I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! Trust me this is Best hotel in Yerevan

Great hotel, wonderful view, terrace overlooking the whole of Yerevan and Ararat. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, everyone is very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back !

Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price

I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) ) The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane

Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and clean too. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good

New building is nice, well equiped, very clean, kitchen is located in the first floor and just next to hotel is Jean Paul existential cafe which is indeed one of the most epic places in city center

I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan. The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. They speak English well, and they will solve your problems before you even acknowledge them

I stayed there for 2 weeks, and the staff were very polite and kind, answering all questions , the room was always clean. the reception was helpful too. I will stay there again next time

Rooms are small, but comfy and cozy. Prices are very reasonable especially if you go during the high pick of the season. I’d stay there on my next visit as well, for sure

The hotel is reconstructed in spring 2017. Before that it had other name and was not very nice one. All old comments belong to the old hotel which dont exist anymore

This place has high end finishings in the room, high ceilings and very nice underground pool which was awesome because it snowed

The gym was well fitted out and the staff both there and in the hotel were friendly. Whilst there are better hotels in Yerevan, the gym and pool more than make up for the few failings of this Complex

Amazing 3 star hotel. You get a lot, out of your money. Amazing management, friendly staff, and very clean. Solid WiFi, Central A/C. Visa and Mastercard worked well.

They could do with a little refurbishment, but nothing drastically wrong. My 19 day stay included a couple of missed room cleanings (which is not great) and the breakfast was slightly repetitive for such a long stay

Today it's 39th day that I'm in Armenia, in White House Hotel. It's realy good hotel and It have realy good swimming pool with amazing bar. The rooms are very good and confortable

I spent a whole week at this hotel. It was good in terms of cleanliness, service, and the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the lady at reception. There is no free breakfast; access to the pool costs 3000 dirhams

The Food is just amazing, and i have tried first time hookah for 3 4 times and it was very good. I think White House Hotel Is the best in whole Armenia

There is a Lebanese restaurant next to the hotel. There is a mall a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there are markets nearby

A very homey hotel with delicious cuisine. Sleep very quietly, all the windows face the courtyard. The rooms are clean, the minibar is well-stocked. Fantastic homemade wine, oven-baked food

The only thing is that it's a bit far from the center, but a taxi takes 10 minutes

Quiet place and very private The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby

We stayed at Avan Plaza Hotel on Friday night and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable

If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the hotel's location: a 10-minute taxi ride takes you to the city center. The 24-hour City store is nearby. There's also a bus stop right nearby

Slippers (though small) Cons: air conditioning did not work (there was a fan), the pool closes early (at 8, when I arrived, it was already closed, and during the day there were a lot of people)

We stayed in the luxury room with sauna and jacuzzi for 3 days, the room was alot bigger I thought, As soon we arrived the staff was fantastic very very friendly and our room was ready even get there 2 hours earlier if what we should, they bring us to the room straight away, even bring up our luggage to the room for us, They filled the jacuzzi for us, and always they were smiling and very helpful,...

I liked everything, from the moment of registration on the site to the departure! Polite and good-natured staff, clean room, booked 1 room and ended up with 2 bedrooms! Breakfast is very tasty buffet to choose from! I am satisfied and will recommend you to my friends!

I would like a refrigerator and kettle in the room (there was a cooler downstairs). There was no hot water in the shower at night. Average audibility (there is a road nearby and people's voices in the corridor)

The heated pool adds a special touch to the stay. I'd also like to point out that the quality of service significantly exceeds the cost of accommodation. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My room had a balcony and as I noticed all rooms have balcony, the yard, pool and fire corner fill your free time and can cut you off from tired day and provide full rest even if you visit for a day

We didn't use the pool (it was winter). If we ever find ourselves in Yerevan again, this is the only hotel we'll choose

One of the most important facts is that the hotel is situated very close to the airport and Davos Hotel staff provides free airport shuttle, so you don’t need to think how to get to the hotel and back to airport, which is one of the bothering questions for us

But even in this case everything is organised in a professional way and I am sure the owners and management thought about every detail to provide all necessary details for the guest to stay pleased and comfortable during his stay

Fantastic! The superb level of service, facilities, clean, modern, friendly. Airport transfer, brandy water and what not included. We were super pleased to pass our transit hours in such luxury and near the airport

The room is clean and spacious. The room rate is very affordable. The staff are very accomodating. All in all i stay there very comfortable for 6 days and 5 nights.

we were about 24 person and stayed ther two weeks. Kind owner. cozy place. Good for both family and single stay. good location.

Everything in this guesthouse is pretty good! Clean room, friendly personals who will help you with everything you probably need and cozy place with great atmosphere! But the only problem that we experienced was with the bathrooms
