Samarkand (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities included bottled water, instant coffee and tea, a kettle, and a mini-refrigerator. There was no safety deposit box
The spa and fitness center were excellent, offering a relaxing atmosphere for anyone looking to unwind or stay active during their trip
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, with a level of detail that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was heavenly, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed every morning
The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, whether it was helping with reservations, providing local recommendations, or simply making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay
They truly made me feel like a VIP. The on-site amenities were also top-notch. I enjoyed a fantastic meal at their restaurant, where the food was not only delicious but beautifully presented
AD Bellagio Hotel is the best place I’ve ever been to! Amazing atmosphere, great service, and friendly staff. Everything was perfect from start to finish — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Samarkand (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good hotel, very clean and sparkly. The food was okay - breakfast could have been better. Decent location, although a bit of a distance from centre/touristy stuff.
In general, noise from the corridor and slamming doors is very audible, but what kind of soundproofing can you expect with such a gap between the door and the wall? I wasn't particularly impressed with the breakfast: there's nothing to complain about, but nothing to praise either
The room was small but had everything I needed. It was also conveniently located, with all the attractions just a short taxi ride away. The service was excellent; they were very responsive to all my requests
We stayed there briefly for 2 nights and 3 days. Initially, my expectations were moderate, but the hotel definitely met them, and even exceeded them. The first thing I want to point out is how clean the rooms were
Downsides: The bathroom had very high humidity; I had to keep the door wide open constantly, otherwise, the towels wouldn't even dry. At night, a strip of light enters the room because the door isn't fully sealed
I went once and didn't feel like going again. It's clean, decent, and cozy, but for the price per night in Qatar, I've had poached eggs with salmon for breakfast, not just mild yogurt and sausages

The pool and sauna are the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The beds are soft and comfortable, and we had a fantastic night's sleep. You can feel the comfort and care in every detail
A wonderful hotel where every detail is thought of! The staff are true professionals: attentive, friendly, and caring. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a wide selection

Questions about stores and local quinine were answered and directions given accurately and in details. Internet is not always available. I would suggest to improve the Internet connection
We travelled with a group of 44 people and stayed in 3 major cities of Uzbekistan. I must admit that customer service in this hotel was outstanding
I had few problems and all was solved the most efficient and pleasant way. Proper coffee served for breakfast by very friendly staff
Helpful staff, room was very clean and good breakfast
Breakfast did not have much variety as the other hotel I was in the day before, but it had a good selection to choose from. They have a swimming pool, but was empty due to the season
Perfect location for our needs, a 10 min walk to the Veterinary Faculty. My room was comfortable but cold, the internet was very bad :-( The staff is very nice, ready to help.

The facilities are old, so it can't be helped, but there were shops nearby where you can buy daily necessities and simple food, as well as places to eat, so there was no inconvenience
The owner responded to various requests seriously and quickly and was very helpful They also arranged a one-day taxi to Shahri Saabs for a reasonable price of $50 (the driver told me it was $80), so I was able to afford a little more
I enjoyed my stay in good Samarkand
Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, TV is torn out by the roots and wires are sticking out. Very hospitable guys at the reception and are always ready to help with everything: carry luggage, order a taxi, etc
The recommended Samarkand restaurant is nearby, and you can explore Samarkand within walking distance. It's clean and has all the amenities you need
It's in an easy-to-find location and the staff are very kind. Even though I arrived at 6am due to a flight, they prepared a room for me

It is a bit further from centre, but still walkable and has the Alisher Navoi pedestrian street right next to it, so that helped a lot with many dining options even late into the eve
Toiletries and a kettle are provided. There's an entryway between the bathroom and bedroom, offering good privacy. Towels and bath towels are clean. The facilities are comprehensive and easy to use
Breakfast is abundant and includes local specialties. There's also a microwave for guests to heat food. The male staff at the front desk are all friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented
The people there worked very hard to accommodate us and help arrange day trips that were fairly last minute. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones in my three weeks in Uzbekistan
The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street, making it easy to get around while still offering a peaceful atmosphere, especially at night. Both the room and bathroom are spacious
They were able to help with any request we had and I would stay here again if I ever come back to Samarkand

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, and a quick taxi ride to Registan Square. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby, which is great for picking up essentials
Good family hotel. The service was very pleasant. Breakfast was hearty. In the room with 2 single beds on the ground floor, the window view wasn't great (it faced the courtyard). Otherwise, everything was excellent.
Our home away from home. It for me is one of the best places to stay in Samarkand. Our host Zafar was the kindest person. If I could I'd live here. Thank you for making my wife and I's stay here so memorable.
There was also a good selection of bread, pastries, sweets, and nuts, plus a coffee machine. The beds and mattresses were comfortable, and daily cleaning and towel changes were provided
We chose this hotel based on reviews, and everything was exactly as other guests described. The staff was incredibly polite; every request or wish was handled quickly and with a smile
They even offered us a choice of rooms. Breakfast was perfectly satisfying: boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelets, porridge, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables

Perfect small hotel just next to the Registan square. It’s only 300-400 meters walk from the most visited place in Samarkand. The staff are nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!!!
I stayed here for a week with my kids and people are welcoming and charming. They treated me like we are their family. Lots of activities nearby and it’s in the center of the city.
We stayed 3 nights at Sandhill. Amazing central location, 10 minutes walk from Registan Square and Siyob Bazar. Our room was spacious and very clean
The owners Muyinjon and his wife Shahzoda, who speaks perfect English, were always present in the hotel and very helpful in accommodating our needs. The staff were very pleasant and professional
I stayed 3 nights It was amazing 👏. Everything is perfect. Delicious breakfast, neat and clean entire hotel, comfortable bed. Everything is perfect. This hotel deserves 4 stars 🌟 status.
Comfy beds as well and the breakfast was absolute perfection. The entire team I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Truly, can’t fault this place and would happily return

I really liked the hotel! The location is great: it's quiet, yet close to all the main attractions, including Registan Square. It's easy to walk, and there are ATMs, cafes, and shops nearby
The hotel is located in a tourist area in the city center. Nearby are many historical sites and the university boulevard with a wide park and fountains
Yangi Sharq is a well located hotel within easy walking distance of many of the best sights of Samarkand. Mansoor and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful and will ensure your stay is excellent
The rooms are clean and cozy, and the air conditioning works great—it's nice that it doesn't blow directly on your head. The staff is very friendly and attentive; you feel truly cared for
The hotel is in a beautiful refurbished 19th century mansion. After weeks of budget accommodation we splurged on a junior suite and it was absolutely beautiful
Well worth a splurge. We took a junior suite and spent four nights exploring the city. The staff are helpful and the location is good

I won’t write much - you just need to understand that all the food was prepared by Bahiyar’s wife personally: from main dishes to desserts! They cook here also with soul!!! I am happy to meet Bakhtiyar and I will be infinitely happy if many people are also filled with the goodness that Bakhtiyar and his family radiate This location can be marked as a landmark of oriental hospitality in Samarkand...
Clean, the rooms have everything you need, the breakfasts are delicious. Tea and drinking water are always available. Very friendly, sincere and responsive owner, his wife and beautiful daughter
During the stay, at every moment of communication, it was obvious that the priority for Bakhtiyar and his family is not money, not commercial success, but a good rest and good mood of the guests Bakhti was constantly worried about every little thing of living conditions and always tried to get ahead of the satisfaction of any needs
It's the best guest house where we stayed in Uzbekistan. Warm floor in the bathroom, warm rooms and excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you for hospitality and wish all the best!
Rested at the hotel with family. It was the first time when the photos turned out to be worse than reality)) the hotel is extraordinary! Clean, comfortable, like visiting relatives
Bed linen, pillows, mattresses are all new. The breakfast is delicious, everyone was full, even picky kids)) Family hotel. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful

He was approachable in my checkout process, ensuring that I felt valued and taken care of. His leadership clearly trickled down to his staff, who demonstrated the same level of professionalism and attentiveness
Great family run hotel with 29 rooms and a pool. Excellent full breakfast 7:30- 9 am. Highly recommend! We stayed 4 nights. AC in our room needed to be replaced, but they supplied a fan
Throughout my stay, the staff was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's manager, Azamat Ake
I recently stayed at Zarina Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze
They're trying to add new AC to all rooms, but it's physically hard with the architecture. Try to get a room with new AC
The bathroom was very dated though and needed a proper shower cubicle and a toilet that would accept flushing of the paper! Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and it had a lovely courtyard and seating area

Nice hotel, where the rooms are arranged on three levels. On the ground floor the rooms open around a small central courtyard. On the top floor there is a large terrace
Hotel was small, clean and not so far from city center Registan Square( 10-15 minutes walk by foot). The staff was very helpfull, kinde and polite. The brekfasts was good. Beds was very clean and comfortable.
Wonderful family owned boutique hotel. Offers everything that a traveler needs. Highly recommended, will come back to Smarkand with my wife next time and will definitely stay in this lovely place. Jeff Chi USA
Azieza was so helpful and kind along with her hubby. Her son, Josie was so generous and nice as well. Superb breakfast with plenty of options. Really commendable to everyone. They will treat you like a family
A great place to stay in the city. Very near to the airport and walking distance to some of the tourist spots in Samarkand. The family who owns the hotel were so accommodating. They’re hands-on in everything
Excellent experience with friendly staff, good room with a beautiful enclosed courtyard and a great breakfast buffet on the top floor with indoor seating or on the rooftop terrace with a great view.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in the city center. The building is three stories high and has no elevator. We were given a spacious three-bed room on the attic third floor
A wonderful, stylish hotel! The breakfasts are fantastic: potato pies just like grandma used to make, watermelon, melon, royal cheesecake, pancakes, and other delicious treats! The coffee machine is complemented by several geyser coffee makers, so there's no need to line up for coffee
The rooms are quiet, maybe a little tired, but clean and have everything you need, including dental kits. The location is also great, with plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and other amenities nearby
There were restaurants nearby. I really liked the place except the stairs. Room 1 was great, had a courtyard. Staff were helpful. Breakfast ok. Bed was comfortable. Would stay there again
There's air conditioning, a kettle (tea bags provided), and a huge closet, or rather a dressing room, but only three hangers (thankfully, there are plenty of coat hooks in the hallway)
The room has two beds: a wide (at least 2 meters) double and a single. Both have thick, apparently expensive, but very hard mattresses; my aching back didn't like them

It's a shame you weren't at the hotel when we checked out; we wanted to take a selfie with you! Overall, you guys are great! May your business continue to prosper, expand, and generate excellent income! Be the best in your business and outshine all your competitors! And I definitely recommend your hotel! And if I'm lucky enough to be in Samarkand again, I know exactly where I'll be staying
A big thank you to the women who did our laundry and fed us in the mornings. Thank you for the homey comfort! I also want to thank the guys at reception, they are very helpful and always ready to help
And of course, I can't stop thanking Amirkhon. Thank you so much, you really helped me out
The hotel is new, but the rooms are small with low ceilings. There were long black hairs all over the room when we checked in. If we cleaned everything before arrival, we could get a higher rating
We stayed at this hotel from March 23rd to 30th. The hotel is new, clean, and very cozy. Registan Square is 3 minutes away and Siab Market is 7 minutes away
We rented a room near the kitchen on the first floor, 105, and there was a room with an unpleasant garbage smell. We reported it to reception, and they cleaned it up quickly

This was our best hotel in Uzbekistan! The room was big with high ceilings and everything was very clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the breakfast was very good, with lots of different options
We are very happy with their exceptional hospitality and attentive staff, especially the person in the reception surprised us with his guest hospitality Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication for an unforgettable stay
Great hotel for sightseeing in Samarkand. About 20 minutes walk to main tourist attractions. Really nice people working there. Great local restaurants near by (away from tourist traps)

Hotel Dior Gold in Samarkand is a remarkable experience for us. The hotel stay was beyond our expectations and we three families enjoyed the stay very well

The owner was friendly. It was a three-bedroom, but the room was small, so there wasn't enough space to open my suitcase. There were some ants on the breakfast table. Don't eat the cereal. You can try the ant cereal.
The hotel was clean, and the shower room had a door instead of a curtain, which was comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful. It's a shame that my train was early and I couldn't have breakfast
The location, price, food, cleanliness, and quietness from Registan are all excellent. I recommend this as a place to stay for a two-day, one-night tour
It's especially great for viewing the Registan at night, the highlight of any Samarkand tour
There seems to be more than one way to write the address, so I was a bit worried about using a ride-hailing app. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and when I explained my discomfort in the room, they changed me
They were kind enough to store my luggage before check-in. It was easily accessible from Registan Square, so I was able to easily go see the sunrise in the morning
