The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. Great place for family vacation. It is definitely not a four stars hotel, but its location in the forest, great beach nearby, good food makes it a good choice. Our stay at Grand Hotel Bansko was truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a long day. We loved the thermal pools. The breakfast selection was excellent...

Spent the weekend with my family. The new SPA is amazing - feels like the little brother of Grand Hotel Therme haha. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and so was the food. As overall it’s probably the best place to stay in Bansko for SPA and skiing.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.
