Its not clean but the location is very convenient. Wont be back
You get what you pay for. Good location between Chinese and Italian restaurants. Showers were few, and there was no soap.
not bad, but the lady at the desk was way too slow. Everyone is waiting. Room is just nice for lone traveller.
Front desk staff are friendly and willing to help you. Thumbs up! Located in China Town, and restaurants are just next door, and walking distance to the subway and many places of interest... Great!
I stayed in a 4-bed dorm. The room was with enough space to pack luggage. Lockers provided but you gotta bring your own lock. The private shower room was clean. One of the two elevators broke down during the stay, another functioning couldnt show the floor. Not a fresh modern looking type of hostel, but with a good vibe if you prefer somewhere more vibrant to stay.
Although you have to share restroom and bathroom with others, but there is also refrigerator, microwave oven and washing sink. Still go to have one day stopover. There are many nice restaurant nearby, explore.

Excellent boutique Hotel! Kudos to Nestor who was awesome.
I had a great stay at the Warwick, my room was spotless, location great - easy to get to all the tourist spots and the public transit system when I wanted to go further afield. Nestor on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in San Francisco.
Good Clean room, nice area very nice and spacious also
The Warwick clerk was kind, helpful and efficient. Our large group gathered in San Francisco for bereavement. The staff gave us a place to meet and visit. Our room was delightful in retaining vintage charm while including every convenience. The bed was perfect. Even though our room was on the street side, it seemed very quiet but with a lovely night view. Thank you for convenience, kindness, and comfort
We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick San Francisco. The hotel has a classic charm, very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, quiet, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. Special thanks to Nestor at the front desk — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. His positive attitude and warm welcome truly made our stay even better. The location is excellent...

It can get quite noisy because of tram
For the location it's not to bad. If your coming for work or have busy days out this isn't that bad. Definitely not so much of a hangout I'm your room if you have downtime. The TV is mounted almost towards the ceiling and is off center that makes is basically not watchable. You will have to check your own self in when you arrive also.
Excellent service. Late check-out helps me with my luggages and some rests before a night flight. I would highly recommend any solo traveller or couples to stay here during their San Francisco trip.
Great location so central to all activities. The breakfast was delicious. The room was small but well appointed with necessities. The design if very contemporary/fashionable and the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast pastries.
This hotel has a top notch location, it’s very central and easy to reach from the airport. I was upgraded to a bigger room facing the street and even my bathroom had a big window facing the city. There’s a filtered water dispenser on ground level, which you can use to refill your personal bottle, it was a nice and eco-friendly touch. The amenity products smelled really good and the sheets were of great...

Nice location. Easy to get around and great food. Hotel facilities are great
Great location. Staff very friendly and courteous with good memory to remember guests.
A classic hotel in a prime location. The issue is that the hotel shows its age when you stay in the towers. Although it's livable, it's disturbing to see the toilet flush brown on the first two uses. Service at the front desk is not my preference because they like to engage in a lot of small talk and I was tired, but some will like that. The destination fee is a bit of a ripoff because they have weird...
Prime location and the check in was smooth. The room itself is nice and clean. Little bit noisy sometimes but acceptable.
Rooms are a bit dated but overall large. You have to ask the concierge each day to get the $10 uber voucher sent to your phone. FedEx on site in the hotel. Gym is excellent with 2 cable machines, many cardio machines, leg abductor/adductor, chest press, shoulder press, row machines, and free weights up to 60 lbs.
My favorite hotel in SF. They have the best service, beautiful rooms and a perfect location. Every time I come to SF I stay here.

The lack of power outlets was a real pain point, but the complimentary drinks were a nice touch.
Amazing room in a great spot in the city! Will definitely be booking here more often.
Comfortable stay. Was actually very quiet at night; had our windows open and slept very well.
Building is classic Victorian style if you want to enjoy and experience the true SFO. Location is top of the hill with Trader Joe at walking distance.
Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Loved the fact you can open widows and  let fresh air in. Watching and hearing the rain from our room was magical.
Room 201. Absolute disaster. It’s connected to room 200 and I could hear everything through the connecting door, even when they went to the bathroom. Bathroom was filled with ants inside toilet bowl, sink, bathtub and up on the extractor fan/ceiling. This was a nicer and more expensive room too. Wasn’t keen on the bedding. The Pali was great value for money for our short trip in San Francisco. The hotel was walkable to lots of places - just a 25 or so minute walk down to the Ferry Building and walking distance to areas like North Beach. Just a few minutes from Union Square and lots of shopping. The room was small but comfortable and nicely designed. Not much of a view, but we weren't expecting one. The decor throughout...
Great location! Great room, we stayed in the king suite and it was above my expectations!!! I would stay here again.
I just stayed for three days and had such a great time not only is the entire atmosphere so beautiful and the bed so incredibly comfy but the staff there is amazing. They were all so friendly and accommodating I loved them! Bar area is also SO pretty. The location is great also! Plenty of parking garages around and great walking distance for shopping and dining.
The interior design is nice and the staff are friendly. However, there was a strange old odor in the bathroom.

The heater wasn't working properly so we asked for help and was told it was automatic, but the room was still cold. On the second day we asked for the heater to be turned on, but it only lasted a few minutes, so we asked them for an electric heater.
The location is really good. The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the sanitary conditions are OK. Overall, it's average.
The location of the hotel is indeed convenient. There is basically no service in the hotel, the facilities are very old, and the hygiene is okay.
Gave us a late check-in n breezed through to our rooms. The rooms are clean. Bottled water would have been good as there’s no kettle arriving late and cold.
THERE'S TRADER JOES UP THE STREET AND AROUND THE CORNER. WALKING DISTANCE TO UNION SQUARE AND PASS BY STARBUCKS OR MCDONALD'S FOR FRAPPE.
Hotel without great pretensions that perfectly meets the needs of visiting San Francisco with a large community and is very well located. Great hotel with great location. Although the inside is a bit old, it has its value for its price!
Very good location and services
This hotel is adorable. The staff are so kinda and welcoming and it is so clean! We stayed in a king room that was overlooking the bay…it was so beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend. 😊
The good: excellent location, right near the Embarcadero and the Bay Bridge.  Easy access to BART and MUNI.   The bad: customer service was atrocious by one staff member, who made the stay very uncomfortable.  When presented with a problem, he was very unresponsive and accusatory back towards us.  Unacceptable.  For what it's worth, the hotel redeemed itself and better service was offered.  However...
A nice hotel in a beautiful location. It's an old building, which has its charm. No breakfast is available, but they do offer coffee and a cookie in the morning—but for $25, that's just not good. I'd look for something with a decent breakfast next time.
The location is excellent. The reception is very kind and helpful. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pastries in the morning. During my four nights stay, just one unfortunate incident was the elevator was out of order on the night before the thanksgiving day. Apart, strongly recommend the hotel if you want to stay near the piers and bridges.

The hotel is new with excellent heating and air conditioning. It's only a 5-minute walk from Union Square. The staff are very friendly. Great location near Union Square and public transport. Room is ideal for 2 adults and 1-2 younger kids. We booked quad share with 2 older kids and it was rather tight. The sofa bed wasn't ideal and somehow the advertised 37 sqm room felt squeezed. On the upside, hotel staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. For the discounted rate I got from Trip.com, would book again.
Location: Perfect! Right next to Union Square, close to public transport and rental car office. Guest room: Beautiful decor, clean and spacious. Kitchenette is handy. Services: Staff were friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10, will stay again next time in San Francisco.

This is a great place! The rooms are big and clean, plus they have free parking, which is amazing I'm glad they have free Wi-Fi, because my signal is weak when in the room. The location of great with tons of bars and restaurants on Polk St. And it's right by a main bus line if you get sick of $25 Waymo's all the time. Thank you for being a great place from enough to base my San Francisco trip!
Loved it they have big rooms and beautiful views.Their is a mini fridge, microwave, Comfortable beds, blow dryer, ironing board and iron, free wifi , large tv, a pool, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and tables and plenty of chairs.. over all a perfect place to stay ..
Room was big and clean but it does not have everything that it show on the online page. Example no breakfast , no microwave a refrigerator in the room. The room was big clean and close distance to Pier 39.
Perfect location it's about a mile from Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown etc The hotel and they are decent, the staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Have a nice pool area nice gym and they have laundry. I would definitely come here again the price is reasonable and it's a really great location it's in Central Downtown San Francisco.
It's a clean hotel more like a motel worth the price that I paid for San Francisco. I liked that I could step out of the hotel and not be completely surrounded by a ton of homeless people and their smells. I stayed here on a business trip. The location was great and travel was very smooth. The rooms were clean and quiet, allowing me to relax after work. The staff were very polite, and I had an overall comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
Good hot breakfast and nice wine and cheese plates at nights
The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I was continually woken up because I could hear every noise on the street outside and in the rooms next to me and above me. I don’t consider myself I light sleeper. If the hotel had provided earplugs on the nightstand or something this would have helped a lot.
This hotel has cool antique style, the bartender was so friendly, and when there was a hiccup with my room the staff acted promptly and respectfully. Plus, excellent bedding, thoughtfully placed lighting, and a great hot shower. Will stay here again!

The hotel didn't have a refrigerator available, which made my stay difficult. The location is very nice, bunch of good restaurants. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for affordability.
It was alright, but good for the price. Little to no sound proofing and things were a bit rough around the corners but excellent besides that. Super good value!
Convenient space for local bars, food and stores. Parking was tough but overall i enjoyed my experience
I would stay thier again. Plan on stairs and issues with parking. I liked the hotel and its location.
Very easy check in/check out. Close to transportation and a big grocery store. Very nice retro feel. Friendly staff. We had a great stay!

Rooms definitely need some updating. It’s probably an electrical fire waiting to happen. Cool eclectic vibes. It had a cute courtyard and our girls enjoyed the pool.
Beautiful outdoor setting-peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
While the neighborhood may look unsettling, once you get inside you'll find an historic gem. Large, clean rooms with updated bathrooms, modern amenities, great connectivity for work, and best of all, a welcoming and always friendly staff. As someone who travels all the time and stays at Hiltons and Marriotts, this place has great character and is safe. Highly recommend!
Great service from all of the staff, who were all super friendly. We got there early in the day and expected to have them hold our bags and return later to check in but they gave us a happy surprise when they said they had a room available for us. One note - the rooms aren't quiet to outdoor sounds. That didn't bother us because were where there for a party which was on property.
Loved the on site parking directly in front. The staff was excellent. I really wanted to go in the heated pool. Check in and check out times are absolutely fabulous.
The front desk staff both AM and PM were sooo amazing! The ambiance is SO FUN, the rooms are modest but the pillows were so comfy and the linens were fresh and clean. Hotel des Arts is only 2 Star but it is quite stylish, clean and reasonably priced. The location is very good and central, importantly close to the Cafe de la Press where even a spoiled European can find the Cappuccino and specifically the Croissants very good.
Over delivers for the price. The mobile check in with no front desk is awesome. Sweet bar near by. Not loud. Just good drinks. Stay with confidence.
The room was cold and the thermostat under a lock box. Was in the ADA rooms and half the bathroom flooded when I took a shower - nothing to guide the water to the drain. A pond around the toilet until I 'swept' the water to the drain.
It was great, although self check-in required assistance. Floors are slanted, elevator is old and slow, staff is polite. It's quirky and somewhat inconvenient, like being on vacation in a charming town without too many amenities. Fantastic location.
A New Hotel Experience I had never checked in the way they had things set up so it was a little confusing and a bit frustrating when I had trouble with the code to open the door. The hotel is on a very good location. Building is dated and shows signs of its age. Place is kept clean by the friendly staff. It’s free.  I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
Oh my, what to say Staff are reasonably nice enough. The hotel is a bit, might I say, grungy/dingy. From the wooden pole jammed in the window to keep it shut, the circular blotches of paint above the shower, the toast, coffee, cereal, to the stifling hot temperature without AC. AC is usually not a big deal in San Francisco except for when you need it which might be 20-40 times a year but some people...
