The most important thing and a big plus is the hotel's location in the city center, within walking distance of Yerevan's main attractions. Another plus is Narine's delicious breakfasts

They are delicious and home-cooked with love. We were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel, check-in took just a few minutes, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room

It's very inconvenient to use the toilet in this bathroom layout, but for a short stay, it's perfectly acceptable. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel

One drawback: the standard room has a very small bathroom; the distance from the toilet and bidet to the shower stall is less than 500 cm

I stayed in a room on the 13th floor, most beautiful view of Mount Ararat at a distance, sprawling park in front, spacious room with all modern amenities, walkable distance from iconic Republic Square and plenty of restaurants and places of interest

The hotel is quite dated, but generally clean. I had some questions about the quality of cleaning in the bathroom (there were some stains on the faucets and tiles), but overall, it was fine for one night

The scrambled eggs were cold, the cheese and sausage were stale, and the juices were unappetizing. It was edible, but not particularly enjoyable. The receptionists are wonderful and very compassionate

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Republic Square and the Iranian Mosque, and a 10-minute walk from Vernissage. The location is excellent, close to popular spots yet on a quiet street

The room lacked overhead lighting, which is ideal for rest, but since I arrived late, it was a bit dark to unwind. I didn't like the breakfast; the best part was the bread

They offer a free shuttle to the city center, there’s an espresso machine in the rooms, and the river view rooms are absolutely beautiful

It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels

Massive balcony with an amazing view! Staff are absolutely lovely but service is slap-dash. The pool is great, perhaps too small and the guy managing the area is very miserable. Breakfast is repetitive but tastes good

I especially liked the recreated atmosphere of an old mansion: vintage furniture made of real wood, pastel colors, antique decorative items, ceramics, and a library. If you are in Yerevan, I recommend staying with them!

In each room you will find the historical atmosphere and familiarize yourself with the cultural features. Here everything is old, very nice and cozy.

However, there were a couple of issues: climbing the cascading stairs in the evening was quite strenuous, and the breakfast was repetitive, despite the promise of a buffet

I wasn't expecting that, but the Carat didn't disappoint!! It's not a long walk to the cascade! The staff is friendly! The window opens!!! The air comes in! There are hotels where you can't open the window… like the air conditioning

The location of the hotel is something any visitor will dream for - center of the city, walking distance to the subway, grocery stores, tourist areas. Highly recommended for your stay in Yerevan

This isn't my first trip to Yerevan, so I knew I'd be staying at the hotel longer than before, having seen so much. I was surprised they had a spa! And I accidentally forgot to put my swimsuit on, so I relaxed there too

I didn't even take a photo of the room – everything was just like in their photos!! The room is clean, everything is nice, and still new. If they maintain it in this condition, it will last a long time

The distance to the center is just about 20 mins walk, lots of groceries and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is variety, I even ordered for an egg omelette. This hotel is highly recommended in Yerevan

The loaction of the hotel is a bit far from city centre and the republic square, but supermarkets and other shops are available just if u cross the road. The receptionist on the first day of our stay was very helpful

It's a bit far from the city center, and the rooms aren't very big. I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was very small. On a clear day, the south-facing window offers a view of the snow-capped mountains.

My stay at the 14th Floor Hotel in Yerevan was an absolutely magical experience, which I highly recommend to everyone! The location is fantastic – right in the city center, close to all attractions, restaurants, and cafes

We stayed for a week in August 2025. It's a great hotel, nestled in a courtyard of houses, in a quiet, authentic location, practically in the center, a 7-minute walk from the Cascade

You don't have to worry about food until lunchtime, just enjoying the city and excursions. There were three of us: the room had a large bed and a sofa bed; the triple room was quite comfortable and available

The nearest convenience store has a currency exchange machine where you can exchange US dollars and euros for AMD. The owner was very welcoming and spoke English. He provided a lot of information upon check-in

However, we walked a lot, were tired, and slept well anyway. The room was clean and had its own clean bathroom. All amenities were provided: towels, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste and brush, and soap

I'd like to thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome and for their kind attitude towards us from start to finish. Breakfast was included and very delicious, with some homemade products as well

There's one small drawback: we had a room on the first floor right by the entrance door with a bell and near the reception. Naturally, we could hear conversations and the door bell

This B&B is in a great location. It felt a bit rural when I first arrived by taxi, but it's actually very close to convenience stores, subway stations, and bus stops

An electric kettle and cups would have been nice to have tea on a winter evening after long walks. The breakfast was quite good, and the variety of winter fruits was a pleasant surprise

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, Matera city center, and the Sassi. The room is comfortable, quiet, and clean

Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, with close proximity to the bus station. It's a leisurely half-hour walk to Republic Square. Additionally, the hostess is exceptionally kind and charming

Fantastic stay with Hotel Tigran Mets, we were met with a great reception. Our rooms were upgraded for free, the rooms are clean, the location is also perfect for walking around the city. It was a great stay!
