The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. Hotel Lilia has terrible WIFI. The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

Our first family holiday in Obzor was chosen after my wife, mother-in-law, and children (6 and 10) visited last year and loved it enough to return. We stayed self-catering, and the hotel experience was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleaners kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The pool and beach facilities were fantastic...

U can t get bored, there are a lot of activities organised by some animators, Nikita, Veronika and Andrei, who were greatfull to socialize with tourists, always ready to entertain everybody Best location, really quiet and relaxing experience, everything u need in one place

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good experience in Bulgarian seaside. Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options. It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too. There were a few minor issues, like the mattresses not being the most comfortable...

We spent a nice family vacation. Very thankful to the hotel manager Mira and her team for their efforts to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible. Compliments for the young, creative and motivated animation team. We highly appreciated their services, including day kids and teens' programme as well as the evening shows.

We stayed at the Aqua Nevis for 1 week from the 19th to the 26th of September 2025. We really enjoyed our stay! Room: When we booked, we upgraded to one of the larger rooms with a pool view, and a bedroom with an ensuite, a living area area with another bathroom. The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom. Tea and coffee...

Great stay, at aqua nevis. Strongly reccomend... all inclusive defo worth while with great food options serving breakfast lunch dinner. Snack bar at pool also, great selection of alcoholic drinks/cocktails to choose from and no alcohol/mocktails, staff where friendly and very informative and helpfull durring whole stay, Free access to action waterpark which has everthing for kids of all ages-adults...

Overall happy with my stay. Food was very good staff all excellent and friendly hotel was kept clean for the most part but my biggest concern was that the sun loungers and floor around the pool was not only worn out but not washed the attached waterpark had the floors jet washed every night but the hotel was not in the whole 10 nights I was there. For available drinks there was plenty of options but...

Wow Aqua Nevis Hotel has been one of the best hotel we have stayed in over the past 3 years. From welcome from reception to last day fun in the pool. This hotel is small, easy to navigate, clean, tidy and family friendly. Where to start the rooms, we had a pool view room as a family of 3, it was so spacious, comfy beds, great walk in shower and rooms cleaned daily. The cleaners work so hard everyday...

Great aqua park. The rides are super fun! The water can be a bit cold for small children. The hotel is clean with big rooms. Food is great and varied. All staff members are friendly!

The place is simply awesome!!! For a family vacation, just what you need!!!
