The location of the hotel is good! Room is clean and amenities is new! I traveled with my friend and they all loved the rooms.

Hotel is nice but s bit old style. Service is good and staff are friendly! May come again.

I highly recommend the spa on the top floor – it was a delightful surprise! The gym equipment is the most comprehensive I've ever seen, making for a fantastic workout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time

Hotel is a little aged around the corner but the stuff remains committed and very friendly and helpful  I was asking for laundry mart outside the hotel but nobody seems to know where to guide me I enjoy my stay there and breakfast and gym are very good as well

The staff are super nice! The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the view is amazing, you can see the whole Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was fantastic, very exquisite, everything you could possibly want

My favorite was the Avocado smoothie. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small because it's in the city center. Everything else was absolutely great!👍

There are so many hotels downtown, it took me a while to choose. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, just a block away

Room is a great size and you can fit 4 people in the shower its that big. Special mention to: * Mr Tung in food and beverage who was so welcoming every day. Nothing was too much for him. * Mrs Bich at guest services

What a wonderful hotel and staff. Property is very clean, has a delicious breakfast and the staff (particularly Phuong) is amazing. Phuong welcomed us with very pleasant greeting and also checked us out

I'm a regular traveler from Australia. Wish I knew about Delasea on prior trips. 5 star hotel with 5 star service. Every single staff member is polite and goes out of their way for every request

Vietnamese people are friendly and give good service but this place is outstanding and only matched by places like Shangrila Resorts from my 64 countries travelled to date

I booked 5 nights and by my 4th day they remembered my room number at breakfast,the type of eggs I like and had my hot chocolate made for me cafe quality

The room is large, the mattress is good, the breakfast is suitable for Chinese people, the swimming pool is large and the water quality is good, the waiters are very good and enthusiastic, overall it is good

I didn't have breakfast this time; I previously thought the breakfast selection was a bit ordinary, so this time I just ordered room service, which was quite good

Flying from Hai Phong to Ho Chi Minh City, I chose a hotel near Hai Phong Airport. Although this hotel is a bit old, it's very clean and has a warm atmosphere. It's a convenient 10-minute walk from the airport

It's a little far from the city center, but the price is very reasonable for a 5-star hotel. It's clean and the staff are well-trained. There is an apartment building at the back of the hotel

The room was clean and odorless, and the TV even had YouTube, but the internet was a bit weak. Hopefully, the internet issue will be improved in the future

When I ordered Grab food, the delivery person mistakenly went to the apartment building. I would like to stay here again when I come to Hai Phong

The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable

The staff were very helpful and supportive. Staff helped with early check in 2. Provided motorbike rental and when the bike had problem they returned part of the rental fee 3. The view was beautiful when no fog 5

We had a wonderful stay at Pao’s Sapa. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help

This hotel have the great view to Moana but another site is facing the cemetery. Swimming pool was horrible, due to the temperature the water was fall from the ceiling, really not comfortable. Overall is okay.

When we arrived hotel around morning 8:30, there is no room for us to early check in. But there is a very nice and clear shower room located at the swimming pool

Not bad overall, but the pool water wasn't warm enough. It was a bit chilly swimming here in winter.

The hotel is on the old side but for me the location and the amenities are the biggest highlight. The gym is very well equipped, the sauna is spacious and works very well, the pool is pretty nice too

Overall, a great value for money, especially if like me, you don’t mind ancient items and you assess cleanliness on a Vietnam basis and not a western one (the tv was probably the highlight, so pixelated that it reminded me of the one I had in the early 90s)

Although it's not very new and a bit old-fashioned, the cleanliness is absolutely spotless. The room is also quite spacious, which is rare in Hanoi. The price is acceptable, offering good value for money

There are also a few other lakes nearby, and if you're on a higher floor, the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel seems to be Japanese-owned or has a Japanese style

We recently had the pleasure of staying at KK Sapa Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay

We booked directly with the hotel which meant we got a free transfer from Lao Cai (check if this special offer is on) and they were able to arrange our return transfer to the station after our stay

I love this hotel so much! Very value for money and it is located perfectly 10 minutes walk away from the Central Areaso it’s quiet and it faces the summit so the views are super pretty too!

Hotel is a little older than what it looks like in photos. Location is still walkable to the busy areas. Fitness equipments are old. Breakfast was superb! Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well

Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception

Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future

For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change

Stayed here multiple times now and think it is great. Excellent location, quite clean rooms for Vietnamese standards.

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action

The indoor swimming pool is large and clean and in the summer season the outdoor infinity pool is definitely worth visiting although it is only open between 4pm & 6pm

It's so much fun. The facilities are clean and the food is delicious. Also, both the outdoor and indoor pools are clean and the water isn't cold, so I like it.

Good view, just choose a random resort on the hill for relaxing outside working hours, i had so much fun with my colleague staying here, friendly bellman, supportive reception, thank you for making my trip more intersting, definitely recommend to my loved ones

Mr Puoc was extremely helpful in getting my Sapa trip organised. Spacious and well equipped room. Loved the Onsen and to be able to relax in the warm water before bed

Great Japanese-style hotel. The breakfast is more geared towards Japanese cuisine, and there's a public bath in the basement where you can soak.

This Japanese-style hotel is practically perfect! The free onsen is a huge plus, and the Japanese restaurant on the second floor is excellent

Revisited Novotel in December 2022. The crew is as friendly as ever, the room is well-kept and comfortable, and the pool is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the lobby

The hotel has a large swimming pool and opposite guests is a sunny world square and food street.

Everything about my stay was satisfying

Location at city centre with small night bazaar just opposite the hotel. Hotel room very comfy and stayed for a night after ha long bay cruise. There are food nearby within walking distance - a dong restaurant

I would like to commend Dat from the reception desk for his helpfulness in finding a lost item which is very important to me. I found it after and it was with me and it dropped in my bag

The location near to SunWorld, The food is good, We got room upgraded to bay view but the sound from the beach club is toooo loud.

If you are travelling by train and arrive early, you can use their shower facilities at their pool bathroom for free! Some hotels charge you extra and I definitely would recommend anyone to opt for this hotel without hesitation

If staying in Sa Pa, this hotel’s location is great. Very near to the bus station if you’re taking a coach in from Hanoi airport. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to the town centre which is a plus point

I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit

Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years

Staff are excellent and always willing to help. Location is not bad, although it is a way out of central Haiphong, as there is a good selection of local bars and restaurants which are well worthwhile trying out

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food

Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM

The breakfast room offers good food, especially the Western fare. But if you're looking for pho, you should head to the Old City to enjoy the typical flavors of Hanoi pho.

Pretty good, it's in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi. The environment is nice, the location is convenient, and they clean and maintain the rooms daily

I arrived just in time for Christmas🎄, and the hotel was beautifully decorated🤩. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor

The rooms are beyond expectations compared to the price. We really enjoyed two nights here. The beds are so comfortable and we love the swimming pools with the view

If you like getting spoiled and pampered, this is the place to stay in Ha Long Bay. Everything, from the view of the Ha Long Bay through amenities and the staff are excellent

Huge luxurious hotel with 2 reception areas. Room was tastefully decorated with a huge bath tub even for a standard room. Breakfast choices was abundant and delicious

After noisy night from seperate restaurant the service mngr and her staff were so apologetic and offered upgrade and explanation for the noise and what they had done to try and prevent it Location is about 30 min walk from lake Army base behind hotel is a big negative with gate guards trying to intimidate foreigners with their machine guns and shouting in Vietnamese - NOT A GOOD TOURIST MESSAGE FOR...

The lady at the reception was wearing glasses and a yellow áo dài. She remembered that I had stayed here before, which made me feel like I was back home again

All amenities were top notch, we especially enjoyed the pool and rooftop bar when it was sunny

The airconditioner is a smart and sharp one inside the ceiling and cools down the room quickly without much noise, but when I first entered the room the airconditioner was "heat / fan" mode only and I had to complain to the front desk to switch it to "cool" and waited more than 10 minutes in the humid room, because the front desk didn't inform anything whether someone would come to the room to fix...

Conveniently-located hotel near the Hoan Kiem lake. The property has wider entrance but the hallways and elevators are very narrow like other thin and slim boutique cheaper hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter

The room is also small and bathroom shower space is even much smaller than you expect for the hotel price, I had to reach out my hand into really narrow corner enclave to grab the shower nozzle

Even before that dismay, nobody helped me carry the luggage to my room. The clerk just told me to follow her upto the room after check-in, with 10 kg+ heavy bags on my back and shoulders

If you are aware that you are an oversize folk, it is advised to book upper-rate wide rooms. The better part is they have comfy and wide beds compared to similar-looking hotels nearby
