The view from the hotel to the city is good but the amenities are not complete. There is no towel, inside slippers and no coffee.

The room was excellent, clean, and hygienic, perfect for business trips, especially for travel. The service was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Dubai. It's superb!

good location, good room for the money, looks like new, clean, staff good, the room only had 2 outlets and no fridge, but to spend one night is a good option

The only thing when booking is to specify the size of the room, there are very small ones, and if you have long thick hair, you will be disappointed with a hair dryer :) By the way, there are good weekend tours near the hotel

The Nova Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is perfectly located in the city center, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, yet remains in a მშვიდ and quiet setting

Over 3 days, we did not have time to get tired of breakfasts, there was something to choose from. Special thanks for the brewed Armenian coffee. The biggest minus was the "heated" pool with water +19

The hotel is clean, spacious and with a great pool and nice view from the roof bar. The rooms are tidy, and with everytjing you would need. I really enjoyed my stay and fully recommend it

Stayed there when visiting Yerevan for couple of days. Not too close to the city center which can be quite noisy. Very friendly stuff, helped me a lot in a few occasions. Rooms are spacious and very clean

The room was spacious, there was no hairdryer in the room, but it was provided at the reception without any problems. A nice bonus is the sauna with a swimming pool, I took advantage of it and was very pleased

If desired, you can use the spa services with a sauna and swimming pool. The location is quite convenient, you can get everywhere on foot

However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed

It is very good hotel and Anahit from reception is friendly and nice person. The other workers like Marat, Lilit are very good too. They are very kind and polite. Food are delicious and organic

The room is good. The shower cabin is small. They clean it daily. The quality of cleaning is good. There is no laundry service. There is no food service in the room. The location is excellent.

Internet is not super fast - the air conditioning is not super cool either - woke up at night from the noise of the refrigerator - but the location is just super

The bathroom had all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, disposable combs, dental kit, soap, shower gel, shampoo. I would like to separately note that the room is very clean, there is air conditioning

Upon request, an iron was brought to the room. There is food delivery to the room at very affordable prices. The staff is top notch, very welcoming and friendly, ready to help with any issue

And the cherry on the cake: free access to the water park, both outdoor and indoor. Excellent breakfasts with an excellent selection of dishes and drinks. In general, we had a great rest

Great price for a hotel that is located close to all the sights of the city...easy access to local stores and restaurants...breakfast was great a lot of variety.

In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo

Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no forks, no glasses for drinks. It is located in some industrial zone with incomprehensible buildings, although maybe for this place it is the norm

However, Yandex rides were quick, easy, and very affordable, so getting around wasn’t a big issue. What really made the stay better was the staff — they were truly wonderful: kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming

Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient

Staff were friendly, but photography was strangely allowed everywhere; people were constantly taking photos, which felt odd !! After 3:30 pm, a large group of teenage boys arrived, playing loudly with balls in the pool, which made it impossible to stay and enjoy the place!

The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'

I really like the water area with sauna and jacuzzi, the gym has quite a large selection of exercise machines, overall, everything is great

The hotel is located in a quiet place, although not far from the central square. There are not many rooms, so it is very cozy. The room is clean, everything worked. The cleaning is conscientious, there is enough water

The hotel manager can be proud of such staff. Service and hospitality are not an advertising slogan in your company. Where to stay next time in Yerevan? Why look for something if there is Central Hotel

Luckily, it's just a short stay; I have to catch a flight the next morning, otherwise, it would be such a waste to sleep in such a room alone. The staff were as friendly and helpful as ever

I enjoyed the hotel's SPA rooms only, but boy it was good. The Relax room was perfect. A pool with a slide, 3 stores of hamams, saunas, and jacuzzis. It was pricey but totally made my stressful day into a heaven.

The breakfast at Green Palace Hotel was a highlight of my stay. It was delicious and complete, with regional specialties like sausage, egg, milk and cookies. It was the perfect way to start my day

The pool and souna are very small but semi private as rarely other people use it. The price was very good for the services offered

Owner very nice and friendly, took good care of us and accommodate all our requests. The hotel is far from center but taxi is not expensive. We had our own driver with van so was not a problem

Didn't stay in the hotel but went here to enjoy the swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy the pool for 8000amd, towel included. Pool area is great and spacious

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price

They have a pool bar with a great selection of food and drinks for reasonable prices (2500 for smoothies, 3500 for a mojito)

The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break

The hotel’s peaceful location outside the city was perfect for relaxation, and the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. I especially loved the DJ by the pool, which added a fun vibe

The thing I liked the most was the DJ next to the pool. For improvement, I suggest adding a nightclub by the pool and enhancing the pool’s bar

Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre

Very nice hotel compared to other high end I stayed in Yerevan. Reasonably priced for the room type , location and services. Only downside is the gym which needs some TLC

biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom Didn't try breakfast. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway

Cross is my favorite pool in Yerevan. I have been visiting it every summer for many years. I visited the outdoor pool and the sauna today and it had changed since my last visit but is still the best pool to me in Yerevan

The indoor area is currently separated from the outdoor pool area and you would have to pay additionally to use the indoor pool, sauna, gym, etc. Cross is my go-to place for a pool in Yerevan

Great location outside the city. Clean air, swimming pool, everything is fine. Managers are great, they help in everything, organize excursions

The outdoor pool is really nice, has an awesome restaurant in the area which serves delicious food, has fast service and nice servers

In summer we use their outside pool it is nice and cosy but it is always full ))) and in winter they have closed pool with sauna

I stayed at Otyak Hotel during a layover last weekend, and everything was perfect for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a nice surprise that some of them spoke German as well

An excellent hotel for a holiday with children between overnight flights. We met at the airport (included in the room price), located three minutes from the airport, which is very convenient

We arrived hungry, ordered meat, vegetables, side dishes - everything was fresh and very tasty, home-made). As a result, the child got enough sleep, we were rested and ready to fly further

Stayed at Olympia Garden Hotel and was blown away by the stunning views of Hrazdan Gorge! The rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. The garden and pool area are a nice touch

The water in the pool is cold, although it was very hot outside

Nearby there is a supermarket with an exchange office, within walking distance there is a good restaurant with Georgian cuisine. The hotel is clean, the room was cleaned daily. It was missing at least a small gym
