San Francisco, 1300 Columbus Avenue (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel is good and the service is great. However note that the water pressure is quite weak and very hard to control the water temperature (not sure if this is just a US thing). Also, our AC unit made some loud noises so we decided to keep it off, it’s no issue since SF weather is very comfortable anyways.
I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price paid. The air conditioning was extremely loud; every 15 minutes there would be a disruptive noise that made it difficult to rest properly throughout the night. Additionally, the TV was not functioning at all, which is a very basic amenity one would expect from any hotel. The room assignment was also far from ideal. I was given...
Great location, very convenient for Fisherman's Wharf and the Palace of Fine Arts.
location was good, check in was easy. however, i think it would be better if basic amenities like room slippers and toothbrushes/toothpaste were provided. the air conditioning was noisy though
The hotel itself is highly recommended. It has a great location, very nice rooms and very friendly service. However, we also had some hiccups during our visit. We had booked the room for four people, but the room was only equipped with towels for three people. Not that much of an issue - we just asked every day for an additional towel. We booked an Alcatraz Bundle via the concierge, which all went...
The room is spacious and clean. The location is so convenient that is several minutes walk to the fisherman wharf.

Nice hotel for a stay in SF. You got everything you need right there in a safe area of the city. Would recommend the breakfast which is offered at a little restaurant right next to the hotel. The rooms aber small but completely fine and the services is cleaning once a day
Great location. Stephano helped us out and was very professional and nice- he gave us great recommendations for site seeing. The hotel is connected to a very nice bar with a great selection. Breakfast was awesome. I recommend the french toast. The bed was really comfortable.
Great, helpful staff. Clean rooms and location is near a lot of things.
The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be better. The offer rooms with fridge and microwave, which for a week-long stay is quite handy. The lobby is quite nice, has living space and co-working areas. They also offer complimentary coffee and cold water, and occasionally fresh fruits. The staff is professional and attentive, they always try to help out with...
Club Quarters SF is a pretty awesome deal for those looking to stay in the city. It’s located very conveniently snuggled between Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Embarcadero. Rooftop access is wonderful night or day, the staff is very friendly and prompt. Rooms are clean and comfy HOWEVER (and this was my husband’s primary complaint, not mine) the TV’s do not work properly. We even had hotel maintenance...
really clean, efficient, nice staff, love the 24/7 front desk. they also were super helpful tagging and holding my luggage for me. I was able to check in and out with ease, and used their fitness room too. small but enough equipment to workout! pretty close to the water which is nice, and love the chilled water and guest request closet

San Francisco, 757 Market St, 94103 San-Frantsisko, Kaliforniya, SShA (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Our stay at Four Seasons San Francisco was one of those experiences that just felt right from start to finish. Every person we interacted with—reception, housekeeping, maintenance—was warm, capable, and genuinely kind, even during the chaos of Super Bowl weekend. The team handled the crowds and traffic without missing a beat. The thoughtful touches made the biggest impression: a lovely welcome gift...
Alex from security was super sweet to me even when I was dressed down. They’ve always had good customer service but even during the superbowl weekend when I was dressed like I was washing clothes he didn’t profile me and I was able to enjoy myself.
For my birthday we booked a room at The Four Seasons Hotel on Market and I must say our stay was INCREDIBLE. From the valet to the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, every single interaction we had was professional and pleasant. The room was huge with lots of natural light and offered a great view of Yerba Buena Garden. The most satisfying and minute detail that made me happy was the water pressure...
I was onsite for a business meeting and they were so gracious and accommodating with providing a private mother’s room type space. One of the staff even offered me a water with electrolytes so I could stay hydrated while I used the room. I’m so grateful.
Amazing hotel, location is perfect for a city tour, rooms are good, bathroom are quite big, service really good!! Concierge is really amazing and so friendly!! Restaurant hotel it’s ok, breakfast is perfect but maybe to expensive, but ok its a 5star hotel… we had a birthday cake on the room on my wife’s birthday ❤️❤️ So thoughtful love it!! Thx for the experience team For season
The room was very clean and the facilities were new. We booked a suite and received welcome fruit and an exclusive card. The service was very attentive. The front desk was not on the first floor and you had to take the elevator. Turn right and walk 800 meters to the Moscone Exhibition Center, which was very convenient for business travel. Unfortunately, the hotel does not include breakfast, not even...

Location for this hotel to fisherman wharf is soo near within walking distance of 5 mins ! So many shops and eateries near by ! Will stay there again when I go San Francisco
The USD $35 / night mandatory extra destination fee they charge during checkin is absolutely not worth it for us. Considering most hotel offer free WiFi and free bottle of drinking waters, the rest of the included items with this extra fee does not used by us. If this could be inform and charged before booking, that at least set our expectations right. We will definitely not coming back to this hotel...

Amazing check in. Cool lobby, Champaign at check in, early check in, ac thermostat keeps turning off so room was constantly changing between cold and hot, maintenance came to try to fix it but was unable to. Breakfast was terrible, had waffle which was a burnt hard disk, 30 with tax, wasn’t worth 5 dollars. Shower is hot but almost no pressure, super delicious room coffee though. Have to call room...
The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean and comfortable, the rooftop bar is awesome (although pricey for the quality- the sliders were delicious though), the food was overall good, and the valet service was great. The location though………. I don’t even know how to properly describe it in words. I had read the area is rough, with a lot of drug use and homelessness, but I was baffled. I know there...
I love this hotel. I stay for work 2x a year and never have had a single complaint or hiccup. The staff makes sure every aspect of your stay is comfortable and feels like home. Theresa at Villion starts my day with a huge smile + warmth in her service. The hotel is sparkling clean, modern, convenient and the stuff is absolutely fabulous
Stopped in for one night on our way to Napa. The area outside hotel was not the best, But the hotel staff made up for it. 100percent excellent service from everyone on site. Hotel is super clean. Roof top was awesome plenty of fire pits to keep warm. La-bande restaurant on site had excellent service and food. Gym was super clean. Restaurant/hotel food was amazing. We heard the city is working on cleaning...
Hotel and staff were wonderful. The rooftop bar is a great place to have drinks at night to see the city lit up. The room and the decor were super nice for a small room. The huge huge drawback is the hundreds of homeless that congregate outside. My guess is COVID made it much worse. While no one bothers you while you are walking around, it seems at least 60% of the stores and restaurants in the vicinity...

A well run hotel which is worth every dollar it charges us. Room is well maintained and cleaning service is excellent, making it a pleasant experience to return to the room after a day’s travelling. Staff is friendly at the restaurant serving delicious breakfast...
Was a very good location👌🏼a very helpful staff Great bar. And they very nice to upgrade us with a Very Nice view 👌🏼
Check-in experience was interesting. Thinking one of the staff members were new. Disappointed as status didn’t get the normal upgrade one receives when checking in. No small talk, very transactional. At the end they remembered to thank me and acknowledge my Marriott loyalty membership (not a big deal to me but it’s their standard practice and normally one of the first things they say to you upon...
St Regis is always a great place to stay. 5 star service is a given when you are here. The front desk, concierge, and butler service are always willing to help make your experience exceptional. We stopped by this location on our way home from a 25yr anniversary trip to Napa. Room was beautiful, location in San francisco was excellent. Walking distance to lots of great areas, 30 minutes drive from the airport, 20 minute drive from fisherman wharf. The reason I have only 3 stars is because everytime we left the room we had to get a new key from the front desk because our key would be disabled. It was frustrating to say the least. The price-performance ratio is not good, and the various taxes and fees are outrageous.
Excellent geographical location
All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. We reserved the night of April 5 online, but during our trip decided to also stay in SF on April 4. I thought calling the hotel would be an easy way to get this done, but the staff there told me to just go online and book another night myself. So I sat in the car in an uncertain part of town fumbling with the app to reserve another night. This isn't the kind of service I expect from Marriott. Also...
Hotel is very well located, good service and very friendly employees. We had a tour to Muir Woods that was canceled due to bad weather and then to Yosemite with another travel company, which stops by bus near the hotel. Solid tourist hotel for a good price! We stayed over New Year's and chose a top floor courtyard room to avoid noise and got perfect sleep after a long night. Walking distance to united square and metro. Fitness center and business center is well maintained. Had a wonderful moment during happy hour. Staffs are very warm welcome. Really a good deal in SF for its price.
Service: The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic, thumbs up! 👍 Environment: It's quite convenient, but there are homeless people on the street behind, so it's best to avoid that area. Facilities: The room itself is good, except for the soundproofing, which isn't great. Overall, I'd recommend it.

I flew in for a concert in San Francisco and stayed at this hotel — it was a wonderful experience. The interior was beautiful, and my room was huge, with two separate rooms! The rooms in this hotel are quite spacious. The breakfast was advertised as included for a certain number of people, but in reality, it's a $72 credit per room for ordering at the co-located cafe on the ground floor. If your order exceeds $72, you have to pay the difference yourself. On our first day, for 3 adults and 1 child, we ordered two burgers and two croissant sandwiches, and it already came...
Overall, it was great! The location is super convenient, and you're just a short walk from the Nintendo SF store. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service was good. The downside is that it was a bit noisy at night, but I guess that's to be expected when you're on a street-facing side in downtown. Also, the free Wi-Fi required reconnecting every day, which was a bit of a hassle.
I booked this hotel for a trip with my parents. It's very close to Macy's, and there's a convenience store nearby where you can grab water and other essentials. There are also a few restaurants downstairs. The only downside is that there's a theater a block away, which can make it a bit chaotic and noisy at night, but I imagine it's not an issue on higher floors. The room itself was quite spacious...

The location is great, and it's worth experiencing again.
The view was nice, and the room was very clean.
The location is excellent and convenient for travel. If you are visiting Fisherman's Wharf, this is the best choice. Maybe the location is too good. The hotel is a little old, but the location is excellent and the restaurant next to it is also very good.
The hotel focuses on environmental protection and has a superior geographical location. It is opposite the Pier and convenient for travel. There are not many breakfast options.
The lobby is very beautiful, the room is large, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is very good, you can get on the Ding Ding bus within a few minutes' walk.

Not my first time at this vintage hotel, but stayed at a medium size room this time. They've done a fair job of updating the rooms, nothing too fancy. The closet and drawer spaces are limited, and the table is tiny. But I love the sturdy designer chair and that the windows actually tilt open for fresh pacific night air. Bed is great, bring your USB charger though if you have several devices.
Great location right near Union Square with plenty of food and shopping nearby. Staff was nice and room was nice. 4 stars as unexpected $35 nightly resort fee for.... Access to a on-site gym? No other amenities I can see that a Best Western wouldn't have without the resort fee.
I stayed at the Hotel Spero for a couple of days while attending a conference at the Moscone Center, and it was great! The staff were super friendly, and the service was great the whole time. Deducted 1 point from location as there were too many homeless people around that made us not feel safe when walking in or out of the hotel. Very conveniently located 3 mins walk from Powell BART and Trader's Joe right at basement of building. Amenities were new and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful.Safe for solo travellers.
The biggest plus is the convenient location, but it can be a bit noisy. The room facilities are just average. It's barely acceptable for business travelers.
good place, breakfast was bad tho
Good but the valet is not waiting outside. Have to park in the white curb ahead of the bus stop, then go inside to let the check in counter know you wish to valet. No big sign for Hotel Zelos either. Very convenient location tho. Target is around the corner, Trader Joe’s is practically attached and underneath Hotel Zelos. Wish their bar had a TV for sports.

This hotel must have been recently renovated as the facilities are brand new. The room's lighting, music, temperature, and curtains can all be controlled via an iPad. The hotel is also very close to the subway station and the starting point of the cable car.
Convenient location, small but perfectly fine for one person, clean, and great service. I'd definitely stay here again.
The location is fantastic, just steps away from Union Square, right above the cable car's starting terminal, and very close to the subway station where you can catch BART directly to the airport. The room was small and compact, but very new and comfortable.
My favorite CitizenM hotel, the experience was as great as always. The downtown area is right downstairs, and even though it's a bit messy, I never felt unsafe. It's also very close to the tram station. Just a heads up, the 'dangerous' tenderloin district isn't too far from here.
I usually stay at this hotel almost every time I'm in the area. The location is superb! I also really like the concept of Citizen M, especially the bathroom and the lighting controls. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

After driving for two hours, we decided to give up on going to San Francisco. We then tried to get a full refund, but the hotel refused, only offering two-thirds. Logically, given this unforeseen disaster, the hotel should have refunded the full amount.

Amazing hotel in Union Square, San Francisco, California.
I really hate to leave a negative review, I never like doing it, but sometimes it's just necessary. I booked and paid for a deluxe room with a king-sized bed. The room was a bit small, but thankfully the location is in a business center, yet it's quiet at night. The location is fantastic, you can see San Francisco's iconic cable cars right from the entrance.
The location is fantastic! Right outside the hotel, you'll find a subway station and the starting point for the cable car. Union Square is just a five-minute walk away, and there are tons of bus stops nearby. You can even walk to Chinatown from here. The hotel itself is lovely inside, and it was a great value for money stay!
Modern hotel but no breakfast, just beside the cable car. Value for money.
I like this place. It’s convenient to get around and close to important locations, including public transportation stations. However, I would like to deduct points for the housekeeping service. I requested two towel replacements, and while they did replace them, I received one bath towel and one floor mat instead of two towels.
Good place to stay in San Francisco I would stay again and recommend others.
