Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The food is limited, it’s not like what we pay for all inclusive. When we book the room we asked for one bed but they are two separate. The hotel’s waiter give us a towels that are torn.

Well we went away to relax and recharge. The spa water was great until someone I assume a child went to the toilet and it had to be closed for a clean up. Only a short period. The medical staff are very good. Me and my partner came down with a virus and they sorted us out. So that was great. Our traveling group consisted of two parents, a two year old, and a grandparent. The hotel is warm. The rooms are clean. The food is varied and for the most part their own production.
