Beautifully decorated hotel, perfectly located in central Yerevan. Had a one night stay here and it was great. Staff were friendly and check in was easy, they have room to leave your luggage prior to checking in

It was an amazing 4 nights stay in Avenue 23. The staff are friendly, nice breakfast, and great location. The room is bit small and it’s not sound proof, but overall experience is amazing.

The rooms are modern, with centralized air conditioning — powerful, responsive, easy to control. The TV has YouTube access and I connected in seconds without any issues. The location is right in the city center

Beverages include water, lemonade, coffee from a coffee maker, tea, and juice - 24-hour front desk - Good location, 15 minutes on foot from the metro, 10 minutes from the center - Payment by card or cash - Cleaning every day - The room has a TV with Netflix and YouTube - The room has a mini bar (paid) with sweets and drinks - Very good Wi-fi -: The basement rooms are not as comfortable as the others...

The hotel left a good impression. It’s new and stylish — you can tell it was opened recently, maybe a year or two ago. For the price, it’s honestly one of the best options I’ve stayed at in Yerevan

Cafes, landmarks, public transport — everything is nearby. But there’s a downside: it can get noisy at night due to street racers under the windows

The hotel is quite well located, right in the center next to the cinema and Charles Aznavour Square, which makes it convenient for walking around. The comfort was overall OK, and the bed itself was comfortable

Centrally Located Hotel Staff good, rooms are fine apart from 2 things, the air conditioning doesn't get very cool and the view is non existent.

The only thing I’d recommend is that they put a clearer sign and indication where to knock when arriving late at night. However, the staff were wonderful and can’t recommend it enough to others

The property is ideally situated and the comfort and cleanliness were excellent. As a base for touring it is ideal, there is not much to do in the hotel itself

Stayed there in August 2024 for 5 nights. The apartment is in a good location. You can walk quickly to the center. A Metro is also located nearby

You just come in and ask the staff, she or he will open the room for you and you may later at the evening/night by another staff member. When checking out, you just give the key to the staff

I travelled to Yerevan during high season (August) and Tatev apartments offered the best prices at the time while also offering the full package

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the city centre but still in a street with many cafes, restaurants etc and the rooms are super quiet. The view from the balcony is superb

I was offered a higher quality room with a desk once they knew I was there for work and I was allowed to check out later without additional charges. I'll definitely choose Rooftop hotel again

The staff, Nvar especially, were very helpful and eager to do their best so I was comfortable

Another big advantage is the location — the apartment is close to the city center and within walking distance of many good restaurants, cafés, and lively areas, which made getting around Yerevan very easy and enjoyable

They played the TV very loudly and made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to sleep and fully rest as we had hoped. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better

However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the bedroom on the right side was quite noisy, as we could clearly hear the neighbors upstairs late at night

One of the highlights was the huge living room, beautifully connected to the kitchen, creating an open, airy space where we could truly relax after a day of exploring the city

A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated, and it would have been helpful to have more toilet paper provided in the bathrooms

The bedroom was comfortable, with a fairly large bed that felt relaxing and cozy, allowing for a good night’s sleep on most nights

Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Room was fine, had a mini kitchen with a microwave. All looks relatively new and modern. Don’t count on any amazing views from the windows. Didn’t try the TV or the breakfast

We rented two apartments from them during our stay in Yerevan. The first apartment was booked through Booking. com, and the second we rented directly from them. From the beginning, communication was very smooth

The location was very good centrally placed just a few minutes walk from the Republic square. The building was hard to find and it looks kind of halfway demolished with a shady staircase and hallway

A great apartment right in the center—it's close to everything. There's a store in the building, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. If I had to nitpick, the chair is uncomfortable; I'd change it.

Everything about the hotel was great! It's clean and has everything you need. The location is also good, close to the main attractions, and there are shops nearby. However, keep in mind that the stadium is very close

The only downside, and I'd like to warn other guests about this, is that when you select a hotel, it appears in one location on the map, but the office and the apartment itself are in a slightly different location

I couldn’t figure out how to make the oven work and didn’t attempt to light the gas stove but if I’d had to use them I would have texted the management who were very responsive and helpful

We stayed for two weeks and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. This lovely small hotel is conveniently centrally located and most of the centre is a walkable distance from the hotel

Taxis, excursions, airport transfers can be booked by very helpful reception staff who are available 24hrs. Hotel breakfast is great and consists of hot and cold options as well as salads, fresh fruit and vegetables

I had a room with a balcony and grape vines growing all around. The place is immaculately clean with whiter than white robes and towels and the staff are friendly and helpful

I came from England and my Russian friends booked the room for me. The hotel is a great place to stay. Just across the road is a park with a fabulous fountain

I flew to Yerevan for the first time. I spent a long time searching for a hotel reservation. It's the only hotel that accepts Russian cards. Everything was clean, comfortable, and located in the center of Yerevan

The owner was absent when I arrived. Some other customer opened the door and then he told me that when he arrived he was waiting at the door for an hour in the middle of the night. I had no bed linen in my room

I had to cancel my booking in that hostel and book another one on the way back from my trip. So if you want to spend a couple of days in wonderful Yerevan and stay in a good mood- choose another hostel

I had to spend some time before I found a guy, who went to the laundry room and gave me half wet linen. The kitchen was shabby and messy, the fridges didn't work

My room was the only one that had a window, others looked like a basement, very depressing. The kitchen and the guest room were very dark

The location is convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride to the center, or a 20-minute uphill walk. This is a perfect hotel! Highly recommend!!

We walked ourselves and found that the route to the center takes 15-20 minutes, an easy downhill stroll. However, it's worth keeping in mind that the hotel is located on a hill

The hosts themselves offered to clean the room any day. Overall, it's not too far from the center; you can walk there if you enjoy walking

The aparthotel is very nice; we stayed from November 28th to December 2nd. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and there was a stovetop, electric kettle, and all the necessary utensils

The only downside is that it's a bit challenging to reach on foot (either via a winding road or a metal spiral staircase – which I found a bit scary)

However, most taxis have no problem getting to the hotel (I only had one driver refuse, he was in a Volga and couldn't handle the sharp turns well)

If you're a light sleeper, book a room closer to reception (to be away from the road). Again, we walked a lot and only came to the room to sleep. We really liked it and can confidently recommend these apartments
