wow Fascinating and relaxing experience We booked a relax day ticket We got towels , a short tour guide And lounges in private area. The breakfast was good We had a small snack for lunch and wonderful dessert

It was literally amazing time for me to spend there! Lovely room, wonderful view, unique pool, special meals, perfect sauna.. I cannot forget about them!

If you ask for towel or sth else you need to wait at least 1 hour and after 1 hour you should call them to remind you request! Disappointed for this kind of hotel

All in all a good spa, hefty pricing with 82 Euros for one day (sauna and swimming pool)

However, there was a recent renovation smell in the hallway and room, so I asked the front desk to change my room. The hotel breakfast was rather basic and not very varied

The front desk staff were very kind 😊 I was even upgraded, and it was a wonderful stay! It's right behind Mirabell Palace, so it's very convenient, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was a delight! The bathroom was also separated from the shower, and the underfloor heating was very warm

Although old, they've been well-maintained. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the room hadn't been vacuumed on the second day, and there was trash on the floor. This isn't typical for a chain hotel

It's right next to Mirabell Palace, making it very convenient for attending concerts. Transportation is quite convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, but the service and value for money are just average.

The hotel is very near the train station; a short bus ride drops off at the stop that is a 2 minute distance from the hotel. Also very convenient to get to the town square and main shopping areas

The reception staff are always attentive and polite. They have greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. The restaurant Mirabelle's Italian cuisine is one of the best I have ever tasted

We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling

We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.

The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. The only disappointment was a dinner in hotel’s restaurant, for 36€ very modest food choice, not included water or coffee

we hav been here for the second time. We like it a very comfortable Apartment, friendly service. we like the brekfeast roll service and especially the lunch sevice, lunch was always excellent and dinner of course too

We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas

Breakfast was excellent, complemented by truly outstanding staff. The concierge even arranged a Bentley shuttle to the polo tournament, which was an exceptional touch and very much appreciated

As a returning guest it is always a pleasure to stay at the Kitzhof. I love the spa facilities, the rooms - comfortable beds and pleasant interior - the staff is awesome - and you are in the middle of the action

The service at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly. The restaurant's beautiful terrace is ideal for dining on warm summer nights. Our one-year-old daughter was immediately provided with a high chair.

We have been coming to Kitzuhel on and off for the past 10 years and every time we stayed was at Kitzhof. The staff, the facility and location ticks all the boxes. That place has a very special place at our hearts

I had a wonderful long weekend during the Snow Polo World Cup, staying once again in my preferred room category at the Kitzhof. The room was cozy and perfectly aligned with my personal taste

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Hotel layout is a little maze like but brilliant facilities - great pool and sauna, good size bar with a turn most nights and a lovely restaurant with great food

Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. A bit cold in a corner room. It would be great if some “unhealthy” food (like snitzel, pommes, chicken nuggets, pizza) would be available for kids for a dinner.

Rooms a good size and quiet and not boiling hot. My only suggestion is to get rid of the juicer at breakfast and just put a tray of pre made smoothies out instead

The noise of carrots being grinded all the time was very loud

Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples

Meanwhile, 3 issues: -Breakfast: the room is too small (crowded + guests have to queue outside), food choice and quality is so-so for a 5* -Mattresses are too soft -the Swimming Pool is a joke (too small to swim + not enough water pressure for hydromassage)

The hotels I stay in have become much more important and play a big part of my trip and can impact my experience in visiting a country and my choice has become so much easier now! Going the extra mile is the basic standard it seems! Highly recommended if you want a caring, organised and memorable stay where everything you want or need will be provided with a smile

Very comfy, clean, spacious and modern art deco hotel room. The bathroom was nice and clean. heated floors made it comfortable in winter. Rain shower was amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff

I booked Ruby Marie Hotel Vienna for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay. The interior design is modern, stylish, and very welcoming, creating a really pleasant atmosphere from the moment you enter the hotel

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to Vienna West Train Station. The Bar is a great place to chill and to relax. If you stay at the Hotel take a drink at the Bar

Hotel was located in a good location (and also near the prater theme park), between two metro stations, room was spacious too and check in was simple! However, I wished we were able to stay in the room that had an opaque wall for the toilet

I do enjoy my stay here as it is affordable and convenient to multiple train stations. Also, there are several good eateries and supermarkets nearby which is a plus point for me. Overall, I would say this is a good stay

Excellent! It's quiet, though there are a few steps from the lobby to the elevator. The room is comfortable and clean. Having a TV is a plus too.

Great location, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. It's super close to Schönbrunn Palace. We visited in April, and the weather was fantastic for photos. The front desk service was excellent

The room was quite spacious with a vintage decor, but the bed was too soft for a good night's sleep. Be aware that for environmental reasons, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers

Have tested some 5 or 6 hotels in the area and the breakfast has been by far the best in this hotel. Majority of the rooms has been renovated this year with additional balconies

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. The staff has been been wonderful especially at check in. We got a special bed that is ventilated and heated/cooled. Very interesting and very comfortable

Everything is great, location, cleanliness, and service is commendable! Receptionists (a filipina and italian) are very nice and welcoming! Just one thing not ideal for couples, the beds are two single beds combined so there is a slight bump in the middle

Facilities are good, but not sure if it’s typical for European hotels not to provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The fridge isn’t cold enough, and dairy products spoil easily

It's located in a quiet and nice neighborhood in the suburbs and takes around 30 minutes to reach from the city center via public transport, so not that far away. The room itself is the best I have experienced in Europe

We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis

As expected of a hotel that has been visited by many famous people, it was a very stately hotel. Amenities were provided, and even though I suddenly needed to stay alone, they showed me to a room with a large double bed

Located right in the city center, Gasthof Goldener Adler already impresses with its historic atmosphere from the outside

Restaurant Goldener Adler in Innsbruck is a great place to eat. The food is delicious, especially the Viennese schnitzel, which is very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The beer and drinks are also very good

Breakfast offers a limited variety of options, but it does provide a fresh orange juice machine. The elevator is single-room, and the single room is quite small.

To our surprise, the staff thoughtfully served it already divided into two plates, with beautiful presentation on each — a small but meaningful gesture that immediately made us feel well taken care of

The absolute best part of the hotel and worthy of the stay is the staff and food. Staff are kind, accommodating and professional across the board. Chef and kitchen staff provide excellent food and bar tender is the best!

Convenient location with a little street night time noise. Nice rooms and enjoyable to be able to have a view of the Alps and fresh air with open windows. For Americans be sure to bring your own wash cloths

Hair dryers require that you hold down a button the entire time so frustrating experience. Also disappointing that the whirlpool/hot tub portion of the pool was broken

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office

There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible

We have been guests at the Arcotel for almost a year. The lobby, breakfast area, and terrace have been renovated in a contemporary style. The rooms (we stayed in room 705) are in dire need of renovation

I would really recommend a major renovation. For example, the carpet in the room is honestly disgusting! Hopefully It will be renovated soon

Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible
