Not clean enough to be acceptable. We read some reviews about scams and then,

When we arrived we were told we could only get a single queens. Even though our booking said "one queen and one single" and also 3 people occupancy noted in the booking. He told us the booking website "screwed us over". But no worries he could get us the suite for the good price of 25 dollars. When I wanted to call the booking website I was told they won't be much help. I still did and we were able to get another room with 2 queens. This turned out to be 2 doubles which are smaller. I went back and asked if we could get a matras so the third person could sleep on the ground as the beds were not as booked. This was only possible with an extra payment as there was no problem because "they are queen beds", no they're not, "we consider these queens".

Probably the same way they consider a single bed AND queen bed as a single queens bed hehe. Also didn't feel save, reading the reviews didn't help.

Check out lady was very nice, no troubles. At then end of the day it was still a bed in Miami Beach.

Monica is the best so friendly and informative made me feel like family! I’ve been staying at all the South beach group properties the last couple weeks. They’re all great, but Oceanside is by far my favorite.

This place has wild reviews so I admit I booked it with a “do it for the plot” mentality. I guess all of the bad reviews prepared me for the worst but it really wasn’t so bad!!! You are booking a budget property in the epicenter of South Beach. I was able to walk one block to all of my events during South beach wine and food festival week and I loved it.

The elevators are broken so do not book this if you can’t do stairs… other than that, just know what you’re paying for and enjoy south beach. You aren’t coming on vacation to live in your room anyway!

Also, bring earplugs. It’s loud as heck in there because people don’t know how to act.

Also also… be ok with the smell of weed because chances are high that someone is getting high. lol.

Nothing as advertised. Claimed they had shuttle from airport, parking and a cook on site...none of these things existed. Swept are own floor. Room was dirty, tub didn't drain and was stained, shade did not fit window, grout missing in bathroom. Couldn't get towels. Staff not friendly. Couldn't answer any questions we had regarding area. People hanging out front of hotel and in lobby who were not guests. View out window which was filthy with fence and barbed wire as the view of closed hotel. Something sounded like it was gnawing in the wall. No controlling a/c. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

This place is the WORST Hotel in South Beach along with the sister property Geneva next door. It has 4 names it list under. Parisian is one of their old names. It is old, nasty, decrepit, despicable, and is the worst hotel in South Beach Miami. Geneva too. Do not book using the hotel apps because they are not going to refund you your money. Roaches, dirty room and nasty owner. Checked out 5 minutes after check-in.

Walked in for breakfast in a Sunday morning around 8:30 am. The patio was already full so we sat inside. Service was excellent and so was the coffee. I had the avocado toast and a side of scrambled eggs. Eggs were the best I’d had for breakfast my entire trip. The avocado toast was SO GOOD and I’d definitely order it again if I go back.

Pretty easily the best brunch location in South Beach. Saturday is busiest, with a wait time of up to 30 minutes, but there are parlour games while you wait and the food is worth it. Try the chicken satay omelet!! Beware, prices may be a bit higher than a standard breakfast on the strip, however.

Decent place to have breakfast. The service is fast and the line moves quickly. At the northern part of Ocean Drive, it's a good place to grab a bite before an art deco stroll.

While visiting Miami for the weekend, I tried this place and it was really great! The portions were big but the food was light so it didn't make me feel like I ate too much. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back in the future!

Delicious breakfast foods served all day. I recommend the French toast - the orange zest gives it such a lovely flavor. I also suggest happy hour for half off drinks from 4-7pm. Our server was Stefan - he was so sweet & appropriately attentive. Will be back for sure.

Nicole Octavia or whatever her name is is the absolute worst. I came into the store and ordered a $7 salad, I asked her for a cup of water and she said she was out of complimentary cups. I advised her I really needed just a cup and I could drink it in front of her but she advised I would have to pay a full drink price for the cup of WATER. As a corporation, you are legally required to provide a source of WATER to a customer. She did not suggest one. She refused.
Of all the times I have purchased from subway, I have never dealt with someone as disgusting as her.
Her persona and presence just told me she didn't value or want this job.
Please rethink your hires
