Hotels with pool in Northern Vietnam

It was a very pleasant experience. The only downside is the windows leading not to the street, but to the internal hotel area. Hence no constant supply of fresh air. The room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was excellent. Having a bathtub was a lovely bonus! It's perfectly located, with plenty of delicious food options just steps away

The room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths

But around noon i came to the concierge again and they changed it immediately, he said that the previous man gave the wrong one

The front desk staff weren't very helpful. Often, no one was at the counter, and there wasn't even a bell to ring for service. They even struggled to find my booking code when I was checking in

A small hotel but it has everything you need. Swimming pool ,rooftop garden with sea view, entertainment stage, clean and spacious breakfast restaurant. Staffs are very friendly, clean

The manager Thomas was incredible and oversaw every aspect of our stay personally which made the experience even more enjoyable. Would stay here again when in halong and would recommend

We stayed for 3 nights in the two-bedroom junior suite and had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with big comfy beds. The towels were the biggest and fluffiest I've ever seen

Our room on the 22nd floor was absolutely amazing, beautifully renovated with modern finishes and a balcony with a stunning view of Halong bay… this hotel had everything! …and the front desk staff members were amazing- very friendly and eager to help us maximize our stay… they recommended a one-day boat tour which was really quite excellent

We didn't get to use the indoor one, but it looked spotlessly clean too. Finally, the staff did an amaziyjob of making us feel at home. There was an issue with my bank card when I booked on Booking

Waking up and looking out over the water made the stay feel much more relaxing. The bed was also surprisingly good. I prefer a firmer mattress, and this one suited me perfectly—very comfortable after a long day

The room turned out to be more spacious than I expected. The kitchen area is fully set up, so it’s convenient if you need to make simple meals during your stay

The staffs were awesome from reception to door/securities. I don’t remember getting wet to get in a cab at anytime. Bit disappointed that our trip is too short that we forgot to try the outdoor pool

Absolute everything was provided like your own home! Wash and dry machine, kitchen supplies and bathroom amenities etc. The room service was great ,you come back with fresh supplies and clean room daily

Overall, the hotel isn’t brand new, but it’s clean, well maintained, and the service was genuinely helpful. Considering the price and the location, I was very satisfied and would stay here again

I stayed at West Lake 254D Hotel and checked in around 1 AM. Even at that hour, the staff were friendly and offered me a better rate than what I had on Agoda, which was a nice surprise

They will clean your room every day and give you water, crisps and a bag of nuts for each day. Their breakfast was very nice too. They have buffet and also you can order eggs, pancakes or noodles from the menu

Stayed here for the 4th time and I've tried all of their rooms. Certainly the best hotel for me. Feels like home, though some aspects does require maintenance, such as the ac in some rooms.

The room wasn't very big, but it was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful.

For longer distances, we used Grab, which has incredible prices in Vietnam

The room is cozy, with efficient storage, a refrigerator, a kettle, and drinks. Pressure, hot water, powerful flushing, and ventilation. Housekeeping and change of towels are done every morning

The metro is less than a 10-minute walk away. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. I recommend it for the value for money and location

Very well located, but rather out of the way. The area doesn't flood in case of heavy rain. In the morning, you can hear the doors slamming, but it doesn't last long. The breakfast is very good and complete

Located a little outside Hanoi's city center, this hotel offers a very local atmosphere. It has everything you need for a few days' stay, although hot water is sometimes unavailable.

However, both rooms we stayed in needed some upkeep. Fittings ( eg towel rail, door lock) were loose with screws coming out, there was a lot of mould in the bathroom and towels were frayed around the edges

Stayed here for 8days in quarantine must say very good service helpful staff and amazing food I was first worried about the food but I must say I never got anything which tasted bad, everyday all three meals were delicious

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The room is a little run down. Fortunately, there was a fan in the room which made the stay bearable. Location wise, it was very good as it was near Hoan Keam Lake

Breakfast quite good, fresh eggs to your liking, western and Asian options though bacon was pretty ropey. Overall though I would recommend Centre Point Hanoi every day of the week

Breakfasts were served by pre-order from the menu, the food was delicious. The road is 200 meters away, there are shops and cafes, the center is 7 minutes away, very convenient

The pool and communal showers were also dirty, there were no towels available and no staff at the counter to help. Also found quite odd seeing a staff member using those showers in the middle of their shift

If you come earlier than check-in hour, there is an option of an early check-in for extra payment. If you don't want to pay, just leave the bags at the check-in counter and explore Sapa till 12:00

There is also a fireplace in the hall, so guess that it can be used in winter. The view on the mountains suppose to be great but unfortunately it was quite foggy, so couldn't enjoy it

Reached Hanoi at 5am LT via a sleeper train and decided to book with this hotel for a few hours stay before we move to our main hotel opposite. Great for a few hour sleep and wash up

Compare to the bigger and better reviewed Tuan Chau Resort, who is over price from their formal glory and currently NOT the better value

Harbour Hotel is 300 VND (about $12 USA) less than Tuan Chau Resort, with better quality

As of today, this is the only hotel on the island that actually has a breakfast buffet
