Hotels with pool in Northern Vietnam

About the room, its a standard room with bed, mirrored wardrobe, frigde, dressing table and toilet which is super clean & well maintenanced. Everything is super duper nice, except one thing : the bar/club next door

They play louded music evering single night from 8pm til 4am even the rule doesnt allow that. I rent a room here and cant sleep anynight since friday to next monday

A hotel with nice staff, nice room and nice service

Staffs are very patient : they show us where to play, to eat and to buy things with the rite price and also guide us to any room we want to see to pick up the rite room we want & need in the middle of the night ( around 2am )

Accommodation and food are great. Not all staff can understand and speak English though, which is just fine because more or less they know what you need. Had problem with having coffee though

It's lovely 3 star hotel in the old quarter with convinient possition for tourists to walk around and discover the unique beauty of the old quarter

But when you get out of the shower, you take a towel from the shelf, and it is all in lipstick - it's disgusting

It was easily accessible to the old town, and although the room wasn't large, it was clean, and the service from the staff and the quality of the breakfast were satisfactory.

But the saddest thing is the towels, which, apparently, were not changed after the previous guests or they simply forgot to wash

Location is excellent with busy shopping, food, transportation & nightlife, hotel staff are humble & excellent in services, hotel cleanliness is great,

The facilities were fine, it was clean, and I couldn't find anything to be concerned about. The location is also good, and I would like to stay here again if I go to Vietnam. Thank you for the wonderful memories

I couldn't speak either English or Vietnamese, and I was traveling alone, so I was a little nervous, but the hotel staff were smiling and explained things clearly and carefully, which I appreciated

During the first two days of my four-night stay, my room experienced several power outages, which caused some issues, like overheating and darkness. Other than that, I was satisfied

Pros - Perfect location for sightseeing in the Old Town - Hot showers - Rooms were quiet at night, except on night market days. Cons - The lobby was hot and unair-conditioned

Overall, I would absolutely go back and I highly recommend this hotel!!

While the facilities are somewhat outdated and could benefit from better maintenance, making the hotel feel mediocre in terms of amenities, Jasmine’s exceptional service adds a touch of magic to the experience

That said, this is no fault of the hotel itself. What truly sets this hotel apart is **Jasmine**, the manager who oversees everything with remarkable professionalism and dedication

Our stay at the La Palm Hotel was great! The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. She was very helpful in suggesting places to visit, giving directions, and was overall warm and made our stay very pleasant

Right outside are places to eat, from street food to restaurants. It’s also just a few meters walk from shops to buy bags and apparel. Walking distance to the famous Train Street and the lake as well

Some were in “chique” places and way to expensive if you compare it with the service we got at the Spa in La Palm hotel. It was outstanding and the staf were very friendly and helpful

Minimalist rooms and very clean. Great Korean breakfast. Avoid rooms on the second floor as sound carries. Mattresses are extremely firm and might not be good for some Westerners more accustomed to softer beds.

The cafes across the street are excellent and the banh mi next door was delicious, so you can grab caffeine or a bite if you dont wanna go far. Its only a minute from the main road for bus trips like ha long bay

The area feels quite safe, and many party places nearby stay open until 1-2 am. The staff here are extremely humble and very supportive, especially the team at the reception

Stayed here for most of my hanoi stay. It’s located near enough in the Old Quarter that makes it easy to walk around, but it’s not in the middle of all the noise

Spacious room but not very sound prove, you should be able to sleep with noises from the road and nearby construction works. Hotel is easily accessible and staffs are helpful. Enjoyed a great stay there.

Unlike many rooms in Vietnam, the shower had a glass wall separating the toilet and there was hot water all the time. The bed in the room is comfortable and the cleanliness was good

Nestled in a bustling but relatively quiet laneway with many food choices. Two minutes walk to Train Street and a nice stroll to Hoan Kiem Lake. It's five stars from me!

The hot water comes out quickly, and the light in the high-rise room is also very good. The check-in staff are very enthusiastic, and the living experience is very good. The egg coffee made in the store is delicious👍

The front of the store is very cute, and a small juice was given while waiting for check-in. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom has a small bathtub

You can watch the train next to it. The lady boss was also very helpful in helping me rent a motorcycle. Because the train ticket is booked for 3pm. They were also very accommodating and let me stay until 2:40

Great location in the heart of old quarter. However there was no space to put your luggage/bags as the room was so tiny. We had to put them on the floor at the end of the bed, which left little floor space

I would not recommend for a long stay, unless you have no luggage and are smaller in stature. We got the lake view room, for one night. It was all we needed for sleeping

It is near the lake so finding a spot for a morning jog wasn’t a problem

They kindly helped carry our luggage to the rooms, and the hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient, especially since we had a lot of bags. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive

On the night of our late check-out, we had many pieces of luggage, and the staff helped us bring everything to the car and even assisted our driver without asking for anything in return
