The receptionists were professional at their work, although there was something that a little bit disturbed me. At first everything was chill but all of a sudden - like fights (verbal fights), screaming, throwing something and that's all i heard from lobby. Keep that in your mind. Cozy but scary. It's a typical, old-fashioned European hotel. It's relatively clean and tidy inside, but it can't compare to the ones in China. Otherwise, there's nothing special. This is a relatively centrally located hotel, but that's the norm in Eastern European cities.

We spent a lot of time at the casino. It is the biggest in bansko but much smaller than international casinos you might be used to. Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. The hotel's location is truly central in Sofia. It's close to the main business district, and Vitosha Blvd, with all its restaurants, is within walking distance. I had no complaints about the hotel facilities; they were perfectly satisfactory. We stayed 4 nights at the Avenue Deluxe Hotel. Hotel was cozy and food was nice. Hotel manager was making us feel very welcome and was very professional and customer oriented and helpful specially during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice experience.

We had a nice two room bedroom facing the pool. Pool is nice and it had few cabanas also. There were always free loungers even up until 12. The hotel looks cozy and romantic. We loved sitting in the restaurant/pool area at evenings like many other people. It was like being in a cozy pub. There is an abandoned club right next to the hotel, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it. Lots of unfinished...

The hotel was disappointing. It didn't meet my expectations. The all-inclusive offer was a joke.

Lovley hotel in a. Nice area but not for English people as a solo traveller I was the only English person the other guests where rude and no one spoke to me all week except two bar men … would not recommend this hotel for English as the foreign guests obviously don’t like English people as I was told by the bar man

We went in 2023.06.16 The hotel itself is good, the food is delicious like at home, the staff is friendly, especially the short guy always smiles and jokes :) Minus that in Russian it was impossible to agree ... To the sea for about 15 minutes, going to the sea there are many shops where it is very cheap ...
