It was incredible! The staff especially Oliver went out of their way to make everything enjoyable. The pool was kept pristine the saunas and hot tubs were so relaxing. Plenty of towels and loungers for guests

Lots of hanging space and coat hangers! Great storage area for outdoor stuff especially when winter walking/skiing. Spa area large with indoor pool, steam room infra red room and jacuzzi as well as heated outdoor pool

Outside in the pool with snow falling - amazing! Also spa treatments available. Excellent food, expertly cooked, presented and served. Ample choice and varied menus

Great facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna and relaxation areas. Indoor pool is open from 7 am to around 7 pm. Sauna's are open in the afternoon only

Everything about the hotel is great - from the moment you arrive and are greeted warmly at reception, to the moment you leave, and everything in between. Great rooms, great food and great staff!

Highly recommend this hotel, staff were very nice, the breakfast was awesome! I ate at Ninna's for dinner most nights, which was awesome too. Very good shower, bed, amenities, will be back.

Gabi is the best in the playing area. Stefan, Attila, and Eszter were very kind to us. The guy from the child food was also so helpful. The hotel is well situated, just few minutes to the Achterjet

The pool and wellness area were fantastic - the opening hours for the pool could be a bit extended as we found 8:00 pm a bit too early to close

Called in on our way past to see if there were rooms available. Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. We checked in without any issue. Want to say how lovely the reception was to two tired bikers

The hotel is very much customer focused and makes sure you are at ease all the time. Even the personnel takes extra care to make sure your whole experience in Sölden is really pleasant

the hotel rooms are very quiet with perfect double glazed windows. the beds were new with excellent mattresses much better than many hotels in Europe. the reception and restaurant staff was very helpful

walkable distance from Bregenz train station and almost on the lake Konstanz. from the lake promenade you can use the underground railway walkaway to reach the main shopping street of the city

You can see that someone really thought about how people actually use the space. Everything is clean, tidy and just easy to live in. Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas… plenty of options depending on your mood

This is a great hotel in the heart of Saalbach. The atmosphere and hospitality is fantastic with a very dedicated and service minded staff. We are always returning to Hotel Saalbacherhof whilst staying in Saalbach

They also cater properly for vegans, which is nice to see, even though I’m not one myself. And the staff – really friendly and helpful. Not in a forced way, just genuinely nice people who make you feel welcome

Practical things are done really well too. The ski and bike room is big and comfortable. The luggage room on departure day is also spacious, so you don’t have to drag your bags around after check-out

It’s quiet and cosy, and there’s a power socket next to every sofa, so you can sit comfortably with your laptop. You even have direct access to the garden from there, which makes it feel even nicer

It’s right in the centre of Saalbach and super close to three main ski lifts. You can walk to all of them in ski boots in just a few minutes. No buses, no complicated planning

An amazing place to stay where the staff are attentive but not obtrusive. Wonderful and delicious food and wine. The roof top infinity pool and sauna are just the ticket after a day skiing

you just have to come and experience them for yourself! Outside infinity pool, inside pool, saunas and steam rooms and plenty areas to sit and enjoy the view! All the spa staff were so helpful

In fact there is a whole exercise programme with classes if you are not going skiing! What more could you want from a week in the mountains! There is a shuttle service for skiers in the morning - a short trip to the lifts and always ready to give you a lift back at the end of the day

The shuttle service too and from the ski lifts were frequent and the ski lockers in the basement very convenient and spacious. I could not fault to the hotel or service. It is certainly expensive but worth every penny !

Reception staff were always ready to assist with a smile. Restaurant staff were so lovely. The evening meal extravaganza was never hurried and staff were so personable but at the same time very professional

The young lad who was on duty when we were there was so cheery and always carried the skiis and poles out to the minibus! And I dont think it was just because he thought he were old!! Oh

Best Western is just average in the US, but the quality is quite good in Europe. Although the front desk initially made a payment mistake and charged me twice, it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was delicious.

This is my second visit to this hotel and won’t be the last. I liked the new renovation…Very elegant, well located and staff are very friendly. Everything went well and smooth. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The balcony is very small and completely useless; I wouldn't recommend paying extra for a balcony room. The apples provided in the hotel corridor are especially delicious—you must try them

) Those who come by train will find it inconvenient as it is a 15-minute walk from the station, but it is hard to imagine people coming to this place without a car, so I would say it is a satisfactory hotel

I have been here few time before. Staff is nice, polite. No proper restaurant but you would get pizza or ready to cook food which is also nice to try. Overall my experience I very nice with this hotel.

I dorgot to take my special pillow upstairs so woke up three times gasping for breath. The bed was not as comfortable as one would like. Restaurant only available for large groups

Seems that hotel restaurant does not want clients outside. I could not find the menu or opening hours online. I sent an e -mail but never got any answer. When I went there and reserved a table I got very good service

Service during dinner was also very polite but a bit clumsy. We were two and had different printed menus. Even the waitress was confused because the other menu had some dish but the other did not

When I reserver the table I saw a set menu (different every day) but at the dinner it was not an option. Was it only for the hotel customers? I got the soup but not spoon. With bread we did not have plates

The hotel is in a large and beautiful park, perfect for quiet walks and contemplation. Well appointed room and restaurant. Directly connected to the spa and pools. The pool areas were well maintained and very clean

The hotel connected to the pool facilities are fantastic. Patrick in the restaurant was extremely professional. Unfortunately the food is unmemorable but we are in Austria where the kitchen has allot to learn

There were abundant choices of good quality food for breakfast, as well as in the self-service restaurant at the pool area. We were happy with our choice to stay there

Dinner is amazing, great menu selection and great taste! The thermal baths are also a dream and we feel very comfortable! A big THANK YOU to the entire hotel staff! Two small criticisms: The mattresses are very hard ;) It's a shame that the air conditioning in the room doesn't cool at night, but has a rather high setting

Simply amazing! My wife and I are currently guests at the hotel and we absolutely love it! The whole team is so friendly and hardworking! From reception, maintenance staff, cleaning staff to the housekeeper - everyone is so hardworking and friendly

The breakfast is simple but nice. You can keep your luggage here for free before you check in and after you check out. The only thing bad about here is that it is kind of far away from all the tourist attractions

The hotel offers a fair price for travelling. The room was a bit old and refrigerator was not available. But the receptionists were friendly and willing to help out.

Neue Post is both sophisticated and relaxed. Wonderful facilities include the spa and rooftop pool. Location is perfect for parking or the train station with fantastic views

The owner Willie Pfister has an incredible and infectious passion for his hotel, his wine collection as a 17 year Somalia along with his rustic and ancient wine cellar with real bricks from many centuries ago

Reviews which are less than excellent (I have read them all) are totally unjustified and reflect the inappropriateness and ignorance of their authors; I fear these people carry excess mental luggage into their writings and almost all criticisms are unwarranted

We have been going to this hotel almost annually for 35 years and have watched it get better and better each season, while retaining and even exceeding its family charm and level of excellence

The important thing for readers to know is simply that the rooms, facilities, service and cuisine all combine to form the best hotel not only in Lech, but in the entire Arlberg region

It would be repetitious and unnecessary for me to elaborate on all the outstanding qualities of this property (note that over 90% of reviews classify it as EXCELLENT)

And yes, this hotel can be pricey, but as I always say: "You get what you pay for". The overall experience here is truly 5+ star and one pays fairly for the ultimate mountain hotel experience (probably in the world)

Mr and Mrs Schneider, their son and very caring staff really make you feel at home. Lech itself is also one of the nicest places for a winter holiday

Extremely lovely and friendly staff and relaxed environment. The ski bus to Hochfugen stops at the hotel and the cable car up to Spieljoch is within walking distance

It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after

One of the most welcoming hotels I have been to. The staff were excellent and the facilities all good. My room was superb with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley run. Breakfast was first class too

We stayed with a group of friends during the first Advent weekend of 2025. We booked the last two premium rooms and got lucky to get one of the rooms promoted to a suite

The other room was OK, though very simple for the price we paid, with no view, only two small skylight windows (IMHO the room should not be offered as a premium room)

Odd at first but once you realize how many places there are to eat it becomes less of an issue. It is clean has nice rooms and the service for everything else is excellent. The people are friendly and helpful too

Near City Hall and the Volksgarten park the hotel is walking distance to most major areas and if you aren't a walker you can hop on any public transportation with a pass you can purchase at the hotel

My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive

Excellent location, very comfortable and excellent service. Breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options, the staff were very helpful, the room was very clean.

Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently

However, another staff member was fantastic and went out of their way to help us book a taxi when we were running late for our train trip—truly a lifesaver! The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that added to the overall experience

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake

This hotel is the best hotel in the lake area. It is so beautiful both inside and outside. I feel that staying for only one night is not enough. The hotel breakfast is also super delicious

The dinner was superb and the breakfast rich and delicious. Plenty of parking space available and the location of the hotel is in the center of the village, not far away from the ski-lifts

Very nice hotel with a fresh look and feel. Distance from the hotel to the skilift is 500 meters (you can rent a locker at the skilift). Charging point in the garage was not working

At the reception there was no information passed on to us about the lockers at the skilift and that there was a second parking garage that has more electric charging points

But somewhere end January, beginning of February the hotel decided - for all sound reasons - to reduce opening days in Spring (a traditional low season period) and close on Sundays and Mondays

Apartments were clean, spacious and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and sweet to our kids and the food at the restaurant delicious. We‘ll come back!

We had a great stay at this hotel and a good night's rest each evening. The hotel is located near the Town Hall which was a quiet area near the end of October but there was quite a bit of construction in the area

The toilet was enclosed but the glass shower stall was right in the middle of the room. This was ok for us because we are married but you may want to look at the room styles or be comfortable with a friend before booking

We had tram and metro access just a little bit down the road at the Rathaus station but believe the construction made it somewhat tricky to navigate to get to the right platform. The hotel room was interesting

The location of the hotel was pretty good and there were some restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The Town Hall, Hofburg Palace, Parliament Building, and Volksgarten were very close to the hotel
