Pool clean and nice atmosphere. Children are allowed in the pool, but not all guests happy with this, so picking a quieter time or signs to say all welcome would be helpful to prevent the tutting

Unfortunately, some important information was missing: For example, we weren't informed that bathrobes and towels for the spa area had to be picked up at reception. We also weren't told the breakfast times

Our room had a balcony with a nice view too. The facilities in the hotel were also really clean, it was nice to have the pool and spa area to relax

Perfect winter break in Seefeld We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station

Perfection itself. All of the staff were so friendly and ready to help you at any moment. The location and cleaningness were top notch. Ready to come back for more days during winter!

There were signs at reception directing guests to find staff at the bar, only to find another sign directing them to reception. The spa areas are small, and the pools were chilly

It is not at all flash or aimed at the Gucci/Rolex brigade, but if you want style and quality this place is faultless. They undersell themselves which sums the place up

This is without doubt, the most stylish, cool hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived late and they could not have been more professional and accommodating

Oh, and the predominantly female staff are just the best

There were limited loungers and seating areas. Room cleaning was basic at best, which was disappointing given the price point. The food was high quality, but the options were limited

Reception was closed for large parts of the day, and the bar and lounge area were often empty

The breakfast did not have a wide variety of choice but what they had was more than enough and we loved it. The pool was warm enough and the Finnish sauna was perfect

The boot room was more than big enough for all the guests that stayed the 6 days we were there. The location must be the best in town ! We would def recommend this hotel ! We will be back)

We loved the double bed, mattress was really comfortable ! We were greeted every day by friendly staff and found them helpful with all our requests

We asked them to stop this and it then carried on at night until past midnight. We again spoke to reception and it was great for 2 days. Although if you laid on your bed after skiing you could hear it during the day

Friendly staff and excellent location for skiing. However we were are room 221 which is directly over the laundry which they were running from 6am so difficult to have a lie in from this time

Then it started up again early in the mornings. Really frustrating! The room is also fairly small and dark (you can’t actually see in the wardrobe with the layout)

We had a superb stay here in February half term. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a mountain view at the rear of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed the good food on offer at both dinner and breakfast

We were half-board, and the food was great - a massive buffet breakfast every morning, including freshly-cooked omlettes, cereals, pastries and breads, meats, cheese, a range of juices, teas, fancy coffee machine - and the owner's home-made granola (which was delicious!) Evening meals had a fresh salad bar, soups, cheeses - plus a choice of 3 mains (one meat, one fish, one veggie), and the house...

The food is excellent, the service is really top, very friendly (especially Ivo !) We come back here for many years alreay for the food en the service! Everything is very clean also, real good value for money! We thanjk Roland and his wife for their friendly and warm welcome

Just back from a week's skiing with my daughter in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Hotel Barbarahof was delightful - lovely cosy-but-large room, with exceptionally comfy beds. The room was warm with fluffy duvets

The salad buffet was changing every day and the quality was very good. The options for dinner were fun and creative and again of great quality. Every member of the team was lovely and accommodating

The free ski shuttle was also a lovely addition. Overall the hotel was very taken care of and very generous in terms of extras (the apres ski on Thursday’s was such a lovely and surprising touch)

(Breakfast, Dinner, Bar, Reception, Spa, Shuttle staff) The shuttle service to the hill and town was great and accommodating. They had everything you could think of. So good that you probably never had to have lunch

I'm sure the big view pool is a massive draw but that's full of screaming kids by late afternoon, even out of school holidays, otherwise a disappointing and expensive experience

On subsequent mornings they had various dairy free cakes available for her. One piece of feedback for the hotel is to have vegan pastries on offer permanently. The pool is glorious - absolutely amazing views

I had two spa treatments (facial/massage) which were soooo good

Luckily the weather was fab because if you have wet clothing there is no-where to dry it, the room is heated by boxed in radiators and cooled by opening the windows! There is a handheld shower, which was so tight to the wall it's impossible to stand underneath unless you hold it

Staff very friendly and helpful, room is good, though there was a sewer smell in the bathroom and sauna, some maintenance could be done here and there, especially the pool, but overall good impression of the hotel 👍

The heated outdoor pool and sauna were spotless

The most amazing breakfast (everything under the sun) was served in the hotel 5 minutes walk downhill, where you could keep your skis. The staff went over and beyond and were friendly, helpful and welcoming

Sonnblick is a really lovely hotel that ticks all the boxes. Modern and traditional, the rooms are very comfortable with luxury shower rooms. Location is superb, just 3-4 minutes walk from main lift

We stayed in the Sonnblick apartments up the road from the hotel. Fabulously equipped and extremely roomy and comfortable

The main lift has excellent ski-locker facilities. The hotel team are delightful with particular mention to Livia and Tommy the barman

A heated pool, a spa with 4-5 different saunas, all perfectly maintained and spotless. The town is stunning! Full of attractions, biking trails, cable cars, a lovely park for kids, and fun activities in the mountains

We came across this hotel completely by chance. I was looking for a place with a flexible cancellation policy, a pool, and breakfast included – and it seemed nice

We have been staying at Altepost every year for around 20 years and would not stay anywhere else in Grossarl. When you stay here you are warmly welcomed and feel part of the Altepost family which is important to us

We would thoroughly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit

They laugh and joke with guests and make us feel at home. Our toddler can be super loud sometimes but they joke with him and one doesn't feel uneasy. He has even fallen in love with one of the waitresses

What we discovered was simply perfect! A very large and spacious room, unbelievably clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff is incredibly welcoming, everyone is exceptionally friendly

I’m hesitant to write this because I want to keep this hotel as my little secret but that would be fair because Hotel Felsenhof gave us the best holiday we’ve ever had as a family so far! I genuinely cannot fault this hotel or their staff

For the third year in a row, we enjoyed a lovely family vacation with small children at Felsenhof in Flachau! From the warm welcome and throughout our entire stay, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff and the accommodation

We especially appreciate how easy everything is made for families thanks to the many child-friendly facilities: kids’ club, pick-up service to and from the slopes, special dining arrangements, access to playrooms, and much more

The night before checking out we put our requests in to visit again next year. The family travelling with us did the same. Between us we had four kids: 2 y/o, 4 y/o, 4 y/o, 5 y/o

The hotel features a heated indoor pool, a heated indoor children’s pool, and a heated outdoor pool with breathtaking views. There are plenty of activities for young children, even for the very little ones

There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and it was very clean. The bathroom doesn't do much to mask any sounds, so if you're not at that level yet with your partner, it's something to consider

Room felt like small apartment. Excellent restaurant for dinner very near hotel. Jazz music in common areas could be improved. Would benefit from non vocal additions. All staff had adequate English

This hotel is an art deco gem with fantastic, friendly vibes. We booked the Ideale Plus Deluxe Double Room and it was charming, spacious, and comfortable. The pillows are like sleeping on a cloud

The thing that irked me about this place is that the best four tables in the house, located in the four corners of the room were reserved every night, all night, with nobody ever sitting at them

I got the impression that the staff's friends come often and they keep seats open in case they happen to pass by. They force you to sit at the bar while these four tables sit empty all night

I stayed here for one night in a single room with a shared bathroom. I was arriving to Schruns late and wanted a hotel that was walking distance from the train station since I wasn't sure there would be taxis

The hotel has good facilities with nice outdoor swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, which has an outdoor part as well

Service in the restaurant in the evening was a bit slow. The hotel is walking distance to the lake Walchsee which is great. Overall we enjoyed staying here for a couple of days, good food, great location, great pools

We have enjoyed some wonderful days surrounded by spectacular landscape and nature. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its service, always willing to give the best so that customers can enjoy it

I can't thank him enough! I made it through without a single allergen incident 🥳 The rooms are nice and equipped - the only negative comment would be the lack of an electric kettle

We went there recently for a weekend company gathering and I am pleasantly surprised with the amenities offered at this hotel. The highlight for me was the sensitivity shown for food allergies

Great value with a nice spa/sauna/pool area. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but nothing special. Rooms were large and comfy, even though it's a bit strange to have 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and one with sink/shower

Excellent Stay in Mayrhofen – Highly Recommended! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re planning a trip to the Zillertal valley, this is a perfect choice

Location & Logistics The hotel is perfectly situated on the main road leading directly to the center of Mayrhofen. • Parking: Free parking is provided for guests, which is a huge plus

• Ski Bus: There is a ski bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, making it very easy to get to the lifts. • Ski Facilities: The ski room is excellent—highly organized and secure (accessed via your room card)

The halfmoon board is a dream. Starting with a detailed breakfast that leaves almost nothing to be desired. Super tasty bread, fresh egg dishes, delicious coffee specialties with mega milk foam and lots of treats

This is truly a place called heaven - it is simply stunning, superb architecture, and beautiful interior design in a perfect location - and all of the team were just amazing 🤍⛷️😎

A private whirlpool on the terrace and an attached fully mirrored sauna are an absolute dream. Always the mountains directly in view :) The little house has everything you need and even more

We had a wonderful week at the VAYA Post. Beautiful well appointed room with a Mountain View, such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed half board and breakfast and dinner were yummy

We stayed as a big family with kids in 2 different rooms. Our stay I can describe as one of the best trips ever. The Hotel was immaculate, staff was super friendly, everything was clean and nice

Hotel was a lovely outdoor pool, saunas, which we used daily after skiing. Our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Location was superb, ski lifts (3) all few meters away, supermarket just outside the hotel

Fabulous bar in the centre of town. Nice variety of drinks including cocktails beers wines etc. definitely recommend the ~€9 Hugo and/or limoncello spritzers. Free crisps provided with drinks was a nice touch

But the apartment was lovely nonetheless. The location of the hotel is fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. We will definitely will go back

Great location to the St Stephens Cathedral area of town. Very clean hotel and great staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big and nice and clean. It’s the oldest hotel in Vienna!

My one complaint about the tub was more for my traveling companion, who was 79 years old and who had the room next to mine. While I found the tub luxurious, she found it anxiety inducing

I found out the next day that my headboard was against the elevator wall, and I could hear every movement of the elevator from 6:30 a. when breakfast started, and throughout the day

While there is room to sit and swing your legs over, the height of the tub was such that she had to slide off onto the floor and hope the mat didn't slip beneath her feet

We had the 3/4 gourmet board with good variety of food but I think it will be nice if a soup will be offered at the after ski buffet

Everything was perfect, from rooms to swimming pools, and from ski storage to kids play area. Except the evening meal serving speed can be a bit quicker, because we have young kids

Very cosy Austrian hotel traditional and modern in the same time, close to the Alpendorf ski gondola. Friendly people all over the hotel and I would like especially to highlight the team serving at the Mozartstube

Rooms are well kept with smart TV and radio channels in the shower. We had rooms 114 and 115 with excellent views of the mountains and the valley. My teenagers loved the vast play area

Spa area was very tidy and relaxing, perhaps the water in the hot tub should be slightly warmer. I would recommend to book a massage session as well. amazing after a day on the slopes

and a plus for everyone: live music by "Strangers". I would like to return to this hotel for our ski holidays in the future

While we were being checked in, we were invited to sit in the restaurant and offered a welcome drink — a very nice start to our stay. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making you feel truly at home

The room was quite spacious and featured a separate walk-in wardrobe, which was especially convenient for ski clothing and equipment. We had half board and never regretted it. The Christmas breakfast on 24

The ski rental is located in the neighboring building, right next to the hotel. There is also a bus stop nearby, with buses running every 15 minutes to the ski lift. The journey takes about 20–25 minutes

On the other days, breakfast was a bit more modest, and we missed hot dishes, especially sausages. After returning from skiing, it was very pleasant to enjoy a tasty soup and a large selection of cakes

The hotel is also close to bus stops where you can get transport to the Glacier or Schlick 2000 easily. I love this hotel and always look forward to my stay each year. I can’t wait to return in 2027

In the evening, starting from 6:30 pm, dinner was served at the level of a very good restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes. The main course had to be selected in the morning

Our stay at Das Post Hotel was absolutely wonderful – we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

After skiing, a spa to unwind. However, what makes a great hotel is the staff, Jasmine and Reyhaneh were superb and Ifer also. In fact, you should be proud of all of your staff, it really made our trip the best

The breakfast was exceptional, everything one needed, and more. We all spoke highly of this and the staff in the morning. The location was perfect for skiing, close to the slopes or the train for alternatives

The highlight of every evening was for us definitely the spa – we made sure to unwind there every night, and it was the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes

Overall this is an excellent hotel. The location is great if you want places to eat, shops nearby and the ski slopes a short walk or bus away. The rooms are a generous size, clean and relatively well equipped over all

Lots of nice detail in the furnishings, everything needed in the room, lots of places to sit and hang out inside and outside, good food, great bread, very friendly staff, great recommendations for activities, nice pool.

We have come during the summer as well which is equally exceptional. Without a doubt, this is a five-star experience (would give more if I could). We can’t recommend it enough and will surely return many more times

Great location by the bridge to the chair lifts. Good ski store in the basement too. The breakfast and dinner options are extensive. All food cooked to a high standard. The rooms are all well looked after and spacious
