Nice hotel that’s very well appointed and comfortable. Great value for a single room for 100  Euros. Location is a bit out of the way, though still very walkable to the old town where most tourist sites are located

The room was great, the staff were great, the transportation was convenient, but I would definitely stay here again in the future because it was safe and within walking distance of the main attractions

Breakfast was great! The front desk is very enthusiastic and will recommend city activities! The room has a kettle and tea bags! I haven't encountered this in other hotels in Vienna

Nice thing is it’s out of the realm of tourist feeling area. Would stay there again given the value for the money

Fabulous hotel with extremely comfortable rooms, a wonderful rooftop pool and sauna and a basement spa. The food and service are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful

But the cherry on the cake is having a swim in the top floor heated outdoor pool, surrounded by mountains covered in snow!

We had a weeks guided walking in the Austrian Tyrol which was an excellent experience. We were based at the Hotel Kristall in Leutasch. The hotel was adults only - very nice to get away from kiddies for a change

Superb Aduts Only hotel in Leutasch Valley which in winter is magical! The hotel has been modernised and offers excellent accommodation, exquisite Michelin star dinners and superb health facilities

A fantastic hotel, was well looked after & facilities were great, especially enjoyed the Infinity pool. Choice of food for all the meals, with breakfast being a help yourself well stocked buffet

Had a lovely 5 night stay with our adult children. It’s quite a big hotel but as everyone is out and about each day it didn’t feel too crowded. Roof pool gorgeous and would have loved an evening swim

Otherwise, the hotel staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the international breakfast is excellent

Breakfast offered a very good variety, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, and the location is quite convenient — within reach of the city center and easily accessible by public transportation

That said, the room itself was significantly smaller than expected. I had anticipated a queen-size bed, but the room came with a small single bed, which was a bit of a letdown in terms of comfort

Many thanks to the staff for taking care of my luggage the few days im away from Vienna. Apart from the trash bin lid that’s not working in the room, everything is in good condition

The ski hire shop next to the hotel was very handy & the huge lockers ( 2 for each room ) were impressive. Spa area is nice, with quite a large pool - didn't use any of the other facilities on offer

Even when daughters teddy and pj’s were lost in the laundry they were returned quickly with a cute note! Thank you. Also the ski resort itself is great, lovely slopes and very reasonable priced hot chocolate!

This hotel is worth every penny! From the moment you enter it is warm and friendly. Perfect location, amazing food and variety, rooms are lovely and spa is a bonus

My only very small criticism is the pillows and we had to ask for more which were still as lumpy but the mattress is great so doesn’t distract from 5 stars

Also, when I asked for a wake up call at 6am on departure day, I was advised there was no chance as reception doesn't open 'til 8. Minor constructive criticism as I had a great week & I would recommend

We were on our way from The Netherlands to Hungary and decided to make an overnight stop in the Austrian mountains. Just went and chose a four star hotel that appealed. We got a newly renovated room with new bathroom

The infinity pool is amazing and you can see the last part of the black slope coming down to the village. Great sunbathing loungers around the pool too

Despite a rocky start to our stay with the management, I can confidently say that this service has exceeded our expectations! It’s not an easy task to accommodate and satisfy a company of 13-15 people, but all of our needs were fulfilled with no trouble at all

On the mail street with shops and restaurants and bars and just 300m from the planai gondola. This was one of our best experiences in Austria and I am highly recommending it. Keep up doing the great work!

Swimming pool & jacuzzi were cooler than in previous years. Steam room not as hot or steamy as it should be. Apart from that this is an excellent hotel

Great hotel with fantastic amenities. Breakfast was great, the wellness spa was much nicer than I expected. My only complaint was the noise of the main square nearby, but the location was central so it made it worth it

The breakfast is modest, but the products are of good quality, it is clean, the bus to the center is a 5-minute walk away, but it doesn’t run often in the evening, there is a nasty Arab girl working at the reception, the hotel has been renovated, the interior, furniture, everything is new

The hotel is clean and neat. We had a quiet room with windows facing the yard. It is really quiet, no noise at all in the night. It is several minutes away from the Ubahn station, good connection.

Specious rooms equipped with everything you can possibly need. Sauna is amazing with four different rooms and conditions, chill-out room and the pool with water massage are a must to visit

My wife and I returned yesterday from a wonderful week in Serfaus at Hotel DreiSonnen. Everything was excellent , the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious

A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area

There is a lovely pool to keep the kids occupied and a great sauna/steamroom to help those weary legs. A huge selection for breakfast and great dinners including some Gala Dinners

Hi put our stay in hotel Royer to another level!

The hotel is very close to the lift up the mountain, where there is lot of activities to do. Their pool facilities are very good, lots of space, and not super overcrowded

Rooms were good, shower was good. Wi-Fi was in the room and fast. Food was perfect too. View was nice and so was the personal.

Mandatory to mention is the level and quality of the meals. If you do like Steak you will love this place. One of the family members is running the kitchen and it simply very well done

Have tested some 5 or 6 hotels in the area and the breakfast has been by far the best in this hotel. Majority of the rooms has been renovated this year with additional balconies

I visited during the off-season, so I can’t speak to how the value compares at busier times of year, but for my stay the value felt outstanding, especially since my room was unexpectedly upgraded upon arrival, which was such a lovely treat

It’s also extremely close to the metro, and most Uber rides to destinations within a 40-minute walk were around $10, which made getting around incredibly easy. Despite being so central, the area felt quiet and calm

The rooms are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The bed is on the firmer side but still comfortable. I appreciated the in-room Nespresso machine and tea, as well as the Le Labo bath products

It was quiet for us The hotel has a gym and a relaxation room in case you arrive earlier than check-in or leave later than check-out, but the entrance is by key so how to get there after check-out is unknown A little dirty carpet and there were black hairs on the bed

We stayed at Palais Rudolf as a family and honestly, it was one of those places that just feels right from the moment you walk in. The rooms are beautiful, full of character, and spotlessly kept

However, theoretically, a Salzburg transport card should be given to guests during their stay, but the front desk attendant didn't mention it and only asked me to register as a member

Aside from being a bit far from the train station, this was probably the most satisfying room on my European trip. It was very big and spacious, and I loved the purple theme

We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful little details, like the creative way the kiwi and passion fruit were cut to stand firmly, or the ingenious pins with room numbers attached to the housecoats—such a simple, but effective way to keep things organized! The spa and relaxation facilities were a true highlight

The ski lockers are great, and the location is perfect – just metres from the three lifts that take you straight to Panorama or up to the top of Schmittenhöhe. For snowboarders like us, that convenience is priceless

We stayed in the small room with a king bed, which I can only recommend a small room if you are traveling solo or do not bring more than 1 carry on. Managing our suitcases in the room was really tough

The bathroom was spacious enough although there is no shower door, only a half wall so you need to be careful not to get water all over the bathroom when you shower. The bathroom trash can is tiny

The fitness center has a lot more than we expected and was well equipped. Enjoyed the coffee shop and we ate breakfast one morning which was good

The swimming pool was a lovely and peaceful place to relax after time on the slopes. Our room offered beautiful views of the snow covered mountains, which made each morning feel very special

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The food is excellent every meal and afternoon tea. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The couple that own the Bergland are alway on hand

However, the menu did specify certain dishes were nut free and they certainty weren't! Location was great, very close to the town centre (1 min walk), free shuttle service to and from both rosshütte and gschwandtkopf slopes
