My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna. It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach.

A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Very nice hotel close to airport

The roads around the hotel were steep, which made walking difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Even though I only stayed for a few hours to get some sleep, this was the hotel with the best-smelling bed sheets I’ve experienced so far. It really left a great impression on me. The only issue was waiting a bit too long during check-out. But I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel room was nice and clean. And personel are great and helpfull. The young guests may pay more attention with their behaviour, and clean up or throw away their things after use in the pool aria. But the hotel is good! It is near the beach, about 5-10 minutes walk. Supermarkets are nearby. And the strip (Flowerstreet) is about 10-15 minutes walk.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

We stayed 15 days at Laguna Beach from July 6 to 20. An excellent stay. Hotel very well located, rooms dated but clean. The restoration is very good. The animators are at the top you will not be disappointed. The two downsides, the curtains are not blackout, provide a mask and nothing to do after 11 p.m.

The room was clean and spacious enough, with a stocked fridge. The view of the wide road makes the room better suited for winter trips (when you can leave the windows closed) rather than summer. You need to book in advance if you want to use the Spa. The restaurant on the top floor offers a great view and balanced Bulgarian dishes. The one thing that I would rate five stars is the breakfast buffet...
