Finnish (hot) sauna and open heated pool year round is something to look forward after a day in the mountains. Both breakfast and dinners are generous and well prepared. Looking forward for the next trip

Rooms were exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. A big plus for motorcyclists – beautiful and secure garages for bikes. Highly recommended for both winter sports and summer travel

Alpine Slowness, I read before I arrived with a little bit of questioning, but once you're there, you know what that means! We really enjoyed the weekend! Heating in hotel is really good so you can sit in T-shirt wherever you want. Choice and quality of food is on high level. Beside breakfast and dinner there is light lunch- soups, salads, deserts

tea time is till 16 h so you can relax in lobby or in room. Totally enough after day of skiing. There is indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, infra red cabin, steam bath. Also- adult only area with space for relaxation

The pools, although small are perfectly adequate for some after ski relax and to get the kids have some fun. The separate spa area for adults also offers some quiet far from family noise

There is lot of things for children (also with this card) like pizza baking class, or pony farm but also for adults like snowshoe hiking, sledding, Alpaca walk. really - you can enjoy in everything

this is "Sunny side"- we saw it - 10 days of Sun and snow. Employees are really very nice and professional and Mr. Plamen in restaurant is top class employee. We had really great time here

Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings)

Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around

Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt

Very close to the train station, but there was hair on the bed, haha. So close, haha.

They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!

It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel. Service, room, sauna, swimming pool in-and outdoor etc. It was just best to relax after going for a tour around in the Zill am See area

The outdoor pool was large, and the water was clean and nice. Oh, and they also offered free bike rentals. We didn't have much time, so I didn't use it, but next time, I'd like to rent a bike and go to Zell am See

I went there because I wanted to use the pool. Our room was in a somewhat older building. It was spacious, had a terrace, and had a clothes dryer, which was nice

The location and hotel were great, but the extras were a bit too expensive. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

It was really quite good, but you had to check in yourself – no staff were needed for that.

However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, which was a bit inconvenient. Everyone was friendly, but the woman in the sauna corner was quite rude (to the point of degrading the hotel's image)

The absolute best part of the hotel and worthy of the stay is the staff and food. Staff are kind, accommodating and professional across the board. Chef and kitchen staff provide excellent food and bar tender is the best!

Everything about this hotel is great, but I had to write a review specifically for the incredible food and staff. After a week-long stay, I’m still thinking about the meals, honestly some of the best I’ve ever eaten

I was here as a part of a larger group "SnowCamp 2017" , it was great. Great food and great service. The last day after check out, we could borrow a bathroom for free before the trip back to denmark. Thanks. :-)

Convenient location with a little street night time noise. Nice rooms and enjoyable to be able to have a view of the Alps and fresh air with open windows. For Americans be sure to bring your own wash cloths

Hair dryers require that you hold down a button the entire time so frustrating experience. Also disappointing that the whirlpool/hot tub portion of the pool was broken

Our room service was first class with clean towels everyday, no faults could be found. The only black mark was noise from the disco on Friday/ Saturday nights which kept wakening my wife until 0230hrs on Friday

Just got back from our ski trip to Kitzbuhel and I felt that I had to leave a review. The people in this hotel are lovely. It has a real family feel to it, the breakfast is gorgeous and all very fresh and organic

We had a couple of evening meals here too and all very nice and excellent service. The rooms felt very modern, spacious and comfortable, bathrooms also decent

Awesome location, we rented ski lockers up by the gondola so that we could walk up and down just in our trainers. The town itself is excellent, so much going on and absolutely beautiful

Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed

They only clean once in the duration we stay. The room was big but the curtain was bright and I couldn't sleep most night

The hotel room/bathroom is quite large, clean, the beds are comfortable. There are plenty options to chose from for breakfast, the coffee is great. I would definitely stay here next time in Vienna.

The hotel is excellent, featuring a friendly staff, clean facilities, and a fantastic location. However, I did encounter one issue: there was a lack of sound insulation between the rooms

I found it particularly disruptive when the cleaning staff moved furniture in the neighboring rooms; the noise was quite loud and affected my ability to rest in the afternoon. I hope the management addresses this concern

I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The design of the hotel is modern and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of sweet and savoury options.

Nonetheless, everything else was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again during my future visits to Vienna

Me and wife had a couple Massage for 75 mins and it was one the Best Massage we ever have therapist were very Professional. Wellness area are well maintained. Our Kids enjoyed alot in Pool and Bio Sauna

For many years this is our winter sports destination. The hotel is near the ski-lift, has good parking facilities. Very friendly staff, breakfast and dinner are very nice. Rooms are fine and very neat and clean.

Location is conveniently located to the city hall and Voltive Church. Not so convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off buss via the Vienna pass. If transit, than it is a very convenient location

The hotel is located on the slopes of Kapchina Hill, near Zweig's birthplace, which I wanted to visit—I was delighted! There are various restaurants nearby, and it's just across the bridge to the other side, which is very convenient

My bedroom overlooked the road but I found it very quiet; it was comfortable, well equipped, clean and with a view of the mountains too. Gardens and pool were gorgeous and well kept

So much to see and do in the area- loved Grawa Waterfall; the Stubai Valley is stunning, free transport on the buses, tram and cable cars with the Stubai card is a real bonus! Fabulous hotel in a nice quiet resort. Staff all very attentive and extremely helpful. As I was getting off the bus in a storm, the waiter came across the road with an umbrella to keep me dry which was lovely

The stubai card is a wonderful bonus and we used it daily. You can do all 4 cable cars in a day (we managed 3). Lots of walks in valley and up / down the mountains suitable for all levels of fitness

Nice Hotel for a stay in Vienna. Overall good and to be recommended. We were there in Winter time and room heating could not be properly adjusted. Opening the window helped, but there is noise in the area due to bars

The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room

Breakfast by the wonderful Erika is always a highlight, and her team including the lady who's name I always struggle to pronounce who has been there for around 30-40 years does the BEST omelettes ever! There are some new staff, all of whom seem to come from a secret place where only the best, nicest people are produced (Zell am See!) and they are all so helpful - from the reception staff, the lovely...

Fabulous family run hotel, very clean ,food is very good with lots of options. The spa is lovely and also very clean. Right in the center of the town with shops on the doorstep

We stayed for a week skiing, the city express gondola is only 10 minutes away. The bus station is just below the gondala so you have the option of getting the bus to the glacier from there

The hotel also has brilliant facilities including an immaculate spa with swimming pool both inside and outdoors. If you are thinking of staying here do not hesitate

Family-driven hotel, perefect location, excellent and delicious food. Spa center and saunas are well maintaned, there are lot of options for kids and adults. Several sauna rooms, rest rooms, external pool with jakuzzi

That staff went above and beyond in terms of service. They have lots for kids to do from go-karts to a soft-play area. Possibly my best summer holiday yet. If you have the chance, it would be a mistake not to come here

Rooms however may require an upgrade with new bed/furniture to look more modern. The sofa in our room was worn and not clean. The mattress was worn as well, so the sleep quality was not up to expectations

We liked that there were days we could decline the dinner with our half board package as we did not fancy the menu. The hotel is walking distance to other restaurants but after the sauna we passed out in our rooms

We have just spent a fantastic week at Alpenhotel Tirolerhof. We are a family group of 11 people ranging from 11 to 76 , and the hotel catered for us perfectly
