I was very satisfied with the room; it was a good value for the price. The ocean view was fantastic, and the hotel's own beach was perfect for sunbathing, though it wasn't particularly clean for swimming. The service was also excellent, and the staff were very nice.

It's a little far from Waikiki, but there's a gentle breeze that you won't find in Waikiki. Restaurants along the beach are convenient, but personally, I prefer the Italian food.

This hotel is in a great location! Literally a block away from Waikiki beach, 15 min walk from Diamond Head, and a mile walk to Leonard's Bakery! Amazing place. I traveled solo with my 2yo and it was a blast. Great location, we had a view looking at diamond head. loved it. the playground is great. the elevators are annoying but no problem except one day, we had to walk and I carried my stroller down 11 flights of stairs hahah

The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.

It was difficult to secure a reservation, as there weren't many rooms available. The staff were all friendly, and the surroundings were pleasant, a bit different from the bustling Waikiki area. I liked it, so next time I visit Hawaii, I'll stay at the Hilton Village.

It was a very stylish hotel, with a great location overlooking Diamond Head. The staff were all kind and welcoming, and I never had a bad experience. I highly recommend it.

The view wasn't what I expected, but it was good enough. I was satisfied. I wondered if early check-in was possible, but I was lucky enough to be able to check in right away. The beach towels were available for unlimited rental, which was really convenient whenever I went to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Super close to Waikiki Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Public transport is also very convenient, with bus and trolley stops less than 100 meters from the property. The room was decent, but it was advertised as a sea view room, and the reality was a huge letdown – the sea was so far away we could only see a tiny corner of it. The location was great, very close to the bus stop and a supermarket. The bathroom was a bit small with limited space for toiletries, but the room itself was spacious and clean. As a family, we found the room quite cramped. The hotel entrance was small, and it felt more like a serviced apartment or an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. This was the worse Marriott property I have ever stayed in. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. NONE! The shower was extremely SMALL! Someone who was 250-300 pounds would not have fit in the shower.  Front desk and housekeeping never answered the phone and I called numerous times.  The workers were pleasant but the room I stayed in was sub standard. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, target, coffee, and the beach. The rooms have paper thin walls and all night we heard noisy people, trucks outside, roosters, etc, it was LOUD! One of our rooms was super hot the whole day.

Great location. Walkable to beaches and shopping. I’m not much of a “shopper” but for all of you shoppers, there’s plenty of action to be had. The nearby beaches are beautiful. But you already knew that. Dedicated ride share spot to wait for your chariot to whisk you around the island. This property is absolutely doable for your Oahu adventures.

We travel 3-5 times a year from Maui, and love staying at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. The staff is great, my daughter loves the pool, and we love waking up and going down to get breakfast every morning.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept very well. The hotel is also close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service, which is very convenient for transfers.

There are events held by the pool, and there are relatively few children around, so adults can relax and enjoy a drink. Not recommended for families, not a typical family hotel. It is small and boutique as advertised. Only one lift working during our visit and used by everyone including household staff, long waits and usually full. They appear to have strict rules and did not feel comfortable walking freely around the hotel, always felt like we were being watched. I would not stay here again and would not recommend...

It's a nice place; the facilities are a bit retro, but the prices aren't cheap. It's not far from the beach, but you have to walk a few blocks. There's a white flowering tree outside, and behind it leads to a food street with pockbowl and other delicious options. There are also restaurants downstairs, and the pockbowl there is quite good.

Lower-floor king-size bed rooms are not recommended; they offer no view, the facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. The location is inconvenient; it's 7-8 minutes from the main shopping mall and 15 minutes from the beach. If you absolutely must book, a high-floor room with a view is recommended.

An old hotel but it feels very Hawaiian! Very friendly staff and it's really very clean. The shower pressure is borderline acceptable. Great laundry facilities (pay by contactless card) and the water refill machine was a nice touch. The parking is $30 a day and finding a space can be tough but this seems standard in this location.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location in the Waikiki Beach area, making it incredibly convenient for the beach, shopping, and dining. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated, and because of the carpeting in the rooms, there's an undeniable stale smell. If you're looking for a sparkling clean environment, this might not be the best fit.

It was clean, and the bathroom shower was functional, which was nice. However, when I asked for a can opener, they just brought me one. The pool was out of the sun and very cold, so no one was in it. It's a three-minute walk to Kuhio Beach, but it's surrounded by hotels, so you only get a city view. The bus stop is a bit of a walk away, but it was a good value hotel.

Good accommodation for good price.

Hotel is situated in one of the most convenient locations in Honolulu.

They offered free towel rentals, which we used a lot! Mahalo! The bed was also big and comfortable. Having two key cards was very convenient.

I stayed for five days and four nights, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud at night, like a bomber, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Also, if you want them to clean your room, it costs $25 USD each time. I'd advise anyone who is sensitive to noise at night to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is located in a bustling area of downtown Honolulu, very close to commercial centers like Walmart and Macy's, just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the service attitude is quite good.

100% budget hotel but the main issue I had was the hidden fees. I ended up paying almost double when I checked in. Seems really dishonest to charge a low amount through the app and then charged again when you check in.
