Excellent location. The best of all on Ocean Dr. Very friendly and attentive staff. Always kind and polite. The room with the living room and kitchenette is the ideal solution for families who want to have a different kind of meal.
The pool at the end of the day is magnificent.
They just need to check the jacuzzi motor, the espresso machine, and vacuum the room daily.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location. We had a room with two bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. The employees who served us were very nice. Unfortunately, the entire building is very old and dilapidated, the elevator buttons are taped shut, some renovation is underway at the reception.... It's scary to enter the jacuzzi because of the color of the water (it didn't work anyway). The description states private parking. It looks like this: when you drive up to the hotel, you leave your car for an employee to park. We came across our car parked a few dozen meters away on the main street and it was OPEN!!! When leaving, we waited a few dozen minutes for the car to be brought to us. Breakfast - a small room on the 2nd floor without tables, but the only food to eat was toast, muffins, bars, apples, coffee from a tiny coffee machine (for capsules). Everyone couldn't believe what they were seeing after entering :) The hotel is not worth its price at all, well, maybe without the parking and breakfast ;)

As the owner of Great Getaways Travel I fell in love with this iconic boutique art deco ocean front hotel!! The location is amazing but most importantly the staff are INCREDIBLE offering the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel!!! From the. moment we walked in I witnessed them literally running to get water bottles, chairs and a cooler that they filled with ice giving to guests!!! I found out that they not only do this daily whenever you want but they also give you free bikes to enjoy the awesome paved trails by the beach daily. In addition to that there is complimentary champagne everyday at 5pm and a complimentary continental breakfast with coffee, fresh orange juice and delicious croissants!! To top it off they have a wonderful roof top pool with jacuzzi with amazing ocean views!! Our beds were comfy, great shower, and kitchen and TV's!! Very chic and modern space!! I will definitely be back!!! Shout out to all the front desk staff and especially Caesar for literally accommodating every request with a smile!!

The hotel is not bad but it’s not good, it is just okay. The room wasn’t as advertised or should I say didn’t look like the pictures, we had a double room, the beds were extremely small and weren’t comfortable. The floor was sandy/gritty. There were some spots on the furniture. The bathroom is small. The room was spacious but lacked storage, if you are staying for a long time this maybe challenging. The location is prime if you want direct access to the beach and Ocean drive. The staff could’ve been more professional. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, they only offered bread/croissants, water, OJ, tea, and coffee. It was Spring break so the valet was a block over, huge inconvenience and for what they charge they could’ve been more professional. The sound of the AC unit turning off and on is super loud! The hallway smelled of marijuana. They do offer towels, water and a beach chair if you visit the beach, nice perk. I didn’t swim in the pool but it looked nice. For the price you pay they need to tidy up on cleanness of the rooms and hallways and be more professional, and offer a true complimentary breakfast if that’s what they’re going to do. It is not a luxury hotel, far from it. Would I stay here again no I wouldn’t.

I haven’t had such superb and spectacular service in years. William and Eric are absolutely phenomenal! The Bentley is so lucky to have these treasures. All the other staff was magnificent as well. The attention to detail for breakfast and champagne hour… just blown away. The room was stunning. The location was perfect. I actually cried while leaving because we had such an amazing time. I don’t how I’m going to vacation anywhere else because they have set the bar at an all time high.

The manager at our hotel referred my husband and I to the “oldest and best Cuban food in south beach”. It did not disappoint. My husband had the red snapper and it was cooked perfectly. I had a medium Cuban and it was really good (though not the best I’ve ever had.) We also shared a chicken noodle soup and the broth was perfect. Rice and black beans were the best I’ve ever had. It was packed when we got there but they made every effort to seat us quickly and the service was really good. I saw another customer’s chicken paella and immediately felt jealous. If I go back, that’s my next order. :)

Not a lot of Cuban food where I'm from. Visiting after a cruise. Stopped in for a Cuban sandwich. They were delicious. We also had an appetizer sampler. I don't recall the name but here are pics. The tamale and the croquettes were tasty. Definitely worth the stop in. Next time I'd like to try the breakfast! Everything looked awesome.

We really like it!. It has a Latin flavor within all the American franchises around. It also makes you feel like if you were in Cuba, with the home taste of the plates. The service is great and the price is affordable in compare to the prices of the other restaurant's in the area. If you look for a taste of Latin Caribbean food this is the place to go

Great spot. This was my first time having Cuban food and I enjoyed. I highly recommend the Fish in Green Sauce dish.

The presentation of this dish will shock you but it was really good. It had a great flavor; light, yet bold. You can really taste the butter and other herbs. It was definitely worth the price and highly recommended.
Shrimp Cuban Style (in Spanish sauce)
This dish was just okay. It had sort of a tomato stew meats Spanish rice flavor. It was mild in taste, as it was desperately in need of additional flavor. This one wasn't worth the $19.99 price. Consider the Shrimp Scampi based on the Fish in Green Sauce dish.
Shredded Beef
This dish had a tomato stew base/Spanish rice style flavor as well. The beef was tender and moist, making for a good experience w/ the rice. It was recommended as a Cuban classic and I would order it again, but it's nothing to write home about.

From the outside, this place didn’t inspire any excitement. But once you walk in and food is served. Wow. Roasted half chicken with rice and side salad. Amazing! Fruit smoothies are super tasty. I wish I’d have more time to go back and try more food. Looking around at people’s plates (lol), everything looked delicious! Great place. Also they have good coffee!

A very nice restaurant right on Ocean Drive which is a center of activity in South Beach. Reasonably priced given the location. Our food and service was excellent. The photo is a view from the restaurant.

Terrible service. Sneaky discount baiting.. Saying they have but one get one free drinks and you get the bill for a 45 dollar drink! Plus they double charged me for the drink anyway!

Be careful to ask about drink pricing, be careful about uncharging ad-ons, and NEVER let your credit card out of your sight when paying! I only go to Bayside and Ocean drive with out of town company. I live here, and KNOW better...but when having a nice time, I have slipped and let the server take my CC at Bayside last year, , and now here, last week...and have had my credit card info stolen and USED from both places :( Miami is unique and can be fascinating - but be vigilent in high tourist areas!

Wish I could leave 0 stars as horrible service 20 percent gratuity added on and waitress cooked the bill adding $ for premium alcohol and my 25 dollar corona. Burger was ok fries cold ....dont do it!!!!

Service was HORRIBLE! We asked about 5 times for our bill and the waiters kept claiming it wasn't their table. We had to literally get up to get their attention and all came rushing at us claiming we were trying to leave without paying. When we stated the problem they were extremely rude, even when asked to speak the manager, she was equally as rude- as she was a part of them. The waiter blatantly lied about checking up on us "5 minutes ago" and stated she would call the police. When I told her to go ahead because we did nothing wrong - she obviously didn't. In the end two waiters ended up telling us "eff you" and the manager told us she didn't have time to deal with us after we paid. Horrible horrible customer service! Would never go back . Really ruined the south beach experience for us. Besides the service the chicken sandwich was extremely bland , would never go back there- if they had a rating less than one star, I would choose that.
