I had an amazing stay at Phoenix Hotel Yerevan! The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Keron, the male receptionist — such a friendly and helpful guy who really made my stay more pleasant

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, surrounded by shops, bars, and stores, making it very convenient to explore Yerevan

main pedestrian street, full of restaurants and evening activities we booked 3-room apartment. very nice one, 3 double bedrooms, so both kids and parents had their own place to sleep.

Pros: - Very nice mini-hotel for a relatively cheap price; - Fresh air of countryside; - Neat, warm rooms (it was a cold March) with conditioner; Towels, shampoo-toothbrush; - Cons is that it is rather far from city center and have little infrastructure around

Amazing view, half way among airport and city center, very close bus station. Amazing breakfast with Armenian coffee and traditional Armenian dishes.

The service and maintenance are excellent. The hotel facilities are in perfect condition, everything works, everything is clean and atmospheric. Home cooking is prepared at the guest's request.

Great hotel, very hospitable owner, you can get to the center by taxi or bus. Situated in a quiet area, there is a supermarket nearby. We will be happy to come back and recommend to others.

However, the nearest bus stop is just 2 mins of walking distance away. Bus 18 takes you to France Square directly from there. Yandex Go Taxi and Yandex Eats service readily available here

We enjoyed a wonderful time at Lucine‘s Guest House! Situated in the center of Yerevan it is absolutely quiet during the nights, it’s spotless clean and the breakfast with the help of Diana is just perfect

There was a bit of noise from the street in our room, but you just can't beat the price. The value for money is real here! I highly recommend this establishment to any traveller who finds themselves in Yerevan, Armenia

Not only a great location, but a welcoming and lovely guesthouse. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. 24 hour access to kitchen with coffee, tea, and treats. Lusine was extremely helpful with special requests

Here, you can taste local sweets that are strictly homemade, while also enjoying traditional Armenian hot dishes. For those who prefer, there is also a classic continental breakfast or a sweet option available

You can also access the kitchen anytime for sweets, fruit and hot drinks. They were kind enough to let me use the main fridge to keep drinks and a few perishable snacks cool

Neighborhood itself is quiet, small grocery shop is just around the corner. Hosts owner and Ruzanna are very welcoming and took really good care of us. Room was cleaned regularly, towels replaced after few days

The hosts, Gago and Ruzana, were very helpful and welcoming. They made our stay very comfortable. They even packed us breakfast when we’d to leave for day tours early in the morning. Very reasonably priced as well.

I was looking for spacious room, definitely with a window, heating (october is already bit cold),close to the city center. Well it has it all✅ Plus is a beautiful garden, where u can have your morning coffee

Breakfast is decent and variable each day: fresh bread, butter, cheese, egg and buckwheat/rice, slices of sausage, cucumber, tomato are provided. Jam, some days yoghurt, sweet pastry and coffee/tea as well

We bought some additional tomatoes and cucumbers for the breakfast, because we like more of it: Alltogether, Im glad that after reading the rewievs, the hotel has done much improvement

I had best experience in this guest house. everything is a piece of art. comfy and super friendly staff. if you are a group of friends just try it as the garden is good for BBQ and night gathering.

This place is amazing, if you are in doubt about booking it just go for it! Simple but comfy and cozy! The host is the best host ever! We arrived very early (8am) and the room was occupied but she let us stay comfortable in the living room and gave us free breakfast!! The owner of the house, Arpine, prepared a cozy room with all the amenities and a colorful view of the yard, where you could see the family dog, who delighted with her appearance every morning

They don't vary much day-to-day, but every morning they serve so much that we didn't get tired of them over a week. Breakfast is served in a communal table format for all guests

This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them

Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff

The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall

And there's the inconvenience of having to put on shoes and a jacket to go to the bathroom. The bed is a bit "wooden," but it's comfortable. There are shops and a bakery nearby
