This family- owned hotel is simply homey. It’s in central location to many sites in Yerevan. Alex was nice enough to meet me in person upon my arrival and also checked on me after I left
Lora played us some piano, which touched us deeply. The hotel is very clean, central, close to all the attractions. Thank you for this wonderful stay
The best hotel in the center of Yerevan
I had a wonderful stay with my family for 4 nights. Location is excellent, in middle of the city. Room was clean and well maintained. Alex is really a nice and welcoming person. Overall it is really good experience
This place is absolutely great in the heart of Yerevan with an amazing manager Alex! He was super friendly and even gave us a souvenir to remember our stay. I couldn't recommend enough this place!
The breakfast is decent and homemade. The entire premises and room are clean. But what I enjoyed the most was when the owner played piano brilliantly and it was a bizarre experience overall
It's right in the center, a 10-minute walk from the main pedestrian street. Reception is staffed 24/7, and if you arrive or leave at night, they'll always meet you and help with your luggage
Quiet place, 8-10 minutes till Central Square. Polite and helpful stuff (manager and all administrators). Comfortable room! Poor breakfast unfortunately. Generally good impression...
The linen is normal, but I would like to wish for better pillows. Excellent location in the very center of the city on a street where there are many wonderful restaurants and cafes
The rooms were so clean that we had the impression that our bed linen was changed daily! Not to mention the towels) And, of course, it is nice when you can drink tea at any time of the day and when the administrator treats you like a family member, anticipating all your desires! Lisa, thank you!
This unremarkable hotel made our stay in Yerevan comfortable and pleasant! Returning in the evenings exhausted from excursions and an abundance of impressions, we simply sank into soft mattresses and comfortable pillows, falling asleep instantly
Our room was on the first floor, facing the courtyard. It was perfectly quiet, and the windows had bars, making you feel completely safe
Our cancellation was free thanks to the policy, so we left without any issues. The setup reminded me a lot of the capsule hotels in Japan. Wishing them success in their business
Terrace and the place for communication, location
Also, there was construction in the morning so it was pretty loud, as well as the other guests listening to loud music in the bathroom in the morning ( but thats not hostels fault)
It’s a hostel so i didn’t expect too much and it’s pretty cheap
Went with a few friends and booked through Booking. When we arrived, we realized it wasn’t quite the right fit for us. That said, the place is well-maintained, and we can see why many travelers would find it convenient
It was a great one time experience. Very cool inside the capsules. The staff is very nice and explained everything very good. Downsides-The bathrooms were not very clean one day, but the second time it was pretty good
-A bit difficult to sleep the first night though, some of the guests in the room didn't respect the silence schedule. Lucky us, the 2nd night we were alone in the room with the 4 capsules, so it was fine
Yerevan, 75/5 Yeznik Koghbatsi Str. (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Especially the fact that we booked the hotel the day before, since another previously booked one refused to accept us due to lack of water, but here we were accepted quickly and for a very reasonable price considering the urgency
Wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed 26 days in this hotel and the staff were very helpful with my needs. Special thanks to Alvina, Edgar,Tigran, Sarkis and Yuri
We got a bit lost while looking for the entrance, but all the people were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, cozy, shower, hair dryer, lots of towels
We rented a room to sleep during the day with our child after an overnight flight and in the evening we flew on, everything suited us as much as possible
The breakfast staff were very friendly, thanks to Loura, and Sati as well as to the remaining Kitchen staff members I can not recall there names
Best location possible! Overall it was good but had a couple of small things that gave it 4 instead of 5, but id still recommend it!

The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. The rooms were well-maintained, and the hotel’s location near the city center made it very convenient for exploring Yerevan
From the moment we arrived at Bloom Hotel, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel truly valued as guests
Top-notch boutique hotel, very clean and good breakfast. The manager and his team know how to make you feel at home with their energy and passion. Will definitely come here again next time I'm in Yerevan
I had a very pleasant stay at Bloom Hotel Yerevan. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient
Nice & Cousy family hotel, near city center. Staff were very helpful and always greets you with a smile specially Helen who takes good care of her guests.
Good attitude, hospitality. New, clean. 1+km walking from center.
Fantastic boutique hotel in the center about 5 min walk to Republic square. The room is clean, modern and quiet even though it’s in the city center
A small, cozy hotel.
There's no elevator, but the young man at reception helped me with my suitcase immediately.
Nice, stylish room, everything you need.
I stayed for one day and had a great time. I recommend it.
The reception staff was pleasant, and we had no problems checking in or staying there. Breakfast isn't a buffet, and thank goodness for that. They prepare a menu specifically for you and your tastes
There are always a few vegetables and some fruit. The room design is pleasant, and the mattress, pillows, and linens are of good quality. Now about the downsides: there's only one
The floor isn't heated, either; it's very cold! I usually walk around barefoot in hotels, but here it's very cold. I had to use a towel as a mat
The bathroom is designed in such a way that it's impossible to shower without spilling on the floor; the partition is very short
Yerevan, Amiryan Street 12/2 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A perfect hotel as a base to explore Yerevan. It’s not fancy, but it has what you need: centrally located, very quiet, clean, efficient. Very good value for money.
Very, very excellent hotel, its location is close to the center of Freedom Square and Independence Square, about 4 to 6 minutes on foot
Very nice, new, clean hotel. Located in the courtyard of a residential building almost in the city center.
He communicated with the taxi owner and stayed with us until we got the passport back)
- Special thanks and appreciation to the receptionist Yohannes and the owner of the neighboring residence, Aaron, for their service to us and their professionalism at work
What i liked in the hotel, that didnt find in most hotels is the set of utensils ready for use at anytimes. For traveller like me, its absolutely convenient, i can buy my food & enjoy in room
- Excellent location
- The hotel price is excellent
- The service and dealings are very excellent (the employees are very respectful and very responsible, especially the receptionist
Such a nice place! The hotel is in the center of Yerevan, there’s everything you need, markets, transport, and most of the museums are also there. The staff is very hospitable and friendly.
Definitely the best hotel!
I have stayed at this hotel twice already. Reception is always friendly and helpful. Aram was professional and attentive. Location of this hotel is convenient and a 1 min walk to main attractions in the center
Very good location and excellent service. I was really helped to contact my taxi driver, who delivered his car to the wrong location, and assisted during my way to the place, where the driver parked his car
The hotel is located on a quite street in between all major points of interest of Yerevan and in walkable distance to them. All other streets around are filled with restaurants, fashion shops, …etc
From providing bottles of water and assisting us with our personal needs like print outs, they went an extra mile to ensure that we had a hassle free stay and did not expect any monetary return
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day.
Yerevan, Zarubyan Street 10/10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We visited Yerevan and lived in Hotel Cascade for 3 nights. To start with the location is perfect, right next to Cascade complex and close to city center
The morning breakfast staff was generous and considerate. All in all they really need to work on their service or they might lack guests considering there are other places to stay near town centre
The staffs are professional and will assist us with our request even in the middle of the night. The cook in the restaurant is very sweet and always smiling and cooks delicious
I don't want to highlights the cons cos what matters to me is the positive impact that I had when I stayed here
Very friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Centrally located, the Cascade Hotel is a short walk to the Cascade Monument and the central business district of Yerevan, which is highly convenient.
Extremely friendly staff and great location! The rooms were small, but I guess, this is due to the central location.
Excellent location right in the city center. Within walking distance to explore the center and have a nice dinner (three restaurants to choose from). Very nice room with a kitchenette. I really enjoyed the breakfast
Excellent hotel in the center of Yerevan. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast. Definitely recommend!
The hotel is 3-5 minutes from the city center and offers a tasty breakfast. However, there are significant downsides
The location is superb! The staff are polite and attentive. Breakfasts are excellent, tasty, and there's a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Yerevan.
A pleasant and clean hotel just a stone's throw from Republic Square. True, the view isn't of the square itself, but that's not a big deal. The staff are very friendly.
We come early than it was possible to chek-in but stuff were polite and kind so we checked-in by 9:00 AM. Very good location to the most attractive places
Yerevan, ulitsa Aygedzora 53 B (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is decent we booked for family and the staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My only concern is the balcony cant lock so we van here the music from outside
The address location, the local driver’s map positioning is inaccurate, you can find it by looking at the plaque! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Wonderful room, and very welcoming hosts!
Nice hotel, close to the center, mountain views, fabulous, I recommend
The hotel is well located, close to the city center. The room is large and comfortable, with a balcony. The only inconvenience is having to walk down the stairs with your suitcase and up the stairs to the entrance
I charged about 170 Hong Kong dollars to stay alone. The room has a terrace and a table. I think the price is very cheap. I highly recommend staying there
Yerevan, Vazgen Sargsyan Street 26/4, 0010 Erevan, Armeniya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A hotel in a good and central location in Yerevan. Near the hotel is Republic Square, which had a light show every night. The room was on the eighth floor. Polite and helpful staff ensured comfort
The hotel was very nice, the location perfect. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options (including lots of desserts and salads, which were very nice). The room was quite big and it had a nice balcony
The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us tips about the city, supermarket etc. There was some construction going on and it would have been nice to know beforehand as it was quite noisy during the day
Absolutely in the city center, yet quiet, which is great
Good hotel, quite reasonable for the price. Parking is included, though very tight. Staff are friendly, which I liked the most. The only downside I noticed is that there was no coffee at breakfast
Our room was very spacious with a large en-suite and balcony, a continental buffet style breakfast was more than adequate, offering a selection of ham, cheeses, eggs, cereal, fruits etc etc
Yerevan, 57 Marshal Baghramyan Avenue, 0019 Erevan, Armeniya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Taxi fare from city center is about 700-1500 dram yandex taxi. If you are budget traveler recommend this guest house
I love this hotel very very helpful, caring, kind, supporting receptionist and very kind people working in the hotel very systematic hotel and super good rooms neat clean and very beautiful backyard a common kitchen where everything is done toghter
I checked in late at night - they just gave me the key, showed me the room and put off all the formalities for the morning, wishing me a good night's sleep. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator
It takes 15 minutes from Republic square on foot and 8 minutes by taxi. Location is ok not inconvenient. Room is clean and well managed. Staff very kind and you can use rhe kitchen
The rooms are small, not all have their own shower/toilet - be careful when booking. The room is clean, there are toiletries. The bed is fresh, the bed is comfortable
We did not want to leave after 5 nights, we really felt like home. The room was very clean and we loved the big and well equipped kitchen in the basement.

If you are solo travelling, it’s the best place to be. Every thing is near by. Most importantly, the hostesses Mara is an amazing woman, you will feel that you are staying in a home not a hostel.
Thank you.
A fantastic hostel with extremely attentive staff. It is family-owned and they take great care of the space. I transferred from another hostel in Yerevan and so happy I ended up here. Highly recommended!
I was pleased how good this hostel is. The hostel has the basics (comfy beds, shower, rooftop) and a good kitchen. The main thing is that the location is beyond perfect, in the heart of Yerevan
Had done a great job by chosen yellow fox, clean towels every day, shampoo everyday, kind and welcoming staff. Great value of money for students from UK.
The lady at reception was really lovely and helpful during my stay. I could tell she was a kind person. I recommend this place in Yerevan.
English is not much spoken here, so be prepared for Russian if possible
Excellent service and great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend restaurants and local spots to visit. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is perfectly located in the city
I would definitely stay here again!
Very good hotel perfect location .staffs are soo helpful and sweet.but food options are very less only thing i was not happy was with food . Rest everything was worth for money. Perfect for a solo traveller. Very safe
The location is very good as it is accessible in the city in which you can walk and explore around. The front desk is available twenty-four hours a day and they are helpful and friendly
Although the rooms were small, they offered decent value. The restroom does not have a bidet. There is a complimentary breakfast included with our stay which we find satisfactory
Yerevan, Armenak Armenakyan Street 91/1 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Position is 20-30minutes from the center by walk, but using Yandex/GG apps it was 10 minutes maximum. Room was very ok, two complimentary water bottles and all the necessary for showering
Nice place to stay. Very peaceful, clean and staffs very accommodating & friendly. Thanks specially to Ms. R Pine. Place is about 10 mins drive to the city centre.
The cleanest most incredibly personal experience of any hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff were bilingual and incredibly helpful throughout our stay from laundry to arranging taxis and meals delivered to the hotel
Comfortable hotel, 100% worth the money (around $50USD per night). The stay was very quiet, there was someone at the reception desk all the time, who gave very helpful tips for the city
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the hotel atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was fresh and delicious every day. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home
If you’re looking for a cosy and welcoming place to stay in Yerevan, Nork Hotel is a perfect choice!
Thank you again to everyone for a perfect stay — we’ll definitely be back
The apartment was small but clean and we didn't miss anything
The apartment is in the center, the windows face the courtyard, so it's quiet. The air conditioning was great
A great appartment in the heart of Yerevan, near a lot of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets at less than 1 minute by foot. We, a group of six people, stayed for 6 nights and we had a great time
The appartment was very clean, had a nice living room to have your coffee, breakfast or dinner and the kitchen / bathroom had everything we needed
The owner was very helpful and friendly, always available, always ready to help. He accommodated us very early in the morning
The host, Vahe, was very friendly and ready to asnwer any questions we may have

This was our first time at Hotel Nacho. and didn't want to check in until 2 p. No problem, we were allowed to drop off our luggage. The hotel is close to the city center
Good hotel, unfortunately we chose the wrong types of bed and slept on separate ones, but it didn't stop us
There are decent varied breakfasts, clean linen
Convenient location - close to Vernissage and Republic Square
Recommended
Convenient location, 18 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, warm, there are toiletries, toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, a robe and etc. We checked in at 3:30 am, the staff is polite. I recommend.
The location is convenient, with SAS and a large shopping mall with Carrefour next to it. The facilities are just okay, there is a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is simple.
Everything is within walking distance, with the bus and metro nearby. Contrary to what the website says, they speak English as well as Russian
The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Opposite is the church. Next to it is the SAS supermarket, open 24 hours.

This was real modern hotel located in the center.
Helpful staff, super clean rooms.
I was here with my family.
Great experience
Our one day trip to Yerevan was truly unforgettable, and staying at INN CITY Hotel, made it even more special!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for 😍
The hotel was spotless, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and perfectly located near to the supermarkets, bakeries
A heartfelt thank you to ❤️Margarita & Erik❤️, who went above and beyond to guide us, sharing helpful tips on the best places to visit and how to navigate the city with ease
Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. ✨️
Yerevan stole a piece of our hearts, and this hotel played a big part in making our short trip so memorable
I checked in early for free. They do their best for my stay.
You can also leave your luggages in hotel for free.
Hotel has elevator which is big plus.
The location is a little bit far away from a lot of eating or good coffee shops, but still a nice location! I absolutely will stay here again
