Fantastic stay at FalkenSteiner — outstanding staff and great location We had a fantastic stay at the FalkenSteiner. The hotel has a slight James Bond charm and the whole experience felt special

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and our waiter Dietmar deserves huge praise: attentive, friendly, and always made us chuckle. His service really made our stay memorable

The location is very convenient and the weather during our visit was perfect! Special mention to the bar area — a lovely space to relax in the evening

Overall: excellent staff, great location, tasty food, and a very enjoyable stay

Instead, the only option was frankfurter sausages with fries, with no vegetarian or sweet options, which was not on the level of a 4-star superior hotel, especially considering the price of almost €700 per night

After a day of skiing it would be great to have a proper lunch at the hotel. We hope the schnitzel and veggie bowl will return to the menu, as we would love to come back

The Resort is an excellent choice if you would like to experience the See, move and be in the nature, while explore the beauriful Klagenfurt and enjoy the hospitality of the hotel.

Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high

I've visited this hotel several times. The welcome was excellent, as were the spa and pool. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was my limited knowledge of Italian.

The swimming pool was nice, but the sauna was so-so

We enjoyed the large outdoor pool and the indoor spa area, including the pool and chill-out area. We both got massages from Tin, who was lovely and provided great advice for our next travel destination in Croatia

com do not justify how beautiful the hotel it. Is an old hotel but beautifully and well maintained. , the artistic painting in the passages and so much more is simply outstanding

The half-board option was very good value for money. Very short stroll to the bars (incl Crazy Daisy's which is literally a stones throw away) and Christmas market

As a returning guest it is always a pleasure to stay at the Kitzhof. I love the spa facilities, the rooms - comfortable beds and pleasant interior - the staff is awesome - and you are in the middle of the action

The service at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly. The restaurant's beautiful terrace is ideal for dining on warm summer nights. Our one-year-old daughter was immediately provided with a high chair.

We have been coming to Kitzuhel on and off for the past 10 years and every time we stayed was at Kitzhof. The staff, the facility and location ticks all the boxes. That place has a very special place at our hearts

I had a wonderful long weekend during the Snow Polo World Cup, staying once again in my preferred room category at the Kitzhof. The room was cozy and perfectly aligned with my personal taste

Spacious rooms. Clean. Big bathroom with a shower that works! Little French balcony. Tea making facility in room. Reasonable parking 3 mins away. Very central. Friendly staff. A great choice for central Vienna.

Location next to Opera House, close to many hot visiting spots in inner City. Breakfast is nice, can order freshly made egg items in addition to buffet items

The restaurant staff are cheerful and chatty, it is nice to have the same person all week - Simos was very obliging and lovely to talk to. He remembered our drink orders/preferences immediately

The rooms are warm but the window is easily left open if fresher/cooler air is desired. The food (buffet) is of a superb standard and there is always a huge range of choice

It’s a shame there’s no long green for beginners technique training, but on a positive note the slopes and lift system around the mountain side is well connected so even though it’s a small place, there’s adventures to be had

We have stayed at Kaiserfels for the last few years and 2026 did not disappoint! We spent the first week of Feb here with friends and family (8 in total)

The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, assisting with lift passes and also taxis as required. Rooms are very clean and have good storage, excellent showers and comfortable beds/pillows

The room was spacious considering we had an extra bed for our son. There were plenty of towels, two robes and slippers, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap

The hotel is new and very clean. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe, and the location is quite convenient, being very close to Metro Line 2. The daily room cleaning could use a bit of improvement though.

Truly a mountain oasis My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

Nice resort with a fantastic view over the lake. The spa, pool and garden were great and there was a paying golf course but didn't get a chance to use it

There are also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, plus a huge sauna area, so it’s very easy to relax and unwind. What stood out the most, though, was the friendly and attentive service

Its not really modern any more, curtain had holes, at the pool and sauna area i spotted mold as well as rust. The food was more or less average

Hotel was located in a good location (and also near the prater theme park), between two metro stations, room was spacious too and check in was simple! However, I wished we were able to stay in the room that had an opaque wall for the toilet

Just returned from the most wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. We decided to treat ourselves to a few luxury nights away and it was absolutely perfect

The outdoor pool is big enough to swim lengths but a highlight for us was being able to order an alcoholic drink in the bar and take it to the loungers in the indoor pool area and outdoor bubble pool

We stayed with a group of friends during the first Advent weekend of 2025. We booked the last two premium rooms and got lucky to get one of the rooms promoted to a suite

The other room was OK, though very simple for the price we paid, with no view, only two small skylight windows (IMHO the room should not be offered as a premium room)

Odd at first but once you realize how many places there are to eat it becomes less of an issue. It is clean has nice rooms and the service for everything else is excellent. The people are friendly and helpful too

Near City Hall and the Volksgarten park the hotel is walking distance to most major areas and if you aren't a walker you can hop on any public transportation with a pass you can purchase at the hotel

The location is close to the old town, not far from the Golden Roof, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station. The breakfast is rich in variety.

Das Edelweiss offers excellent wellness facilities and a very relaxing atmosphere overall. The pool areas are particularly impressive, with several beautifully maintained spaces to unwind

The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The outdoor pools are quite something

The 25-meter pool is a real highlight: perfectly clean, at a very comfortable temperature, and ideal both for proper swimming and relaxation even when snowing!

In general, the spa and pool facilities are clearly the hotel’s strongest features and are maintained in excellent condition. There are, however, several aspects that could be improved

The shower also had an occasional drain smell, and the bathroom overall could benefit from a bit more refinement in its finishes and details it starting to feel dated

The hotel address may be for people to walk to, and it is not possible to drive there. It is recommended that Ctrip add the address of the hotel, Naschmarkt No. 5, so that the car can reach it

My room type requires 10 steps of stairs, which is really difficult for me who has a sprained waist and has to carry a 20-inch suitcase. But here I have to praise the hotel waiter

Great Hotel in city center It's really great hotel. The bedroom were big and very clean. As to the location is in the center of Vienna it's a pleasant 15 minute walk into town or there is a tram at the end of the road
