Great and friendly staff. The rooms are okay and have an air conditioner. Breakfast was okay. Bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor, so to take a shower you might need to go a different floor. Bathrooms are also not so private, and can only be covered by a curtain which is not a pleasant experience.

Quite a disappointing experience. The only good side is that it is reasonably clean - can’t deny that. The rest is an utter disappointment. The furniture is falling apart (the shelves were fixed on just two screws (not even 4 and not proper things to hold the shelf) so they fell on my foot. Everything is perfect with the exception of breakfast. There are no food in trays. There are plates, but eggs section can be empty for 40 minutes or more. Coffee machine often doesn't have coffee, water or milk. Hotel is fantastic, breakfast management is 0 stars!

This small guesthouse is located near the airport. You can take advantage of the free airport shuttle, allowing you to arrive early and leave your bags. Excellent guesthouse, at a very reasonable price. Inexpensive, not far from the airport, check-in at seven in the morning. We were transiting through Tashkent. They cooked a great lunch and drove us to the airport. Very hospitable hosts. We loved everything. Book without hesitation.

This guesthouse is run by a husband and wife, and they were both incredibly warm and kind. They don't speak English, but we communicated using a translation app. The toilets and bathrooms are shared, but there's one on the first floor and one on the second, so it's not a problem. It's close to the airport and I think it's perfect for solo travelers. Rahmat!

I stayed here for a long time during my trip to Tashkent. I was very satisfied with the affordable price. The room was a bit cold because of the chilly weather, but the breakfast was delicious. I'll visit again next time.

Pros: polite staff, decent breakfast (you definitely won't go hungry), not far from the airport. Cons: The room was cold, I had to ask for a heater. On the second day, there was a small flood in the bathroom while I was out. As a result, there was an unpleasant smell from the sewage, and white residue on the floor, walls, and toilet. I asked to be moved to another room, and they didn't refuse.

Very nice and cozy traditional guest house. I felt like I was visiting my relatives. Service is high and food is very good, even for breakfast is individual, depending on what you want. Location is very close to downtown, 5-10 minutes by taxi. Highly recommend this place for those who want to visit traditional Tashkent, with it's culture and food.

The hotel is so good. Just about 500m from it is a bus stop. From there, the 62 number bus went to almost every landmark that was located in the centre. Very good apartment on a good budget.
