Great location for city centre and supermarket. Room was decent with modern bathroom and good WiFi. Breakfast buffet was good.

The workers at the hotel are extremely helpful. They are always willing to help you and do it as fast as possible. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the city center

We felt right at home :) The rooms are very decent and clean, have everything you need and come equipped with AC, all toiletries and towels. We also stored our luggage all day with zero issues

Loved our stay at Regard! The service was unreal - from getting all the information for pre-check in from Anna (we booked with less than 24 hours notice), to Alex and the other 2 lovely guys who worked the day/night reception helping us with our luggage and any questions

As I emphasised that that leaves me to go sleeping feeling cold, she finally offered me to give me a blanket from a vacant room, but it would take half an hour. Was fine for me, I went back to my room

Accommodation is new (stayed in July 2023). Good amenities compared to the price. Staff help was exceptional, the 3 receptionist ladies were helpful in different occasions, whenever I went to reception for something

We tried there tours without guide just driver because I'm photographer. He drove/ guide us to those beautiful places that I need to shoot ( and I forgot he's name). The location for me was so good

We visited Armenia just this year, spring time (March). We booked and stayed in this hotel. Personally I liked the place and if I have a chance to go back there, I'll stay in this hotel

The room was quite good, the breakfast, the staff and most of all, the place. The staff are so polite and accommodating, they know what hospitality word means

Very helpful staff, nice room and sleep. Home feeling atmosphere. Specially I like the homemade cake for breakfast. Thanks for everything. I will come again for sure.

If I had known the real room condition and stuff, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. And when you go there, You would know why they shouldn’t call the place a hotel. It was more like a hostel or motel

I wanted to give one star but since they gave me an early check in so I’m giving 3. The most upsetting thing was the pictures they posted. They gave me a hope but they took it away that’s why I’m writing this review

Even though they let us in early for early check-in, I didn’t like the hotel. (I’m sorry…TT) The pictures they posted were very misleading

Other than that, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant on the ground floor seemed nice as well but didn’t get the chance to try it

Centrally located & within walking distance to the Centre Square, restaurants and pubs, Park Boutique Hotel has efficient and friendly staff

Only the rooms are quite small and very less space to. move around from what u see in d image as we very surprised to see in reality versus the image. But the hospitality over there made us comfortable

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The staffs were very accomodating and nice. Susanna was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we come back in Armenia 👌🏽

Had breakfast at Boulevard cafe and restaurant, right next to Park Hotel. I asked the server for the actual address but she pointed out the hotel’s so I’m writing a review under the hotel’s

We had a good stay at the hotel. In house restaurant and services was too good. Breakfast was excellent we really liked it with a lot of variety and sufficient for all

Hotel is so close to city center

And just on the other side of street there is a circular park where i every morning did my jogging from hotel to Cascades and back;-) i suggest this hotel to everyone who wanna enjoy nice time in Yerevan !

His right hand Susan speaks also english so if my very poor russian language knowledge was not enough she help me imediatelly;-) Albert arranged also my transport from airport and to airport

I must say that my first Armenia experienced was fantastic as it started from where you stay if they make you feel home and treating you as family you definitely enjoy

From nice , clean, well equiped room with even jakuzi in a bathroom to delicious breakfast always on time

The air conditioner worked properly, which is important given the temperature "overboard" of +40. Sometimes it seemed like I was the only one living in the entire 3-story house

A wonderful guest house for a reasonable price! I had a spacious room with a huge balcony at my disposal. The bathroom was next door and I was the only one using it

At the same time, the owner was always there and ready to help - to suggest where it is better to eat, take a walk, etc

The location is also very convenient, it is about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to the Republic Square

The place is really nice clean and spacious just make sure you made shopping and bought water and stuff because they don't have a bar

It is not a very good place but its personels are very very friendly

Clean rooms but drinks were a little expensive

We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi

The location was also perfect, close to the center of the city

It was like staying in a modern, luxury condo in Manhattan with the amenities of a 4-star hotel and 1 block from Hraparak. There is a supermarket and endless cafes and restaurants just down the elevator on the block

Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia

The entrance is a bit difficult to find but it isn’t a problem because their receptionists are all very responsive and helpful. And they are very polite and cheerful

From April 8th to 10th, 2025, two of us stayed at the Aspar Boutique Hotel in Yerevan. The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is located downstairs, down some steps into a very cozy courtyard

Very cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. I slept so good. The staff is amazing and the interior yard deserves a couple of hours of your time there

Very clean and comfy, calm and silent place with lovely interior and exterior. On the entry I was greeted by lovely lady, she was very hospitable

The hotel is very beautiful, decorated in an old-style, like a museum of old Yerevan. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and they even provided slippers and robes, plenty of toiletries, and a kettle

All issues were resolved immediately. In the kitchen you could make breakfast and there was always real coffee, which I made daily. Very comfortable and large bed. I don't know what could be improved

thank you for a wonderful time in Armenia! there is a beautiful garden and two entrances to the hotel, one from the bottom, if you have heavy bags, it is better to enter from the second option

+ Clean, cute, pleasant, small boutique hotel in a beautiful safe area + Breakfasts are delicious and hearty, water in the room + Helped to lift the suitcases - no elevator (but they helped to carry the suitcases up the stairs) - the center is very busy, especially in the evening, especially on weekends, life is in full swing until 2 am

I liked the hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.

In the very center of the city. In this regard, there are both pros and cons. + You can easily get to any attraction, museum, everything is within reach. This is especially important, given the heat of plus 36

The room is hygienic. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to the main attractions at city centre. A bit noisy at night. Breakfast starts at 8:30am. Rush to go to tours.

Nice apart hotel in the city center. Was there only for few hours to have a sleep before my early morning flight. Everything was fine.

No smoking in the rooms, but if there are heavy smokers on other balcony’s it does linger. I can’t stand the smell so maybe I’m more sensitive. Staff are friendly and love the little thank you card which is a nice touch

We loveeed our stay here! The room was well-kept and all the staff were sweet and accomodating. The location’s superb as well since it’s just across Vernissage and there’s a pharmacy and supermarket nearby

I had an amazing stay at Phoenix Hotel Yerevan! The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Keron, the male receptionist — such a friendly and helpful guy who really made my stay more pleasant

We booked a room here with friends the room and the bathroom were very clean also the pool was very clean, also the caretakers were very kind we ask for extra tea and they gave us for free

Cosy hotel with spacious rooms Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel with 2 work colleagues. We stayed in the family room which is very spacious with 3 separate bedrooms and a communal living area and bathroom
