For 3500 yen a night, I really can't complain! Though the towels, sheets, duvet, and pillows might not have been the cleanest

The bathroom amenities are a bit old, but it didn’t affect my stay, the water pressure was great (speaking as a girl with long hair who always struggles with this at hotels!)

Location in the middle of old quarter, 5 minutes to train cafe and 10 minutes to the Dong Xua market. Staffs are friendly the rooms also pretty clean 👍

I asked about a nearby print shop and they happily printed my doc for free. The room is lovely and the AC works well

Delightful stay with a breathtaking misty mountain view! Cozy, clean beds and a Japanese self-cleaning toilet. Breakfast had good variety, and the location was perfect—close to all amenities. I'd definitely stay again.

Nice place, quiet street, needs bed table & reading lamp but big bed holds my stuff. TV angle not ideal (it's at 90 degrees to bed & too high) but nice balcony view & AC/fan work fine

Hotel is really a hotel, not something like that :), lake is in a few minutes of walking also close to Ho Chi Mihn square. Breakfast is nor very rich but satisfactory for the price you pay

There is a safe and mini bar in the room. Showers were clean supplied with bath appliances. There is also an elevator, that is helpful for elder people

Reception organizes transfer to the airport which is more expensive than you can do yourself, but trustworthy as the car waits for you before a night

The curtains are dirty and the ac has a very dark filter probably due to dust

I came back around 3 pm and the front desk helped me with my baggage. I thought that was really nice of them to do. It could get loud in the morning because its in a busy area but if you will go out anyway, thats fine

I came in early so I understand why I didnt get to check in early but some Chinese tourists came in after me and they checked in immediately. I left my luggage and went around the city

A very basic hotel for a reasonable price and a great location. If your destinations in Hanoi are not in the Old Quarter area, and all you need is an airconditioned bedroom, this place may suit nicely.

This place I like because of friendly receptionists. Very helpful. The rooms are good or ok depend on how much you paid for it. There are some minor issues but still ok.

The toilet is clean but broke, can not open the cover of toilet. The room in the top floor is so small.

Breakfast is very good, my family enjoy it. The hotel is very near to Hoàn Kiếm lake, just 5 minute walk and very easy to access to nearby restaurant

Hoan Kiem Lake is about one block away, and there are plenty of cafés, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. It felt much less congested and far easier to walk around in than other parts of the Old Town

The hotel breakfast was delicious too, especially the Vietnamese dishes! The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the city's attractions, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby

The room was very clean and well maintained. The shower had abundant hot water with good water pressure, which made a big difference after long days out. Sound insulation was good, and I slept well

The location is pretty good, but the facilities are a bit old. If you open the window, it's blocked by the building next door. However, if you book at a low price, it's okay. There are a lot of restaurants around

Its a family run hotel facing the sapa lake. Check in was fast and easy. We booked a "Superior Triple Room" with lake view and we got the room on 4th floor facing the beautiful lakeview.

She manages the front desk and will always answer phone calls promptly. If you need a bus/car/motorbike, need to find laundry or good restaurants, she always has great recommendations

They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!)

Good experience but could be improved The ship is definitely older but functional. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale)

Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise

The cabin was nice and with a good shower, comfortable bed and great balcony. The food was plentiful and tasty with a good variety at lunch and dinner. The excursions were good & well organised

The flight time was late so it took 5-6 days to go to Sapa. Since it was a hotel I booked for sleeping, the cleanliness was not good considering the low price.

Quiet and decent breakfast. But for non smokers, make sure to check the room before confirming. Some room reeks of 2nd hand smoke...

It's ok for the price but you will find either small roaches and ants here...

The bed in the room was quite good for the price. It was reasonably clean and aesthetically pleasing. Complimentary drinking water was provided, and the bathroom had hot water with strong pressure

The guest rooms are located on the 7th floor, offering excellent views and ambiance outside. You can see the beautiful garden and the main station, perfect for taking photos

Free breakfast is fine, i loved the fried noodles and the crispy bun, also the camote and corn very sweet Room with balcony is also good, though when we went there the weather is super foggy, did not saw the mountains view very well

Location is great right in the middle of the old quarter. Cold air conditioning and comfortable bed. The only problem is that there isn’t elevator and my room was at the fourth floor, but apart from this all was great

This is located in old quarter and is at walking distance to almost every tourist destination here like the Lake, women's museum and etc. They have great breakfasts too which I enjoyed every morning

A part from the incident in my two visits to Hanoi which equates to about 30 days I have stayed there, and the service from the smiles to the amenities are second to none

At first I didn't know how to use the shower so I got the water wet all over the floor. Staff Minh Hang helped me clean up even though it was quite late at that time

Great hotel at a great price. The rooms are well kept and spacious. The view from the balcony is just an added bonus. Just a two minute walk down takes you to the city center. Food too was really good. Highly recommend.

After stopping they went and bother another area of the hotel which my friends were staying at. So seriously, get your construction/remodeling plan under control. DON'T remodel next to the room that people are sleeping

You could have easily just put me in some where that is quite and i would have been happy. Hotel looks nice and the rooms are decent. Heater doesn't work well in our room. They were nice to address all my problems

In my opinion, you shouldn't eat out, but eat at the hotel overnight, there is a lot of delicious yeast there. Everyone is happy and will return here if there is an opportunity to come to Sapa to relax

Victoria Hotel is located in the heart of Sapa, very convenient to go anywhere, very clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff. The price is also very good, the morning buffet is very good
