One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Pros: the hotel is renovated, good mattresses, linen. Excellent breakfast. The location right next to the promenade street is both a plus and a minus, because if the windows overlook it, it is noisy until 1 am. Cons: no private beach, small pool, very few sun loungers and all are already taken at 8 am. Terrible service, in the bar, if you don't pay attention, they underfill the alcohol. Very poor cleaning...

It was a great stay, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had great fun in the large selection of pools, food was very good and the views absolutely perfect.

A resort which it's glorious times has behind, still can attract tourists by it's location and competitive prices. Rooms are rather worn out but staff is great, especially both restaurants do the great job! Iconic view on the bay. I was here before season when everything's open but just several guest occupying few rooms, great opportunity.

Location is perfect as it was year ago. Personal was polite, room was spacious, view from the room, restaurant and pool is amazing. The resort definitely is not maintained well. All facilities are already old and not maintained in the years. Stairs to the beach( "the eco trail") are destroyed by the heavy rain and not maintaining properly. So the road to the beach is with car or with shuttle, but...

Nice resort with a beautiful restaurant inside ( el balcon del mondo). The problem was that the cleaning staff did not clean the rooms ... so a disappointment in this area

This was a girls trip. The apartment was clean and ready to receive guests. Easy to find, we found a parking spot every day. From towels to hair dryer, from cups to oven trays, everything was there. Acces to the pool was free. Everything was great, nothing bad to say. It’s a place that I happily recommend for my friends. We had a great time at this resort.

Perfect resort for a family vacation - five pools, three restaurants and an aquapark nearby. Spacious and well equipped apartments, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic view of the Black Sea. Highly recommended.
