Location. Scenery. Beautiful village. People so friendly. The hotel cannot be faulted. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Excellent spa. Superb food. Hope to be back soon!!!n

A good place. At first we had a bit of a problem with the reservation, but everything was fine. There are fake photos in the ad, there is only one pool and there are several.

I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The pool is small but enjoyable

It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon

A beautiful setting. Breakfast was great. All the team helpful, friendly and polite.Very competitive pricing. Been many times and I'm sure we'll visit again.

Sauna and pool are also very nice: There are 2 sauna's, one steam sauna and 2 relaxing area's and towels, water and ice is provided. We will definitely return to this hotel!

A good hotel with excellent facilities such as swimming pool and sauna. Good breakfast buffet. Be early if you partake in the dinner buffet. A bit big and thus less of a personal approach, but very professional staff.

Perfect hotel for a ski trip / amazing food AMAZING hotel for a sk-trip! We chose this hotel because of the good review about the food and they were right that the food is absolutely amazing! Also they work with a system in the restaurant that you have your own assigned table for the entire trip, which is very convenient (no waiting times)

From the rooms to the constantly changing theme kitchen and the very attentive staff, everything is just right. We can recommend this hotel 100% and are already planning our next holiday over Christmas

The bill of your additional items (such as wine) is ready on your table in the morning. The hotel is located a couple hundred meters from 2 ski-lifts with pistes that allow access to entire Heuberg

Friendly family run hotel, great views of the mountains, free parking, free kids club and very delicious food - delicious evening buffet. Drink the tap water too - better than mineral water

The views from the vast rooms are incredible, looking out over the Austrian peaks with skiers and boarders one side, and the sleepy village of Lermoos the other. An absolutely wonderful place in the world

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Post Hotel Lermoos and truly enjoyed every single moment. The hotel is fantastic in every way – beautifully maintained, elegant, and very welcoming

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this great 4 stars S hotel during the second week of July 2025. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. Our suite was facing the high mountains (Zugspitze and another one)

Very few resorts (including 5 stars ones) have such a breakfast buffet. And to top it, they have a well-appointed terrace facing the mountains where we had breakfast

The service and the food was wonderful. Especially breakfast buffet which had almost everything one desires including all kinds of berries and also cherries

We sincerely hope to come back again next year! Highly recommended for families and for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and genuine hospitality

Definitely love this vintage hotel. Room is nice, cozy and space is enough. There is swim pool, sauna and resting area. And I love the most is the breakfast, is so nice and the restaurant is so nice too

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again

Polite personnel, great service, nice pool and sauna, and the best lasagna I've tasted in their restaurant. For the good days there is also a nice back garden for lunch, dinner or just an afternoon beer.

Our room was facing the main road but there are no noises coming in. The noise camcellation is good! The room is spacious and classy! The parking is easy and it ia 15 Euros per night

I enjoyed my stay. It’s a nice hotel. It’s nothing exceptional, but it’s a well maintained hotel with good service. The “spa” made it worth it. Indoor pool, sauna, small fitness room.

If you are a beer lover and love to travel this Hotel-Craft Pub-Restaurant is the perfect place for you. Very friendly staff, on-site parking and a beautiful indoor terrace make this a paradise in the middle of the city

Possibly the quietest hotel I have stayed in, absolutely no street noise of other guest noise. Nice large spacious room and large bathroom too.All made for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel, the staff is perfect, beautiful summer garden. The rooms are big and spacious with a high ceilings, breakfast is very nice, but there would need to be some variation of food selection during weekdays

And it turned out to be great! Quiet location with a tram stop right outside and six minutes walk to the U3 and U6 (so basically 10-15 minutes to Stephansplatz)

Super helpful staff (shout out to Michaela; sorry again about leaving the door open, and also to the housekeepers and maintenance man who fixed the safe). Large family room with kitchen and table and chairs; comfy beds

This hotel really rocks!! perfect location to walk into the all major tourist spots and breakfast was best ever I had in Austria and Germany, especially lady who was serving us for coffee was really kind and great in terms of taking care of customers! only disadvantage was the absence of inhouse parking but they provided the discount ticket so we paid only 26 euro per day (40 euro per day at Mirabel...

The staff were very friendly and spoke clear English. They also provided maps with directions to each tourist attraction and other fun activities. The room was quiet and facing inward (not directly on the main road)

The downstairs facilities are very complete, including a Western restaurant, a Chinese restaurant (Wenzhou cuisine), a sushi restaurant, and several souvenir shops selling chocolates, clothing, etc

What an exquisite hotel in central location. So much history with this hotel. The Staff all went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and great information on places to visit etc

Breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly, Mirabell Garden is just a minute away, and there are trams and buses that stop in front of the accommodation, so it's great.

The hotel is perfectly located across from Mirabell Gardens, separated by a 50-meter road. Transportation is very convenient, and a bus stop is just 20-30 meters away

The front bar is a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Our room was in the front but we found the road noise to be tolerable. The town of Kitzbuhel is captivating and provided enough to do when not skiing

We had an issue in that we had paid for a room with a balcony but were given a room without one. We pointed this out after a couple of days and they were so apologetic and made a room with a balcony available immediately

A wonderful hotel experience! We stayed four nights and enjoyed our time immensely. A short walk to the gondola, about 7-8 minutes, and only 2-3 minutes to many local restaurants and shops

The hotel restaurant was fabulous (we did the half board), including the service. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home

The common area was very nice and cozy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The biggest negative was having a room on the front, it was very noisy with road traffic

Fabulous hotel with extremely comfortable rooms, a wonderful rooftop pool and sauna and a basement spa. The food and service are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful

But the cherry on the cake is having a swim in the top floor heated outdoor pool, surrounded by mountains covered in snow!

We had a weeks guided walking in the Austrian Tyrol which was an excellent experience. We were based at the Hotel Kristall in Leutasch. The hotel was adults only - very nice to get away from kiddies for a change

Superb Aduts Only hotel in Leutasch Valley which in winter is magical! The hotel has been modernised and offers excellent accommodation, exquisite Michelin star dinners and superb health facilities

A fantastic hotel, was well looked after & facilities were great, especially enjoyed the Infinity pool. Choice of food for all the meals, with breakfast being a help yourself well stocked buffet

Had a lovely 5 night stay with our adult children. It’s quite a big hotel but as everyone is out and about each day it didn’t feel too crowded. Roof pool gorgeous and would have loved an evening swim

It is a bit far from downtown Linz. The room is spacious and clean, but it is a bit cold. There was a small heater that I used, and it was very powerful. The bathroom drainage is poor. There are absolutely no amenities

There isn't even a refrigerator or kettle in the room

Good hotel, it has got plenty of parking outside, it looks a little bit sad on the exterior but the rooms feels comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees

One week stay here with a large group. Not much to complain about this hotel. Good big rooms, albeit a bit small bathroom in comparison. Good restaurant for our half board; lovely breakfast with plenty of choice

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week in January for skiing. Staff were happy and polite at all times and were so helpful. A great way to end a day skiing. Ski bus stop right outside so couldnt be better

Fantastic hotel, the food is very good and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The frequent ski bus to either Galtur or Ishgl stops at the boot room door. Can't fault anything about this hotel

Dinner choice between 2 options. Right in front of a busstop that runs regularly to the slopes. One tip: when you need to charge your electric vehicle don't do it at the neighbouring Vaya hotel

Apart from the bloody expensive charger that hotel charges you additionally 29 euros for using it

The ski hire shop next to the hotel was very handy & the huge lockers ( 2 for each room ) were impressive. Spa area is nice, with quite a large pool - didn't use any of the other facilities on offer

Even when daughters teddy and pj’s were lost in the laundry they were returned quickly with a cute note! Thank you. Also the ski resort itself is great, lovely slopes and very reasonable priced hot chocolate!

This hotel is worth every penny! From the moment you enter it is warm and friendly. Perfect location, amazing food and variety, rooms are lovely and spa is a bonus

My only very small criticism is the pillows and we had to ask for more which were still as lumpy but the mattress is great so doesn’t distract from 5 stars

Also, when I asked for a wake up call at 6am on departure day, I was advised there was no chance as reception doesn't open 'til 8. Minor constructive criticism as I had a great week & I would recommend

We were on our way from The Netherlands to Hungary and decided to make an overnight stop in the Austrian mountains. Just went and chose a four star hotel that appealed. We got a newly renovated room with new bathroom

The infinity pool is amazing and you can see the last part of the black slope coming down to the village. Great sunbathing loungers around the pool too

Despite a rocky start to our stay with the management, I can confidently say that this service has exceeded our expectations! It’s not an easy task to accommodate and satisfy a company of 13-15 people, but all of our needs were fulfilled with no trouble at all

On the mail street with shops and restaurants and bars and just 300m from the planai gondola. This was one of our best experiences in Austria and I am highly recommending it. Keep up doing the great work!

We went on package for 5 course evening meals which were so tasty. Buffeton Wed was loved by our grown up kids. Wellness area typically Austrian; we loved outside pool

People were very kind and helpful: surprised me on my bday with prosecco and had personal touch despite having a lot of guests. Rooms were modern, Warm and spacious. Breakfast, jause and evening meals were all excellent

This is a simply outstanding hotel, with lovely staff, rooms, food, spa and pool

We were given a tour upon arrival and even got to see one of the gorgeous hotel rooms. We were provided with a robe, towel and slippers. The outdoor pools had amazing views of the mountains and multiple sunbeds

There were areas around the spa where you could change your towel and there was a place to grab a blanket if you wanted to sit outside. All in all it was a lovely experience and I would definitely return

Although we didn't stay at the hotel, we did book a day at the spa and it was an absolute treat! Spread over 3 floors with multiple saunas, Jacuzzis, chill areas and pools

Hotel Klosterbräu is a very special place in a remarkable location. It is less of a 'stay' at the Klosterbräu and more of an experience, with service, dining, spa, entertainment and facilities all first class

Eder was a great experience, the location is perfect just in the middle of the village next to everything. The rooms were clean and pretty comfy, pool and the outside garden very nice and modern as well

Ideally situated for skiing and hiking and cycling The rooms are very well insulated and we can hardly hear the church bells. service was excellent and good value for money

We were the furthest room possible from reception requiring lifting our cases up 3 flights of stairs with my partner walking with a stick. Room small with heavily sloping roof, hit my head 3 times

Nice resort with a fantastic view over the lake. The spa, pool and garden were great and there was a paying golf course but didn't get a chance to use it

There are also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, plus a huge sauna area, so it’s very easy to relax and unwind. What stood out the most, though, was the friendly and attentive service

Its not really modern any more, curtain had holes, at the pool and sauna area i spotted mold as well as rust. The food was more or less average

The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby

Booked hotel with 10 friends for a shortski trip. Very friendly staff, helpfunctie, great breakfast and dinner, 15min with public transport to Ischgl. We will be back for sure!!

It’s directly opposite the local bus stop - about 1hr and 20 from train station but crucially only 10 mins from Ischgl gondolas We had two rooms - a standard and a suite. The standard was modern and well equipped

This was my 3rd trip to the Fluchthorn and would definitely recommend and return again. We had a great large room (215) which was spotless and still cleaned everyday

Just returned from the most wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. We decided to treat ourselves to a few luxury nights away and it was absolutely perfect

The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding throughout our stay. Everything felt effortless and really allowed us to switch off and enjoy every moment

The outdoor pool is big enough to swim lengths but a highlight for us was being able to order an alcoholic drink in the bar and take it to the loungers in the indoor pool area and outdoor bubble pool

The breakfast has all you could wish and dinner is four courses plus a self-service salad course. The food is delicious and they allowed us to choose from both the classic and vegetarian menus
