The indoor swimming pool was cold and at the buffet they often ran low, if not out, of the most popular dishes. Overall we did have a good experience but I wouldn't go back

The curved viewing windows in the room are amazing, allowing us the view 180⁰. What an amazing view to wake up to each morning. The staff very professional, all spoke fluent english, and treated us like royalty

A very classy hotel with amazing views of Ha Long Bay on the upper levels. We were stunned when first opening our rooms curtains to see the Bay and its beauty right in front of us

Check out is a nightmare as they have to send someone to check your room and ensure you haven’t ‘stolen’ anything, they tried to take 1m VND on check in as a deposit but I had read reviews that they charge for silly things such as shampoo on towels so refused and offered credit card which they didn’t want - doubtful you’d get your full deposit back so be cautious

There isn’t much they would have to do to up the standard of this hotel and improve their ratings, it’s a shame as the hotel itself is lovely inside and its pool area looks beautiful

Excellent!!! The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was also a driver who took us to a nearby restaurant and then took us back to the room after the meal. The beach and sea views were breathtaking

We first had some trouble with our room but the staff helped us and accommodated our request and moved us to a room with a great view. They are very friendly and helpful

A lovely hotel and we felt we were the only guests staying but we were well looked after. It's location is somewhat unique but ideal for those embarking on a Ha Long Bay cruise

The service was truly exceptional, from the reception to the concierge, everyone was fantastic and most could communicate in English! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, especially the banana milkshake! I'll definitely book here again on my next visit!

A 4 stars hotel downtown of "Hanoi" city, Vietnam. It's English name (as in my tour guide) is "London, Hanoian Hotel". A luxery hotel for you when visiting Hanoi. Pleasure!

The indoor swimming pool is large and clean and in the summer season the outdoor infinity pool is definitely worth visiting although it is only open between 4pm & 6pm

It's so much fun. The facilities are clean and the food is delicious. Also, both the outdoor and indoor pools are clean and the water isn't cold, so I like it.

Good view, just choose a random resort on the hill for relaxing outside working hours, i had so much fun with my colleague staying here, friendly bellman, supportive reception, thank you for making my trip more intersting, definitely recommend to my loved ones

We travelled as a family of four and stayed in a two bedroom suite in the Super Candle Hotel. The staff were all really friendly and were English speaking and always on hand when we needed anything
