5 stars all way! Staff - Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast - Exceptional and not to be missed. Plenty of variety whatever your requirements (6. 30am-10am) Rooms - As described, spacious and comfortable

Location is around a 40 minute walk to the centre but we preferred this as to you get to see the outskirts, it’s a scenic walk and around 20 minutes into it you come across the Naschmarkt which is worth seeing! Breakfast has all you need, hot drinks, eggs, bacon, breads, cakes, meats, cereals and yogurt etc

Room was on level 5! Room 512 and was spacious and clean! I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room as there isn’t one but everything else is fine, has a very good hairdryer and a powerful and hot shower

The staff was very nice and pleasant, they changed for free our room from medium to large since we were with a toddler. Also they invited us for free coffee even though we didn’t stay for breakfast

bar seemed to open more towards the evening/night. Nearest shop/supermarket is around a 10 minute walk which shuts 8pm and the receptionist can help tell you the directions

Lovely amenities in the room Gym/Sauna - Gym is good, small, but ample of equipment for a good workout. Was there 6 days and the only person ever in there (9am-10pm)

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, beautiful view, great hikes. Amazing vegan menu (super vegan friendly!). Great 20M outdoor pool for swimmers. Welcoming staff.

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

I booked this room for a my cousin and his family visiting from India. They loved the location and the property. All together it was a lovely experience Said my cousin

There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience

So the Picasso artworks one can see in the hotel facilities are indeed original Picasso masterpieces. Will definitely recommend Astoria to anyone who looks for a relaxing holiday with alpine luxury

We are just back in Sweden having spent out fourth visit in one year in Cesta Grand, and we can just state that this is the BEST hotel we ever stayed in, and trust me, travelling is our life! Some reasons why we keep on coming back to Cesta Grand: The ambiance in the Austrian alps situated in the calm and stunningly beautiful Bad bruck

We as a family of three just returned from this hotel and the hospitality was great, this is mainly due to the hotel manager David Messina, he is really caring about every guest at the hotel and try his best to make every guest happy and comfortable

Because the season in Bad Gastein was near to the end of winter times, hotel was not full. So it was so nice to relax at pool and spa, where was " nobody". We had room with balcony - I am reccommending

So I wanted to use also radon water. But water in pool is deradonised. Maybe - could be also in hotel also radon baths. And infopoint about the places, where You can use radon therapy in Bad Gastein

Many hotels has breakfast and check out only to 10am. So that was the biggest advantage for us. Hotel has thermal water in pool, so You dont need to spend money at public Therme

All was very clean and perfect. Breakfast was very rich, and - because we like to sleep:-), perfect is, that breakfasts are untill 11. 00 ! Even if you come late to breakfast - nothing was missing

The hotel has good facilities with nice outdoor swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, which has an outdoor part as well

Service in the restaurant in the evening was a bit slow. The hotel is walking distance to the lake Walchsee which is great. Overall we enjoyed staying here for a couple of days, good food, great location, great pools

We have enjoyed some wonderful days surrounded by spectacular landscape and nature. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its service, always willing to give the best so that customers can enjoy it

We went there recently for a weekend company gathering and I am pleasantly surprised with the amenities offered at this hotel. The highlight for me was the sensitivity shown for food allergies

There is a Metro station very close to otel by using this metro, you can go anywhere and you can come from the airport by only using one metro. The location is almost perfect. You’re near the Belvedere Palace

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away

The chicken dish was splendid. And our waitress spoke English which is brilliant for me, as a non-German speaker. The restaurant is cosy, relaxed, especially at the back tables. It feels old school and sheer perfection

We had a very good dinner at the restaurant this evening. The Wiener schnitzel was delicious. The service from Riccardo and the other staff was also excellent.

I normally like the chili flakes in my risotto so I asked for them - I was given chili oil instead and it was super hot 😅😅

Also: they do wonderful takeout meals. I was extremely sick and had meals from here. The mash potato is one in a million!

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes

Super vegan lunch food with 4* hotel flair. Absolutely worth its price. Personell was very polite, cooperative and open minded. The outdoor area is located to the hotel entrance and has sunny hours during the lunchtime.

Lake Wörthersee, about 15 kilometers away, is beautiful with crystal-clear water

Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings)

Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around

Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt

Very close to the train station, but there was hair on the bed, haha. So close, haha.

They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!

It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints

Rooms are pretty standard, but the place is clean and very friendly. They have a kitchen party once a week, and the owners are hands on involved in running the place, not remote and counting the profits, nice touch

Flew to Salzburg and then 1 1/2 hour bus transfer. We eventually got to the hotel and checked in via a pleasant team on the reception desk. We took our bags to the room and went for dinner

If you want a hotel to accommodate both then do not hesitate to book. The hotel is located directly next to the bus stop which can transfer you to Ski lifts. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic

Breakfast options in particular were numerous and extremely good - fantastic range of tea, coffee, juice, hot and cold items including cereals, meat, cheese, fish, salads, etc as well as made to order omelettes and eggs or pancakes

We were quite disappointed with the size of the room and after dinner had a chat with reception. They were so kind and with the help of the Crystal rep Sophie we were moved the next day

We were served by the wonderful Ramona who really looked after us. We were seated in a very sociable area and chatted with fellow guests for hours. The kitchen party was great fun introducing the staff to guests

The familly atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic - even the hotel is big, you can feel the personal touch of the stuff. I love as well, that the owner was always around and spend some time with us

The wellness area is fantastic, with expansive indoor and outdoor thermal pools, numerous saunas, hammams, and a serene atmosphere. While massages are available, they are quite expensive - up to €75 for just 20 minutes

Of the numerous and attractive swimming pools, steam rooms, saunas, and outdoor spaces to relax, and SPA treatments is useless to talk about it because only experience can give a measure of how high

I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels

We chose the location for multiple reasons: centrally located, next to our favorite breakfast spot, near the royal palace where we had a ball to go to, the opera, metro station, high end shops, pretty much everything was walking distance in this walkable city

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle

For adults, the spa is a very nice addition: there are several saunas of various temperatures, a steam room, many relaxing areas, a whirlpool and a small infinity pool with jacuzzi features

We made an external reservation for a breakfast and weren’t disappointed at all, amazing food choices (including possibility to make your own waffles 🧇 or to have Kaiserschmarrn for breakfast 😍) and great energy of the place!

Family-driven hotel, perefect location, excellent and delicious food. Spa center and saunas are well maintaned, there are lot of options for kids and adults. Several sauna rooms, rest rooms, external pool with jakuzzi

That staff went above and beyond in terms of service. They have lots for kids to do from go-karts to a soft-play area. Possibly my best summer holiday yet. If you have the chance, it would be a mistake not to come here

Rooms however may require an upgrade with new bed/furniture to look more modern. The sofa in our room was worn and not clean. The mattress was worn as well, so the sleep quality was not up to expectations

The surrounding area we initially were a little wary of as it seemed a bit off the beaten track and in a more residential area but it took us no time to reach anywhere important and is a very short walk to the main train station and the theme park

We stayed this weekend with the family (10/12 January 2025), me, my wife and our daughters. What can I say, a beautiful hotel. In the center, but not on a busy street, with one metro stop you are at the cathedral

very accessible to public transport. lagenfeldgasse U4 and U6 Niederhoffestrasse staff are ok with good service. It was very close to some landmarks including Belverdere Palace and Schonbrunn

Maybe you can add more guard in the receptionist area since outside people may enter the hotel area too. Breakfast buffet is also clean and quite delicious

Not far from the Palace of Beauty and the market of Nash and the church of Karl There is a billa supermarket and restaurants nearby and there is a lot of Chinese food on the road leading to the u4 metro station

Walk half an hour to the city center church. Vienna is still quite suitable for a slow stroll

This is just how a great hotel should be. All the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us, there was always plenty of staff on reception to help with anything you needed and the hotel never felt busy

SPA and pool were such a delight after each skiing day. The rooms (well suites in fact) were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The house kipping ladies were so cute too

My most recent stay in Vienna at NH Wien City was fully in line with the positive experiences I’ve had with this hotel chain. What stood out this time was the very spacious room, which had an apartment-like feel

If you plan to go early, before breakfast time, ask the day before for a meal and they will prepare it for you (24 hours). Ask for a card at the reception and the address to give to the taxi (is on it)

The service was excellent. Elena was very attentive and recommended the hotel's sauna. Just wait half an hour for it to reach the desired temperature, and then you can relax.

The city center (1st district) can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and Stephansplatz is only 3 subway stops away. As always, everything was perfect!

Sometimes I can hear the sound of trains, but the scenery at the station is nice and the sound doesn’t affect my life too much. Great location! It won’t be dangerous to walk around the area by yourself

You can walk to the station/Mirabell Palace Gardens. The hotel restaurant next to it seems to have good reviews and there are many people queuing. In addition, there are many restaurants to choose from nearby
