We had two rooms, and the price was reasonable, which makes up for any minor issues. At our request, the owner took us in his car on a tour of Dilijan, Lake Sevan, and ancient churches

The furniture and linens are a bit dated, but the room was clean and provided mini sets of soap, shampoo, and shower gel. We stayed for two nights and spent little time in the room

The balcony had a view of Mount Ararat, mattresses without springs, and decent pillows. The room didn't include a kettle, dishes, a refrigerator, a TV, or air conditioning

The hotel is conveniently located, and the owner was friendly. He carried our suitcases, made coffee, and offered us tea

The room service was not a full service: they would make the bed and provide clean towels but so far as cleaning and removing trash, it was a hit or miss thing--sometimes they do it, sometimes they didn't

Comfortable, quiet. But to the pool for money or an acquaintance allowed not only the hotel guests.

The GOOD: the staff is amazingly nice. Very respectful and very helpful. The food is nice--tho there are no menus. You get what they serve and it's generally very nice and tasty. The rooms were clean when we got there

The stair wells have no light during the night--so take a flash light with you at night--again, for adults, it's no big deal but kids running around could injure themselves

Furniture needs to be improved as well. Price is good compared with what you can get

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and even upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable room. The bedding was of excellent quality - very clean and soft. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options

This place has high end finishings in the room, high ceilings and very nice underground pool which was awesome because it snowed

I was on urgent business trip, so I just needed a hotel in the center of Yerevan. I red reviews and saw that most people were happy with it. The host was very friendly, even if I arrived at 3 AM due to flight delay

He explained everything in details. The room was very nice and clean, everything was provided as described. The breakfast in the morning was perfect, it was prepared at time and include some home dishes

And documents for reporting also were provided in my language. So in overall I was happy to stay in this hotel and I will recommend it to my colleagues. The meal was very good for me

It was clean and comfortably furnished. Although having a microwave would have been lovely. Armen , The caretaker is a lovely person. He was all around the hotel and made sure we were well taken care of

The room that we booked is so huge with living room and with overlooking terrace and with a complete sauna inside the toilet and bath. The reception guy is also very helpful

Location Location of Venezia Palazzo is kinda far from city center (Republic Square) it takes about 10-20 minutes there and costs 1000-2000 AMD. But it's near to Water Park and Zoo. For me, the location is pretty Great

She personally guided us on a detailed tour of our room, ensuring that we were fully aware of all the amenities and comforts available

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet

That said, the huge bed, nearly 200 cm wide, was extremely comfortable, even with just the single large blanket provided. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was broken

The receptionist spoke no English, and payment had to be made in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. The tap water had a strange chemical taste, so we mainly drank bottled water

The hotel is brand new and everything is kept very clean and tidy. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool - definitely a bonus in hot Yerevan

The hotel offers a big swimming pool, a really good place to relax and have a swim in the hot summer

The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming although English language is somewhat poor but they tried to help as much as they could

You can reach the city center by taxi in 10 minutes and there is a good big mall very near to the hotel

The location is also good: the hotel is near to the important Museum of Armenian Genocide, there is a big shopping mall in the neighbourhood and with a five-minute taxi ride you can reach the beautiful Erevan centre

The furniture could be more practical and less monumentally big! We ordered breakfast from the menu, which took time much later, but was good. There are big and small supermarkets around, within a couple of minutes walk

They let us first have a look at available rooms, then we chose the rooms. The rooms are very large and clean. Water was hot with good pressure, ACs were not all the newest, but somehow functioning

Thanks for giving us a few good nights in Yerevan, as said after really very bad experiences, although probably without Russian speaking it would not really be possible

com that 2 apartments didn't exist and booking wanted the cost and was completely lost to take care of fraudsters in Yerevan, we found out about this hotel

Great value for money and close to the airport! The floors are a bit dirty, but bathrooms and linnen are all very clean

Everything you need is in the hotel - a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, a kettle in the room, an iron (on request), Wi-Fi in room 6 - weak in the part of the room where the bed is, closer to the opposite wall - normal, but best on the 1st floor, as I understand it, there is excellent Wi-Fi (there are rooms there too)

The room is small — I'm not saying it's a suite or a luxury space — but it's perfect after a long day exploring Yerevan. You’ll find comfort in a quiet and clean environment. I will definitely be coming back!

I booked City Hotel for my friends who were coming to Armenia from Dubai. They like everything including breakfast and tours which were provided by their tour operator. The prices are also very cheap

They went out of their way to make us welcome and help, which meant a lot. Lovely tasty breakfast, and a great shop downstairs that sells artisan cheeses and beer. Recommend this place fully :)

Very well located, clean rooms. Stela at the reception was kind to make us reservation in restaurants as well as ordering us taxis. Liliya prepared us amazing breakfast in the morning and had our rooms super clean

The staff were excellent - we approached them with some queries and requests for assistance in various matters - all of which were responded to quickly with care and good cheer

Room was clean with air conditioning. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is on Saryan street which is very lively and has a great of bars and restaurants

I have been in this spa/sauna many times. The service is very friendly, the area is clean, food is tasty, prices are also reasonable compared to similar saunas. It's a great place to spend a nice time with friends

A very good hotel located outside the capital (about 15 minutes from the center by taxi) and high up (very well located in terms of climate compared to hotels in the city center where it's hot) with a large pool for swimming laps and a pergola for relaxing in the shade

All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. The view from the back veranda was great looking over the city and the canyon

It is a small hotel with an outdoor swimming pool (which we used on a daily basis), fantastic views at the back, very clean and very friendly & personalised service

The rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge. There's also a small TV, but we never turned it on 😁. The beds are decent, and the WiFi is available and free

The location also suited us, as it is on the edge of the city with easy access to the centre. During our extended stay in Yerevan, I looked at many hotels and stayed in two others, but this was by far our favourite

Incredibly beautiful view is fascinating – especially from the roof of the building, where is situated cafe for guests of the hotel, offers a panorama of the whole city and the Ararat
