The hotel is located in the center of Vienna, which is very convenient. We were very happy with our choice. We thank the hotel for the quality service, but the sink next to the bed isn't very practical

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. Since it was before check‑in time, we left our luggage at the front desk and went out to explore. Due to our tight schedule, we did not return to check in until 10 pm
We then inquired about booking an additional double room, but were quoted an unexpectedly high rate of €400. Shocked by the quote, we first took our luggage to the room and checked online prices on our phone
Furthermore, we found mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. When the door was closed and hot water was turned on, the entire bathroom filled with a musty, unpleasant odor, which was quite disgusting
The hotel is conveniently located near Spar/Hofer supermarkets, and the subway and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk downstairs. The breakfast is very simple and unappetizing

Facilities are good, but not sure if it’s typical for European hotels not to provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The fridge isn’t cold enough, and dairy products spoil easily

Hotel Schani Wien might seem like a small boutique hotel but its staff are genuinely helpful and very cheerful. The moment you stepped into the hotel, you are very warmly welcomed
It helped us orient ourselves and plan our trips. We appreciate that the hotel is very close to the Hbf and the local tram. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe
The rooms are big with a map of the general location of all the attractions on your hotel wall. The room design is cute, quirky, and unique
