so we had to buy our own. The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel's location is a bit far from the underground station, about a 10-minute walk, which...
Found the staff polite but unaccomodating, hospitality wise not the best in terms of taking a little extra step but amenities wise all good & rooms are great

The room is quite big for London, but it is in LG, which feels like a semi-basement The facilities are quite new, not old, and relatively modern. The hotel lobby is very simple and elegant The hotel is far from the subway station, suitable for young people who want to take a taxi or walk

Clean, nice interiors, great shower and a bathtub. Every staff member very courteous. Great location with walking distance to ahopping and monuments. Short distance to the tube that goes straight to Heathrow. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Quiet street at night. Good bed.
Incredible service across the board. Friendly welcomes, helpful staff. I loved watching guests and staff greet each other as old friends every morning at breakfasts - it's clear there are a LOT of regulars. Our room was so comfortable, layout was ideal for traveling with kids. Loved the views. Loved the service. Definitely a favorite hotel experience.
Honestly, I almost never leave reviews—but our stay at Soho Hotel was truly exceptional. The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay! Don't forget to check out the spa too.
We enjoyed our stay at One Aldwych tremendously! The hotel made such nice welcoming gestures- - such as books as gifts, thoughtful notes, free mini bar items including snacks, champagne, wine and sodas on the house. The service at The Lanesborough is absolutely exceptional. As good as I have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Great location in the city, excellent service. I highly recommend it.
Amazing place, food and service. Each of the three courses was delicious. The service impeccable. Great chandeliers!
Visited the Lanesborough hotel for the Bridgeton afternoon tea. It was such a lovely time with delicious sandwiches, scones and sweet treats all themed. The tea was fresh, hot, sweet and spicy. They offered a gluten free menu which was presented beautifully. The service was spot on and the hotel is dreamy. The best time definitely recommend this place for an elegant yet relaxed tea in London.
One of the finest hotels in Europe. We travel quite a bit and this hotel really stands out. We have stayed here several times and it always amazes us. Very good wedding dinner and stay but lost a mark from us because the Lanesborough spa was really disappointing. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just ok. The rooms (and bathrooms) are exactly the size and layout of a cruise ship room. I knew it would be tiny, but it was smaller than expected. I assumed it would make things easier for them to not have to clean our room, but they insisted if we...
Great value for money with easy access to Heathrow and the city via a number of tube lines. The breakfasts are a huge added benefit because you can select what you love and set up for the day. Can't fault wembley international when there is an England game on at wembley. Bit dated but rooms are massive and our 2pm check in was great, we got there at 1:30 and our room was ready. The free parking is also massive especially in that location. Can't wait to stay again.
For us, location of hotel was spot on. 5 min walk to Wembley arena, stadium, shops and food. Plenty of parking if you wish to drive. Hotel its self was clean but very dated. The location was perfect and very convenient. However, the blanket was dusty and had to request for new ones
The hotel deliberately assigned me the worst corner room on a low floor. Staff were cold, unfriendly, no smile, no service at all. Clearly discriminatory treatment towards Asian guests. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Avoid this hotel! 全程被区别对待,只给华人安排低楼层角落最差房,工作人员态度冷漠无礼,全程无笑脸、无服务,明显歧视亚裔,极度不尊重中国客人,避雷!
Down for a couple of days with wife for the theatre. Fantastic location for west end and train stations. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable however it is very tired and in need of some modernisation.
The reception team were amazing and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier than the normal time as there was a room available. Also due to travel issues and trains cancelled due to bad weather they helped book and extra night. The hotel is excellently placed to see all the theatres and China town so I would recommend staying here. Also the food in the restaurant isn’t too bad.
Great location and nice staff. Easy to get around.
The hotel was fine and in a great location. The only down side really was a lack of amenities and the shower was freezing cold this morning in room 602. Breakfast was good however and friendly staff.

Unfortunately there was a lot of room for improvement, which was disappointing as we’d booked four nights to celebrate two special birthdays just before Christmas.
