I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. But I honestly can’t think of anyone worth complaining about. The pools are spot on, plenty of sunbeds, and the beer is cold! What more do you need. The place is clean, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to bars...

It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel have a new management from 2025 and besides old reviews that I read, now everything was great, the rooms, the pool and food.

Me and my brother have been coming to hotel Kristal since we were 10 years old with our grandparents. This year we turned 26 and we still chose to spend a splendid holiday with the exceptional staff at hotel Kristal. For me and my family, the whole stay was a wonderful experience. Rooms are specious and cleaned, the service is not bad but they need to hire a chef. Who is cooking now is missing the imagination, is using just the oven. Same food four days in a row is to much.

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.

Loved it,nothing to much trouble,clean rooms,even had a emergency alarm in the shower room,breakfast not to good,but pleanty of cafes around,pool was a good size,fab music on around the pool,will be back

the hotel is in a quiet place. the rooms were clean and spacious. there was a pool which was also clean. i really liked the polite staff who were always with a smile. thanks to Presian the bartender who made amazing cocktails!

Wow what can I say. I have just arrived today the welcome I got was amazing. The room is huge.the staff are amazing. It's been a while since I have had my bags taken to the room. The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible. The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy.
