A wonderful budget hotel with an excellent location, we felt comfortable, thanks to the admins Yura and Sergey, special thanks to Eleonora, as well as the master Karen and the rest of the staff for the warm welcome.

Great location for city centre and supermarket. Room was decent with modern bathroom and good WiFi. Breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel was great, everything was nice, the room was clean and even the breakfast was sooo tasty. Defienetly recommend.

We felt right at home :) The rooms are very decent and clean, have everything you need and come equipped with AC, all toiletries and towels. We also stored our luggage all day with zero issues

in the beginning there were only towels and so on for one person in the room, even though we had booked for two

Loved our stay at Regard! The service was unreal - from getting all the information for pre-check in from Anna (we booked with less than 24 hours notice), to Alex and the other 2 lovely guys who worked the day/night reception helping us with our luggage and any questions

Beautiful pools, baths, and saunas. Always clean, great for spending time with family or friends, and they provide all the bathing amenities. It's a great place to relax, unwind, or just hang out

Just checked into one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m genuinely impressed. The interior is cozy yet modern, the atmosphere is peaceful. What truly stood out, though, is Manager Daria

If I had to nitpick, the only thing that could have made the experience even better might be having a few more loungers in the pool area during busy hours — it filled up fast

The center of Yerevan is small - you can easily walk from the hotel to the main square, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and across the street - a vintage market. Breakfasts are a special love

00 pm we found no towels and the sauna and Turkish bath were not functioning well (the first had no internal light and the second did not heat up sufficiently)

The hotel has a great location. Republic Square is 15 minutes away on foot. Breakfasts are varied, fried eggs are prepared upon request. Friendly staff. Beautiful view from the window.

Small hotel with great atmosphere. The personel was really outgoing and friendly, location in the middle of town but u need 10 minutes walking to first main street

Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

Staff are very helpful and speaks in english. Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is near to the city/republic square and vernissage by walk. Well recommended to you guys!

Water pressure of the shower is medium. Some rooms on the streets side. Walking distance to the center. Breakfast more continental like (less the way on guesthouses at the country side)

The air conditioner worked properly, which is important given the temperature "overboard" of +40. Sometimes it seemed like I was the only one living in the entire 3-story house

A wonderful guest house for a reasonable price! I had a spacious room with a huge balcony at my disposal. The bathroom was next door and I was the only one using it

At the same time, the owner was always there and ready to help - to suggest where it is better to eat, take a walk, etc

The location is also very convenient, it is about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to the Republic Square
