Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, beautiful view, great hikes. Amazing vegan menu (super vegan friendly!). Great 20M outdoor pool for swimmers. Welcoming staff.

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

I booked this room for a my cousin and his family visiting from India. They loved the location and the property. All together it was a lovely experience Said my cousin

There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience

So the Picasso artworks one can see in the hotel facilities are indeed original Picasso masterpieces. Will definitely recommend Astoria to anyone who looks for a relaxing holiday with alpine luxury

Location is around a 40 minute walk to the centre but we preferred this as to you get to see the outskirts, it’s a scenic walk and around 20 minutes into it you come across the Naschmarkt which is worth seeing! Breakfast has all you need, hot drinks, eggs, bacon, breads, cakes, meats, cereals and yogurt etc

Room was on level 5! Room 512 and was spacious and clean! I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room as there isn’t one but everything else is fine, has a very good hairdryer and a powerful and hot shower

The staff was very nice and pleasant, they changed for free our room from medium to large since we were with a toddler. Also they invited us for free coffee even though we didn’t stay for breakfast

bar seemed to open more towards the evening/night. Nearest shop/supermarket is around a 10 minute walk which shuts 8pm and the receptionist can help tell you the directions

Lovely amenities in the room Gym/Sauna - Gym is good, small, but ample of equipment for a good workout. Was there 6 days and the only person ever in there (9am-10pm)

We are just back in Sweden having spent out fourth visit in one year in Cesta Grand, and we can just state that this is the BEST hotel we ever stayed in, and trust me, travelling is our life! Some reasons why we keep on coming back to Cesta Grand: The ambiance in the Austrian alps situated in the calm and stunningly beautiful Bad bruck

We as a family of three just returned from this hotel and the hospitality was great, this is mainly due to the hotel manager David Messina, he is really caring about every guest at the hotel and try his best to make every guest happy and comfortable

Because the season in Bad Gastein was near to the end of winter times, hotel was not full. So it was so nice to relax at pool and spa, where was " nobody". We had room with balcony - I am reccommending

So I wanted to use also radon water. But water in pool is deradonised. Maybe - could be also in hotel also radon baths. And infopoint about the places, where You can use radon therapy in Bad Gastein

Many hotels has breakfast and check out only to 10am. So that was the biggest advantage for us. Hotel has thermal water in pool, so You dont need to spend money at public Therme

All was very clean and perfect. Breakfast was very rich, and - because we like to sleep:-), perfect is, that breakfasts are untill 11. 00 ! Even if you come late to breakfast - nothing was missing

The buffet breakfast and the cocktail bar were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were really great for the whole family. Overall a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel

I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards

We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis

It’s a bit far from the town - you need to drive. The hotel is amazing - lovely family spa, great sauna area. Amazing service and tasty breakfast

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was sparkling white – perfect for selfies! The facilities were comprehensive; my only minor complaint was that the hairdryer wasn't very powerful, but everything else was outstanding

Location of hotel was easy to find and very near the U-Bahn station. However, the station has no elevator/escalator, so you have to bring your luggage up and down the stairs. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple

There are multiple entry and exit points so do see which is nearer to your door; we mostly used the 2nd elevator nearer to the mall. Room is cosy and spacious; fits luggages very comfortably with space to spare

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location, just a few minutes walk to metro station, and 15-20 minutes’s walk to Westbanhof, and next to Lugner City shopping mall

This hotel has a lot of personality which makes it super memorable. There were many options to choose from at the breakfast buffet and the rooms were tidy and well-equipped!

The hotel was a home away from home, with a 24-hour front desk and friendly and courteous staff. The hotel also had a 24-hour bar service, and the cocktails were delicious

I didn't use the breakfast service. The location is a bit far from Vienna, but you can reach the tourist attractions in about 30 minutes by train, making it perfect for those looking for an affordable stay

The staff were very helpful, even giving us directions from the hotel to tourist attractions. The hairdryer provided worked perfectly fine, so there's no need to bring one from Japan

There was also a complimentary juice and snack in the fridge. The location is excellent, with the nearest station just a 1-minute walk away. The room lighting was a bit dim, which might bother some people

Security was not an issue at all, making it perfectly suitable for solo female travelers or girls' trips. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and we had no problems walking back after dark

There is a Metro station very close to otel by using this metro, you can go anywhere and you can come from the airport by only using one metro. The location is almost perfect. You’re near the Belvedere Palace

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away

Located right in the city center, Gasthof Goldener Adler already impresses with its historic atmosphere from the outside

Restaurant Goldener Adler in Innsbruck is a great place to eat. The food is delicious, especially the Viennese schnitzel, which is very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The beer and drinks are also very good

Breakfast offers a limited variety of options, but it does provide a fresh orange juice machine. The elevator is single-room, and the single room is quite small.

To our surprise, the staff thoughtfully served it already divided into two plates, with beautiful presentation on each — a small but meaningful gesture that immediately made us feel well taken care of

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office

There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible

We have been guests at the Arcotel for almost a year. The lobby, breakfast area, and terrace have been renovated in a contemporary style. The rooms (we stayed in room 705) are in dire need of renovation

I would really recommend a major renovation. For example, the carpet in the room is honestly disgusting! Hopefully It will be renovated soon

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes

Super vegan lunch food with 4* hotel flair. Absolutely worth its price. Personell was very polite, cooperative and open minded. The outdoor area is located to the hotel entrance and has sunny hours during the lunchtime.

extraordinarily good food and for all tastes. very clean spa area, small but warm and very clean rooms and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel. the twins who served us were very nice and charismatic.

The spa area is nice, with 2 saunas, an infrared cabine and a steam bath (nude area) and a swimming pool (with swim wear). Recommended for your winter sport holiday (and it's probably just as nice in summer too)

Fantastic hotel bar with two super friendly and talented bartenders. Decent pizza place with a warm cozy vibe connected to hotel. Mountain is walking distance and historic zell am see is a quick train ride

Absolutely perfect hotel for Zell am See. 4 min walk to the AreitXpress ski lift. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Amazing food, especially the 'Michelin star' quality special Christmas dinner

All meals were fantastic, numerous breakfast options, snacks offered between 3-5pm, which is a nice touch for half board, all suppers were first class. Excellent house wines, only €4 per glass

The prices of alcoholic drinks are ok but don't miss the fun at the outdoor bar opposite the hotel. All in all for a group of 6 adults and 3 children who came to ski we are really satisfied

Rooms are pretty standard, but the place is clean and very friendly. They have a kitchen party once a week, and the owners are hands on involved in running the place, not remote and counting the profits, nice touch

Flew to Salzburg and then 1 1/2 hour bus transfer. We eventually got to the hotel and checked in via a pleasant team on the reception desk. We took our bags to the room and went for dinner

If you want a hotel to accommodate both then do not hesitate to book. The hotel is located directly next to the bus stop which can transfer you to Ski lifts. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic

We chose the location for multiple reasons: centrally located, next to our favorite breakfast spot, near the royal palace where we had a ball to go to, the opera, metro station, high end shops, pretty much everything was walking distance in this walkable city

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle

The surrounding area we initially were a little wary of as it seemed a bit off the beaten track and in a more residential area but it took us no time to reach anywhere important and is a very short walk to the main train station and the theme park

We stayed this weekend with the family (10/12 January 2025), me, my wife and our daughters. What can I say, a beautiful hotel. In the center, but not on a busy street, with one metro stop you are at the cathedral

very accessible to public transport. lagenfeldgasse U4 and U6 Niederhoffestrasse staff are ok with good service. It was very close to some landmarks including Belverdere Palace and Schonbrunn

We had room 323 which was a very quiet room right next to the river. Value for money was overall very good with a great half board with ample of choices during the buffet breakfast and dinner

Not far from the Palace of Beauty and the market of Nash and the church of Karl There is a billa supermarket and restaurants nearby and there is a lot of Chinese food on the road leading to the u4 metro station

Walk half an hour to the city center church. Vienna is still quite suitable for a slow stroll
