I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) ) The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane

Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem

Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price

Location is very good. Rooms with balconies and city and garden views. Metro within walking distance. The staff is very attentive and polite. I recommend 100% to everyone.

Stayed for 4 nights, room wasn’t cleaned once and I had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. Breakfast is good local food - you don’t get a choice of meals though. You eat what is brought to your table

Great hotel, wonderful view, terrace overlooking the whole of Yerevan and Ararat. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, everyone is very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back !

Very nice and helpful staff. Good view of the city from the roof. Some rooms don't have air conditioner.

New building is nice, well equiped, very clean, kitchen is located in the first floor and just next to hotel is Jean Paul existential cafe which is indeed one of the most epic places in city center

Nor Yerevan is also centrally located, and just a short 5 minute walk from Republic Square, Vernissage, and the main street ( Hussesayin Pogota aka North Boulevard)

It is in the very center of city just 2 minutes walk from republic square

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. They speak English well, and they will solve your problems before you even acknowledge them

I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan. The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close

I stayed there for 2 weeks, and the staff were very polite and kind, answering all questions , the room was always clean. the reception was helpful too. I will stay there again next time

We were both very confused! It was a mistake but as I was travelling alone it was a little worrying - please be more careful! Otherwise, I would happily stay here again

The location is good, but it's hard to find. The shower has weak water pressure, and the drainage is also poor. The front desk is kind and friendly.

My only concern was that staff accidentally gave a key to my room to another guest who let themselves into my room

One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the indoor pool and sauna

The only small downsides is that the hotel is located about 1,5 kilometers from the city center, but the front deck clerk can easily arrange a taxi, and the ride costs only around 3$ each way

Location was good, hotel was clean, room and bathroom were spacious. Receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Common areas for the group to meet and relax were basically non existent. Breakfast was a big disappointment

The hotel offers 6 rooms, however the lobby area cannot cater for 12 persons and is often occupied by staff members. The breakfast room is very small and there was no staff contact at breakfast

We had to chase staff for hot water after the flask left for us was empty. However on some days they offered fried chicken, rice with fruit, spaghetti and other meals for breakfast

I arrived to the hotel at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation and forgot to inform them that I will be late! Then I received a surprise call from a friend who also arrived to yerevan and I decided to change my hotel and stay in my friend's hotel! They was very friendly about my decision, cancelled my reservation without any charges and offered me coffee until my taxi arrives! I will surely come back...

Cleanliness arghh but it’s fine I don’t have any choice I was freaking tired that time that I just need a bed to lay on and rest, the receptionist was so good tho feels like we’re playing charades but I appreciate her help so much

Good hotel and compared to its 3 star ranking, it was beneficial. The management was iranian guy and one of the staff was iranian too. But the rest of staff neither speak farsi nor english

It was not very clean and bad smell bothered us. Breakfast was not self service and mostly iranian students seeking US visa, go there

The restaurant is built at the edge of a canyon and they usually lead you to a floor "-5". That's interesting but the design of interior is not modern.

Water pressure of the shower is medium. Some rooms on the streets side. Walking distance to the center. Breakfast more continental like (less the way on guesthouses at the country side)

Staff are very helpful and speaks in english. Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is near to the city/republic square and vernissage by walk. Well recommended to you guys!

Wonderful place. Very warm welcome. Comfortable. Iron, washing machine, hair dryer - everything is there. Breakfast is prepared as for yourself. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center.

This property stay on good location. Host is so cooperative and helpful. They help us with our tour planning and execution. She cooked best food on our vegetarian choice

Everything in this guesthouse is pretty good! Clean room, friendly personals who will help you with everything you probably need and cozy place with great atmosphere! But the only problem that we experienced was with the bathrooms

The air conditioning system didn't work fine!

We only use google translate but still unable to meet our needs. Our travel agency booked for 3 adults. So we are expecting that the room was set for 3people. Only one double bed and a sofa

I like the interior and the Minimalist style of the room. Spacious and they have blow dry and a universal socket we used for charging. They have big mirror and cabinet which is useful

You can quickly get to the center by taxi - not far

They do serve breakfast, but there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first. Apparently, the plates are already in the room and you’re supposed to take them out so the staff can fill them with your breakfast
