The room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean. The shower gel, which also doubled as shampoo, was very diluted and didn’t foam. I paid extra for a side sea view, but it wasn’t worth it—you could barely see the sea, and the view mostly included other buildings and trees. The lobby is too small for the number of tourists. The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . The hotel itsself is nice, the elevator works, every room has a balcony and it's beautifully clean. However, the shower in each room doesn't have the walls to prevent water from spilling everywhere and the drain barely even drains (atleast in the room i got). All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. Hotel Lilia has terrible WIFI. The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

The hotel is a stone bag. Not convenient with a stroller. The Elevator to the ground floor with the pool not running. Poorly lit and damp on the ground floor. Beautiful lobby with a balcony. In the room were not.

I felt really happy in Bulgaria and in this hotel. Nice reception, tasty food, beautiful Black Sea and fantastic people. I recommend Royal Bay and I will be back there I promise !

I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The good thing was that the linen was white.😊 The food on the bufet was cold and no taste. The chef made a bad comment saying that romanians eating to much.of course if the food is not good you need to try something else. On the end was a bad EXPERIENCE.

This hotel was alright. I probably wouldn’t go back.

The actual rate for me is 3.5 stars ! Everything is ok 👌! The food is good the rooms are ok and the staff is helpful! Don't forget that the price is the key for what you get ! We as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids for all inclusive payed very competitive price! And this hotel also provides shuttle to the beach and back every 30 minutes! Overall very good family hotel with solid 3.5 stars !

Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Everything about this hotel was great. Food good, price great, plenty for kids to do. Not many English people there but we prefer it that way anyway. Not really one for making friends. Had a full chilled time
