It's located in an industrial area, but there's never any traffic jams to the center; a taxi ride is short and inexpensive. We were greeted warmly, checked in, and shown around

Our room was small, but it had everything you need, even a hairdryer. There's a kitchen on the second floor where you can make tea and coffee

Great place, I liked everything very much, I was relaxing with my friends. Clean, cozy, nice staff and a welcoming atmosphere

If you don't plan to spend your vacation in your room but want to explore Yerevan, this is an ideal overnight option

Flora's Guest House

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them

Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall

And there's the inconvenience of having to put on shoes and a jacket to go to the bathroom. The bed is a bit "wooden," but it's comfortable. There are shops and a bakery nearby

Friendly hosts, affordable, and you can use the kitchen

I was the only guest, so I had the whole house to myself. It had a separate entrance from the street and a beautiful garden. The host, Avik, was very helpful, attentive, polite, and welcoming

Although the house wasn't very clean and cool, it didn't spoil the overall impression. The house is located in a quiet area, yet it's just 5 minutes from the metro

It was cozy, conveniently located, and the owner was friendly and responsive to all our requests, even taking us on an excursion to the mountains and Lake Sevan

There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby with an excellent exchange rate and plenty of bakeries

My friend and I stayed here in the winter of 2017 and really enjoyed the place

me didn't help; there's no sign and no lighting at the entrance). Otherwise, it's a great place where they simply give you the keys to your room and you don't have to worry about anything else

Everything is at a very high standard, for a guesthouse like this. The hostess is very welcoming. Most importantly, everything is very clean. I left like I was leaving home

By the way, there's a rooftop terrace where you can sit or lie in the hammock

I have lived here twice already. Everything is very good: good service, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, good neighbors. The only downside is that it is not very close to the city center.

Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center

Everything is great, for active tourists, we walked the whole time, 25-30 minutes is not a problem, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean - thank you very much for everything, we were glad to stay!

Great value for money. Breakfast is good and the staff are honest, helpful and accommodating

Place is so good, the manager is easy to talk to

but the owner i think or the manager the lady was rude. In this apps said bathtub facility but actually there is no here. When we talk shift as a another room she asked For extra money

The owner was absent when I arrived. Some other customer opened the door and then he told me that when he arrived he was waiting at the door for an hour in the middle of the night. I had no bed linen in my room

I had to cancel my booking in that hostel and book another one on the way back from my trip. So if you want to spend a couple of days in wonderful Yerevan and stay in a good mood- choose another hostel

I had to spend some time before I found a guy, who went to the laundry room and gave me half wet linen. The kitchen was shabby and messy, the fridges didn't work

My room was the only one that had a window, others looked like a basement, very depressing. The kitchen and the guest room were very dark
